Best place to go shopping, shoppers stop has all big brands on sale every time, recently I've purchased Skechers shoes from Shoppers stop with good discount, in official stores there were no discount, sales team was very helpful, store ambience was very class, and displays was very attractive, accepts cash, cards and online payments and Sodexo, very good collection of shoes specially in Skechers brands for Male, female and for kids too, clothing collection was also very nice in Gas brand, parking is easily available in mall parking area.

Very crowded and short in trial rooms. Staff are very good and few are exceptionally good.

Super bad customer service, they simply don't know how to operate, don't get fooled by their sale advertisement, the customer care fellow was the worst n he didn't know what to say.they simply give excuses for things which they don't know

Visited this outlet of shoppers stop on 15 dec 2018, they were running a 50% off as clearance sale, everywhere including the entry they had written flat 50% off, but once i reach the billing counter they asked it is only for "first citizen member", which was not written anyone in the showroom, so to avail 50% off i paid 300 rs, regarding which they dint show any 300 rs in bill or any slip, so i get the cashier no which he is not receiving now, i dint get membership, then i contact there customer care for which i dint have any membership on mob no where it should be, they r running a scam and all the staff n management is "chor" here
