Visited here two times for MRI and CT SCAN. Facilities ate good and higenic very well maintained. Staff is friendly very less waiting time. Reasonable rates.

Worst diagnostic center I have ever visited.makes the billing promising to complete the process within 2 hours but after that no one takes the responsibility.

We took package for our parents for body checkup all the tests were done without any issue but doctor consultation was pathetic we have few doubts regarding the prescription tried to reach diagnostic center multiple times, the only response that we got was doctor not available after a week some how managed to reach doctor but to our surprise the treatment is very rude.

Just think before you go for doing medical test here. Staff here don't have minimum sense how to behave with patients. Pls avoid this Diagnostics center

Worst experience with Dr KRKS Raju very rude and not at all willing to help, hesitate to answer our questions.

Bad experience we had, given appointment for test and technician left before given time and suggested to come next day or go to another lab.

No minimum time sence for doctors and they never attend in time to check to patients who are waiting for doctors.

As a patient relative i have 1 suggestion for Hospital management please conduct minimum commencence classes for duty doctors like time cence and awareness about patients valuble time (because of doctors are coming late)

I visited this diagnostics today for body checkup on my own.
After all the reports received, we have a consulatation with one of the worst doctor I have ever seen till now by Name Dr K R K S Raju who is so called senior Cardiologist there. He is not ready to listen patients comments on the old health problems or conditions. Simply writing prescriptions without listening and bad thing is, he is not at all listening the patients and saying his stories. Never recommend this to anyone who does not want to waste his time.

There are silent mri is available outside, this diagnostic centre is worst, but neat and clean.

The worst ever diagnostic center never going to visit it again no proper response from staff and not even doctor's consultation doesn't follow ethnic.simply great infrastructure with worst services.

This is a relatively new diagnostic center with state of the art facilities for all pathology, microbiology and imaging services. It has a high class facility that is neat and well maintained. Has all diagnostic services under one roof. The staff are very friendly and helpful. No waiting for your tests and you get your reports on time in a very short time depending upon the type of test. It has 1.5 T MRI and also 16 Slice CT scan, Ultrasound, Mammography, Bone Mineral Density, 2D Echo, PFT, Digital X-Ray, TMT etc. Almost all tests are available here for a reasonable price. Timely accurate reports. State of the art automated lab ensures accurate results. The lab is spread over three floors with all state of the art facilities with impressive equipment. This building also shares space with Winvision Eye care hospitals as of this writing of the review. There is also a polyclinic and a vascular center on the premises along with a pharmacy in the ground floor. This facility is highly recommended for all your diagnostic requirements. Further this facility is NABL accredited and high quality reports are ensured.

They are not take care of patients, don't go directly to sri krishna diagnosis center, first you should book through online then only you will get discount in price other wise they will charge more.

Worst front desk department. They don’t bother about patient or visitor and no empathy at all. Atleast they should feel a bit responsibility to get things done smoothly for visitors.

It was my worst experience with any diagnostics in recent times. Unprofessional staff. I was there for a scan but it took 3 hours and 30mins where as it takes at best 30mins.

Staff at ground floor reception had misguided us, doctor was Available for test, but still they sent us to 1st floor where other staff told us that doctor is not available, please never visit this diagnostic centre

The worst service. BMD service is not working and delay in reports irresponsible people working over there very negligible answers if we were asking some questions regarding tests & reports. I faced a worst experience having tests, they want us to revolve around them for 4-5 times for one single test. I really felt bad with KPHB Branch Staff

Bluff people by putting wrong phone numbers. If you don't beleive me ypu try the numbers given in their portal. They ask us to collect reports on line but the reports will never open due to some reason.to contact, no one lifts the phone

Not a pleasant experience. I got ultra sound for my mother and the experience was okay.
Later I consulted them for CT abdomen scan for which they asked us to bring the patient with empty stomach at 7am. Patient is diabetic. We visited them sharp at 7am. We got shocked with what they said, they told us to wait till 9.30am till the doctor arrives, who would keep the patient wait for another 2.30hrs… (meaning, the tests will be completed only at 1pm including observation time). Remember, the patient is diabetic and drop in glucose levels further will be fatal to her.

I have called another reputed diagnostic center in kphb road no, 4 who have graciously accepted us and got the entire testing completed in less 2-hours…

At srikrishna, my observations were that everyone works lazy.starting from reception, billing, support staff, technicians etc etc…
I would not visit again…

Normal diagnostics it's ok. But if you come for health packages it will be complete waste of time.
You have to spend whole day here. They are not managing properly. Lot of waiting time without following order.

Enquired about covid test, these guys are charging 850 for RT PCR test which is very expensive. As per Telangana GOVT they should charge only 500 if we go for test. Please note.

Pathetic hospital with third class services. No system at all for patients. We have been called for scan and after reaching hospital, staff went on lunch. Please don’t trust the receptionist and this hospital

They are really charging more on the tests
For example they said DHEAS test charges 3400/- where outside it is just 900/-

Do not take their ambulance. Its a van not equipped for anything but to transport. And then it does not come on time and makes the patient who is already in a critical stage wait. The persons arranging it on the phone abs in person show no sense of urgency and lie about the time.

If you happen to have no help of your own then don't even go to this center. They are not equipped to give you the physical support seniors need. Essentially they have machines but that is it.

If you or your near one is well why would you ask for an ambulance. To find that the ambulance is just a joke.

Very foolish people at reception. I asked twice if specific test will be performed and answer was yes. When I reached then they said no we dont do it. The person talking on phone was arrogant and no knowledge about handling patients.

Revisiting the review:
Not sure if the NT scan they did was accurate, forget abt accurate I feel its flawed.
My wife almost lost her pregnancy because of short cervix which in their scan showed 4.5 but after a month from other scan center it was 2.5, before month of their scan it was 3.5.
Normally short cervix is genetic (subject to corrections) so it wouldn't increase but gradually decrease. For sure there is some fault in their scan process or equipment or the technique.
So think and decide. Below review is still valid for the mentioned reasons.

Dont understand why low reviews,
Clean, spacious, cordial staff, good parking.
NT scan is 750rs here whereas Vijaya Diagnostic asked me 2400rs.

Very very high test prices charging, compare with other popular diagnoses centers.

They have charged for HB Electrophoresis test 1450

But outside this test price is just between 500 to 850/- only

They have to reduce the test prices otherwise you can't exist in this industry.

The doctor is not available when we call before hand and reach there only after they confirmed her availability. The reception who confirmed her availability doesn’t have any answer and come up with a lame excuse saying doctors don’t inform the diagnostic center while leaving!

The best diagnostic centre in Hyderabad. The staff is very helpful, I had some queries about the methodology of the tests and they immediately connected me to the technician who answered all my queries. I had been contacting other diagnostic centres and so far Shree Krishna Diagnostics is the only diagnostic centre who even understood my questions and even give me the correct answers.

Don't come to this diagnostic. They don't even pick the call to know the status of reports. Also there is a long delay in giving lab test reports compared to other lab centres. If you want to save time dont come here.

I should have given them negative rating for their stupid service. No one answers the call in the reception and in the dispatch section.

This centre is not at all suggestable. No one is responding for phone call (3times I tried).

I went for covid test yesterday. They didn't give the numbers regarding *viral load* of COVID. NOT AT ALL SUGGESTABLE.

Went here for covid test. System or infrastructure was not so good for covid testing candidates. Anyway the sample collection process and sanitation after each candidate was good.

It was always a struggle to get 2 simple injections of vit d and B12. Past 1 month me and my husband are taking weekly doses of injection. The nurses are callous even after the recommendation by their hospital doctors. Doctors are ok but staff is not professional

Don't ever go for CT chest scan for covid, They are completly making money out of it. According to rules cost should be 2400 but they hiked up everything with cost 3500. And no accuracy is found. They are taking referebce of past report which we took from FOCUS.completly FROD. Don't believe in them

Great service. Really friendly staff. Fast and helpful. Had my tests finished in matter of half hour and pricing compared to other diagnostics was cheap.

Beware of this diagnostic center. There is no seperate billing for normal patients and patients coming for covid tests. All has to be in same queue. This I experienced yesterday.

When I asked billing person about same he refused to give proper answer.

Extremely overpriced. There are many diagnostic centres doing tests at lower prices. A hrct chest they charged 5000rs.which is less than 2000 at many centres.

If you are going for covid test in this lab? Your making wrong choice.they unable to detect proper results and they need Dr precision for test so they can make money through precision also.

Worst customer service, very unprofessional people. Either their phones are busy or by chance if they ring none seem to answer & just in case you got lucky in getting them on the phone they don't even answer properly.

No reports at a time. I went for CT scan today. After scan is over asked 40 minutes to collect reports. After that given only photos and asked to collect report evening 5 p.m. They did not given evening as well but asked to collect next day morning.
This is the situation.
I don't know any option except to collect accordingly.

Recently I had my COVID test done at this center. It’s very clean. The booth in which they took my nasal swabs from was sanitised before I went in. The person who took my sample explained very patiently as to how he is going to collect the sample and made sure I was comfortable.

After the samples were collected they said I don’t need to come back to the center to collect the results as I could get my results online. The next day I got a call from the center informing my results were ready and they also emailed a copy to me.

I had a good experience at Sree Krishna diagnostic.

We had very bad experience:
I went for my CT scan as recommended my doctor and reports we suspicious and we went to the the doctor we visited she was like report and the CT scan film does not match immediately when we rushed to the diagnosis center and told the receptionist guy, doctor sent us to clarify that report and the CT scan film does not match, the person was like they came here to create scene, doctor will not send any one like that, since the doctor we went for is supportive she helped us and we got our report around 9 in the night which says everything is good. The staff response was very bad. Firstly it was the center mistake to exchange the reports, after their mistake if we go and ask them they are like we gave you correct one you just came here to create scene.

No response to the phone calls. No sanitization even in covid situation. Worst maintenance and staff behavior i ever seen.

Poor sanitation during COVID-19 as per my observation

It would be better if they provide hand sanitizer.which is very essential.

They are not ready to share reports though WhatsApp or email which leading to increase the number of visits there by increasing the chance of infection to the staff and visitors.

I went to Shree Krishna diagnostics for getting a Covid test done. It is good to see that they have a separate entrance for covid testing and no one else goes there. As soon as you go in, there is a table to fill out all your forms and a foot-pedal sanitizer.
We sanitize, go inside, give our filled out forms and receive the test kit. Instructions are clearly written to give the test kit to the concerned technician and placing it in the box after test is completed. The test chamber is thoroughly disinfected after every patient comes out.
The results are uploaded on their web page within the time frame that they mention. The details of how to check the result is on the receipt. The results are in a PDF downloadable format.
Overall, it was a seamless experience and I definitely recommend the place to anyone who wants to get any tests.

Went to Shree Krishna Diagnostics for covid testing. The process was quick because we had ready all the documents - aadhaar, prescription, ICMR form in hand. The samples are collected in a cabin which is sanitized and disinfected after evey sample collection. The reports are available online in 1-3 days. Can be seen using the URL link mentioned in the receipt at the time of payment. Hassle free reports and effective sanitization at the time of sample collection.

We went there for ct scan.iniyially they said they will give the report in 2 hrs. We waited there.after 2 hrs they said report is not ready they will send via email but same they are not done.next day also we didnt get the report.we contacted there number but no response.tried many times but numbers just rininhing nobody is lifting.till this moment I called them totaly 56 times.now I am going directly and want to know why these idiots are not lifting the call.

Took my mother for X Ray, Found it to be very neat and clean.

From taking an appointment to getting the reports, it was a smooth, seamless process. They explained how I can access my reports online so there’s no need to come back.

I had multiple tests to get done, but they were organised and I didn’t have to wait (probably since I took an appointment) I was done and out before I knew it.

The facilities are clean and well maintained, sufficient parking is available so there’s no hassle even on that front in the busy streets of Kukatpally.

The doctors, lab assistants and the other staff are courteous and helpful. Am definitely going back here for any tests that I need to get done.

Worst experience, no proper response at all, making to wait for a long time, all they say is 5 mins and 5 mins but made us to wait for more than 2 hours, definitely will not recommend

Went for ultrasound, no appointment system. And even then people came after me were sent first to the doctor. Staff doesn't know English to explain you the reason. Had to wait 2 hrs.

The Wait time was too longgggggg. Diagnostics is maintained clean and Hygenic. Have to roam around the diagnosis for hour and some times day to collect the samples.

Why people are giving negative I don't know.such a great service they are providing with very good affordable price.not like Vijaya diagnostics.such a worst diagnostics.don't go here.they are looting money like anything.prefer shree Krishna diagnostics. Sophisticated equipment, professional staff, meet hygene standards are 'Pros'. 'Cons: Complete body checkup patients have to give their complete day for the tests that will complete within 4 hours at other super speciality hospitals. They don't have a backup doctor toy experience, and if that doctor is to attend any critical case, your time is taken granted by the polite staff. This is the 3rd time I experience. Hope they ensure all the tests in the package are completed in one-go with dedicated doctors

Came up about 2 years ago. Spacious lobbies. But hardly any customers. Went for USG. The doctor, probably new, kept poking with the scanner. Wow. My experience at other hospitals was ten times better. Maybe they are using some old model. Anyway, bad experience. The path lab is very spacious and well planned. Staff here are more efficient.

The diagnostic center is ok but very rude answer by Mr karunakar the receptionist if possible find someone else to ask for help. When we didn't understand the ultrasound report we asked for 5min with the doctor who performed the ultrasound and he very rudely said we don't allow that go and ask your doctor which makes no sense as no other lab rejects patient's request like that. Everyone else in the lab is polite except Mr karunakar and they should think twice about putting rude impatient people like him in the front desk.

This place provides many services in diagnostics, Good in infrastructure, i came here to get 2D echo done for my father.i took appointment one day ago and they asked us to come at 2pm, we arrived on time but we waited till 4: 30 for the doctor to arrive. This is absolutely ridiculous as there are many patients who have been waiting to get consulted for the same doctor and surprisingly the staff have given appointment at 2pm for everyone. They haven’t given proper appointment to each person, but clumped everybody at the same time. This is highly in-acceptable as we waited 2hrs in which our precious time is wasted. DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT THIS DIAGNOSTICS EXCEPT FOR BLOOD SAMPLING.

We need to wait for 2 to 3 he's for 2D echo. In reception they will doctor will come @2 pm. But if you go to 2 ND floor, receptionist said doctor will come at 3 pm. But doctor will not come until 4;oopm. There is no proper information about doctor coming or not. This was happened on 12 the July. We are on floor waiting for doctor but ground floor and second floor receptionist said on the way. This on the way is from 3 hrs. They need to understand. Worwst experience with this
