No new clothing brands bad quality clothes.old designs and old colours.v bad experience. I love shopperstop clothes alot before but now it's been years I'm not finding anything wow.so dissapointed
Discounts are only available for members which is not appreciable.and moreover for membership they are charging which is shocking and never seen anywhere. Central gave the same offers at no extra charge
Today went to shopper's stop with my family, we were looking for accessories, while one lady near accessories asked for Bill while we were still shopping, don't know what they teach them about behavior with customer, worst experience ever, will never visit this place. Sales girls are lazy to search for sizes asked for.
Everything I liked the store didn't have the stock of them. Price also pretty much same or more compared to individual outlets. Not a lot of variety in each brand.
Good. But they are charging extra for their printed carry bags. Which is wrong. Shoppers stop is not plastic bags selling company. We are carrying their printed carry bags and promoting the brand. So they need not charge the customers. It's against the trade practices. Hope I am correct.
Huge store, wide collection of various brands which comprises everything from formal to casual for all.ethnic collection can be upgraded with sarees and bridal collection.
I am a frequent visitor to gvk banjara, it's nice and casters to most of my needs. My only complaint is in such a big mall there's no facility for free drinking water anywhere. It would be nice if the malls offered drinkable water without having to buy it.
Liked the shopping experience here. They will have deals better than the exclusive outlets. This one time i ended up buying a blazer from Arrow's exclusive outlet only to find much better deal on the same blazer in shoppers stop literally just above that showroom.
Their customer service is excellent as well.
Plus u could ask for a 'style agent' (not sure whats the title) who will help u find what u are looking for. This is supposedly better than ur avg salesman because he will have knowledge of all the brands and styles offered. I haven't tried this. So not sure how helpful these guys could be.
Being a shopaholic, I am regular visitor of Shoppers Stop. I have been to different outlets in different states but this was my first time to be in Hyderabad Shoppers Stop during my short visit. I will clearly mention the difference here is their hospitality and way of greeting a customer. I have never seen or experienced anywhwere, the kind of customer oriented staff they have. I loved to shop here and spent almost 4-5 hours as they have good variety in every section. Will visit for sure whenever I will have my next trip to Hyderabad.
I was tricked into buying membership for the shop without explaining me the details. I first refused to become member. The cashier told me "buy becoming member you'll get so many benefits, discount in the present purchase, yearly sale discounts, etc". I said fine and filled the form. Then she revealed that I have to pay Rs 300 joining fee. Still I agreed enticed by the Rs. 150 discount she had mentioned for my present purchase. Finally after I paid she handed over me the bill with no discount! On demanding she says you will get Rs. 150 as Shoppers stop points! I felt very low being cheated. Paying Rs. 300 is not an issue, but how I was dragged into the same by deceit speaks of unethical business conduct. Will not be happy to visit again. Thanks for reading.
They act so well till we purchase, and later they are least bothered though it was their fault
On mothers day i took TITAN RAGA watch of 3000 rupees, they removed one bit for size adjustment and damaged the chain. When my mom wore, Pin came off and chain bit came out off it.
I came back to store showed them saying they damaged it while adjusting the size, instead of replacing watch or refund with amount coupon they started saying they will fix it.
Why would i take a damage piece that for a such special occasion? They replied its not damaged but they will fix the issue. I really don't understand their logic, if it was not damage then what are they fixing.
After a long argument they said it will be send to Titan showroom and will provide update soon.
After a week i got a call saying they replaced the chain, but they didn't do.
It was the same chain and they refused to take it back.
