I don't know but one scammer msg me and promise to pay 203 rs if i rate this hotel 5 star it is worst work

AC does not work properly.
Neither does the Wifi connect in the room.
No one picks up the intercom (0) and even after going down to the lobby, and lobby staff saying they have sent (in past tense) the engineer, no one comes even after half an hour.
45 minutes after talking to the staff at lobby no one has turned up. It is 1: 45 AM
If they don’t have Wifi, they won’t say the truth.

Hotel Sheraton is one of the very few sophisticated places in the city that indulges in this practice. This is unbecoming of their brand value. Hope they take corrective measures.

The service at the Link Cafe is very nice but some of the front office staff need to be more professional when they interact with guests.

The food taste is just average. Paid 1850INR for one plate buffet. Felt too pricy for the quality and taste.

Stay wise rooms are good but i think it needs a major makeover as most things are pretty old and breaks like shower handle or room key card entry. Hotel staff was quick with fixing it but it ruins overall experience.

Cozy n big rooms, yummy food but lacking in room service. Also, avoid it during marriage seasons as the hotel turns into a sarai.

Attended a family engagement event. It was a lunch buffet for the private event. I wonder if they ever wash their dinnerware. Looking at them I got sick in my stomach. They are calling it a 5 Star but I don't see even 1 star in their standard, especially with respect to their food section. I wish I took some pictures.

They used to serve liquor after 12, but don't know why did they stop it suddenly. Wish they get it back. The place has very good view and food.

Been a quest to Sheraton for the past 8 months, delighted and highly recommend anyone looking for a property to come back again and again.

It’s not just the property but the staff especially a big shout out to Sampoorna and her team especially megha
, soumyajit mitali, anirban and Bhavya who always welcomes us with her pleasant smile. They always made sure they upgraded us to the best possible experience.

The food is also highly recommended, don’t forget to try Zega and in-house dining.

It’s never easy to bring customers back to a particular property but the team at Sheraton makes every effort to make you come back.

Nice ambience but rooms are small.maybe more in keeping with the business district location of the property. Was pretty crowded when I had visited.some wedding reception that had more than 150 guests and this was a bit concerning because the Covid norms may not have been followed on that occasion. Skipped the food due to the same reason

Staff is courteous, clean room, and awesome breakfast. We stayed in hotel in the month of July, 2021. I am happy to share my experience here and would especially like to mention Navanita accomodating last minute requests for hotel stay.

It's a beautiful treat. Loved the rooms. And wow! The breakfast buffet is so huge and tasty with lot of choices. Loved every minute of the stay!

Hospitality at the best. For a small issue with us the GM. Mr. Pranay reached up to us and resolved the matter and made sure we leave with a smile on our face. Made a promise to me that, I would only stay in Sheraton henceforth. Breakfast spread was definitely the 5star level.

Travel has been delayed due to the corona virus. The hotel gave me a well-prepared room so I could rest comfortably and return home. The swimming pool was open, but I didn't bring my swimsuit so I couldn't use it. I'm so sorry. I don't know for sure as I haven't been here before Corona, but it was well prepared when I visited. The outside looks old, but the inside is well maintained. Recommend staying here.

In CBDs you look for a comfortable Business Hotel and that's what we get with Sheraton Hyderabad - friendly staff, clean and well maintained despite the pandemic, a decent spread in the coffee shop and a functional pool! Perfect for a staycation too ;)

It was an average restaurant buffet. It's not that food was not good. But, overall experience was average, ambience was also average. Not value for money.

2 day back visited this hotel for my relatives celebrations onthat time Food quality is not good.

Excellent service, good food, very comfy & hygenic room. Zega is just the place to dine & have beer. Mr. Biswajit from reception desk is very helpful & professional.

Sheraton is one of the best place to stay, everything about the place is pleasant especially the staffs, also special thanks to the manager Nitesh Kapoor. The place has great city view and is peaceful!

The team at the property looks to be new and understaffed. May be it's the pandemic that is messing up with the operations of the hotel as some of the basic dry amenities weren't available in the room. Being a business traveller I prefer Marriott group hotels to get the preferences as per my account but was a bit disappointed this time. Hope to see it become better next time when I travel. Sheraton didn't live upto the brand value for me this time. Reserving my 2 stars for next time.

We stayed here for two nights, the rooms are well maintained and cleaned regularly. All the accessories in the room tv, Lenin, pillows etc are of premium quality and will make you feel good. How ever when we arrived there was a lot of crowd at the reception area with majority not wearing face masks as they have a restaurant and a pub at the Same location and I believe this is not a safe covid protocol to follow. Would rate it 5 for there service and cleanliness though this property is slightly old.

Bad experiance, When I contact Sherton Hyderabad help desk Mr. Abhijith hyderabad not been provided the information and not supporive staff. Even he not ready to listen.

The hotel was neat and clean and perfect for couples. Had a great time, the service staff are well behaved and disciplined. The ambience of the hotel is very good, hotel service boy Jagannathan did a great service, his service was really good. Want to visit the hotel again this time for atleast 10 days.

Jagannath provided excellent room service under Floor incharge Suraj. The hotel location is perfect. Breakfast was good.

May be people find it good, but comparitive to other, I found feast as average and service is also average.

Went for team lunch.place was cool with different food varieties but didn't enjoy even a single dish from here. Fancy but not tasty

Stayed here for about 8-9 days in the studio apartment and the club room. The stay was fabulous and the staff does take care of every need. The studio apartment we stayed in was a very neat setup for longer-term stays as you get a fully equipped kitchenette with a big refrigerator, microwave, utensils, cookware, glassware, and what not. You also get a little dining cum sofa setup. Overall the studio apartment suited our need to feel like home rather than a hotel. You can cook stuff and get your own beverages. Do note the studio doesn't have a bathtub. We also tried the club room for a night. The view is better and the bathtub adds to the charm but the lack of kitchenette made us miss our studio. The restaurants are ok and Zega was disappointing to be honest. We felt a little disappointed with the IRD menu as well. Though, breakfast was pretty good and staff gives personalized attention to every guest. They also did not have proper hard pillows. These are small discomforts but the thing that troubled me the most was the fire alarm which falsely rang some 5 times. I would suggest to look into it more seriously. Overall, I was really happy with Sheraton and would not mind coming back.

One of the best Hotels in Hyderabad with all the luxurious amenities. Service is too good too. Food is so yummy and worth the price.

Its excellent Property with all safety measures and precautions in covid. It was awesome stay while traveling to Bangalore. Great ambience and hospitality. Impressed with Chef Chinmay and team. Food was tasty. Cooperative staff. Clean and hygiene room. Chef Chinmay was very friendly with my Son.

We went for having good food with safety. But no one even measured temperature or ask for sanitizing. For quick food services they suggested to try Zega.yeah food and drinks were good. But maintenance was worst like where we were dining some smell felt and also no proper cooling.

It was indeed an excellent stay and wise decision to go for this hotel. I travelled from Bangalore to Hyderabad. It's very near to ORR. Right from the time you enter the hotel, all the minute details are captured by Front Office Team who greets you and take care of all the minute things and explains in detail. Kudos to Auditya and team. There was excellent buffet spread in the night
Icing on the cake was lovely decoration done by Digvijay and team from Housekeeping. They made our stay memorable. Next day buffet breakfast was also good and Chef Abhay, Chinmay and Team took extra mile to take care. They even packed Pasta for my child. Will definitely visit.

The only place I felt safe and hygiene to party with my couple of trusted friends during the weekends while the pandemic is still around is star hotels. And Sheraton tops the list in my book. The service is just as best as the pool they have!

I must mention that Megha, Kriti, Mark and everyone at Front Office, Suraj in housekeeping and Aradhana and others at the restaurant are very nice.

Only one grouse for long term stay is that they can have a more varied menu for dinner buffet. It's more or less the same spread every night, so after a few nights it gets boring.:)

But I have no complaints and I would stay here again despite having stayed here for almost two weeks now.

Visited this place for dinner and place was great. Open, silent and spacious sitting area, good service and delicious food. Curtitious staff and well managed COVID guidelines.

I was in search of a best hotel with safety measures for my stay.as per my friend's advice I have opted for Sheraton Hotel.well impressed with the measures they are taking and moreover the hotel was pretty good.it was my first visit to Sheraton.the spread of breakfast was also too good.above all hotel is easy to access.

Nice place in the middle of office spaces. Spacious room, delicious cuisine and excellent service by the staff.

Went for a lunch with family and was amzed by the lunch spread, the taste of dishes, the service, the hospitality and the arrangements. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They take their services very seriously and it is good to see that. Coming to varieties in lunch, it was carefully planned and designed. The options in salad and desserts are almost perfect. Would love to go back for sure.

Lovely place to hang out if u want the fine dining experience, with great food! The pub is good and you could also take your booze to the terrace to enjoy the view will you soak in the breeze!

The ambience, the lobby, and the staff service was really good. Breakfast menu, however, wasn't outstanding or unique.

I will give 4 star for the food quality and variety but only 2 star for service. Most of the beer and wine mentioned in the menu are not available and very slow service. They took more than 25 minutes to get my first wine Glass

Went to Jade Hall for an event. It was a lovely setup with good food and drinks. The breakfast was quite elaborate.

Entrance lounge is simply beautiful and richness. That will make us to think in different way imean in uniqueness way.

Went to have dinner at Zega restaurant. The ambience is a little clubbish with music and bar setting. The food was yummy at reasonable rates. The staff was very courteous and accomodating. Overall, loved the experience.

Zega is a very good place to hang out and people there follow 3-Star property amenity but ground floor serving, food, drinks, people's attitude while serving and people's attitude while answering the questions is pathetic and worse than road side hotel

The mid level management I interacted with were extremely rude and unhelpful the breakfast buffet is not bad but the staff are extremely disorganised the location of the hotel far from city centre I will try my best not to stay there again

It's got a nice relaxed vibe with an elegant ambience to go with. The staff is very courteous. The location is also very good as it is away from the busy parts of the city while still being very accessible

I went to Shraton Hyderabad for a Sunday brunch. The spread was good and it's value for money. As expected the ambience was good. The quality of food was also good. Although it was a buffet brunch, the promptness in service could be improved. May be the waiter attached to our table was not up to the mark. The overall experience was good.

One of the best hotel in the city. This hotel has appartment also in the top floors. Go for a 1 BHK apartment in 14 or above floor for an awesome view. Companies like Microsoft ICICI are at walkable distance. Nice variety in buffet. Note the bathroom for appartment are not fitted with bath tub but they are nice. 3 people can easily accommodate.

Visited zega. Its an asian bar and restaurant. The food is good but the quantity vs the price is pretty bad. I don't understand this concept of giving small amounts and yet charge so much.
