Worst customer service, I bought nothing right ear bud from this so called authorized store (I think it’s just for the name) it’s been 3 months but they are saying the same reason (the stock isn’t available). Don’t ever purchase anything from this store.

Great experience! Even in the pandemic time, the service Centre was opening for limited time in the morning. The receptionist named Swati was helpful and got my product replaced within a week. Thanks for the service!

Service center mobile number is always switch off / phone busy, they don't give information regarding our product, product is repair / not

Worst service centre.they ask money for the product under warranty, better to go to sujana telecom service they did under warranty.

This is the one and only WORST service center in Hyderabad.they took my new sound bar which is under warranty (for issue-a small disturbance while playing songs with Bluetooth) on 1/12/2020 home pickup.they said they will deliver on 7/12/2020.i tried calling many times but no one picks up the call.the number which they gave on receipt is also not working.after many many many repeated calls and they delivered on 18/12/2020.i was shocked to see that my new sound bar became worst with all scratches and paint lost in few areas.they claim that those scratches are due to transportation. The issue for which i gave my sound bar is also not resolved. A new issue raised.woofer is not paring with the sound bar. The ILLITERATE technicians tried for 30mins and said they will send their superior with in few hrs.till now i, e. 22/12/2020 no one came to resolve the issue.finally i received my sound bar with unresolved issue.with scratches and additional pairing issue.
SHAMELESS PEOPLE.illiterate technicians.irresponsible management.jst because of giving to this center i lost 13k as i am unable to use the bar with out woofer.

Gave Alcatel tab for repair, more than 40 they were unable to get it repaired. Very unprofessional, not different than road site repair shop. Please avoid them, go for some other service center.

This is one of the worst service centers you would ever have experience with. I gave a speaker for repair and they were reluctant to provide any update. They do not respond on calls at all and they do not even care if the product is transferred to another center and if I should collect from somewhere else. Also, they took the initial payment but later I had to pay again the full amount for collecting my speaker as it was transferred to another Jbl speaker service center. I tried calling several times but they are least bothered to pay me back. I am never going to go there ever again.

Very polite staff, came here for JBL GO warranty claim and the process was hassle free. Trust on any Brand/Product is developed through Reliability and after sales service. Thanks to JBL and Shree Sai Communications.

Service is good and the way they respond is also good. But there is no guarantee that you got replacement on the day you have reached them.

I was facing problem with JBL earphones, So I contacted them and visited this place for replacement or repair.
They have taken my Earphones and asked me come back after one week for replacement.
Main thing comes here they didn't stand on their words and asked me to wait for one more week as they products are out of stock as they mentioned.
Again after one week same problem, asked wait for one more week.
It took more than one 45 days for replacement.

Don't know to solve the problem moto service center and moto phone are always have issues. And the service center will refer to hardware issue when it's a software issue and moto is completely filled with bugs

They charged 300 amount for out of warranty product, they said they will you about the problem EOD, but they didn't inform anything, even we are trying to call them they are picking up also. Only one service center in hyderabad for jbl, from hitech city ia too much far away. They also.didnt checked product well and said it will take 1 week. I am getting more frustrated with this shree sai communication service center.

Editing after a nearly one month, still I didn't get any responses.

Worst service. No one will respond correctly. The worst jbl service centre i have ever seen. The contact number they provide for service updates wont work sometimes and rest of the times they wont pick.

Useless. Infact there is no service. Rediculous behaviour of the staff engaged. Shall never buy or suggest JBL products any more. JBL is not undertaking any repairs and these are only customer rejection centres.

I have purchased JBL T110 BT after 9 months started facing problems with it and as per JBL customers support guidance I went to this place and with in 24hrs they have replaced it with new one and the people here are cool

For me Service is Excellent. My JBL Tune110 earphone's one side earphone stopped working in warranty period. I went there and they replaced it in just 10 minutes.

It is the worst place I have ever went in my entire life. I have given my JBL earphones here for replacement. They told that they will call me once my earphones are ready. It has been two months since I have given and last week they have lifted my call after multiple attempts and said that earphones are ready to collect. Today when I went for collecting ear phones, they are saying that earphones are not available without seeing my model number also. When I started fighting with them they are now saying that original bill is required for collecting my earphones which they even don't know that I have a copy of my original bill with me until I started fighting with them. Then they said that I can submit any address proof to collect my earphones which I already have, then they started saying that I need to produce a 20Rs original bond paper to collect my earphones. Trust me even if I go and get that bond paper they will say something else to avoid giving my earphones to me. When I called customer care they said that my status is already closed mentioning this store have collected my earphones. If you give any valuable goods here then they are lost. Please dont give your valuable things for repair/replacement in this shop. This is my first review writing something negative, I can't tell anything more than this. I want to conclude that this is a fraud store. Never and ever trust them.

Visited it twice for my JBL headset replacement. I am satisfied with the service on both times as I got instant replacement for my headset which is under warranty in 20 minutes time. The one problem I faced here is they mentioned close to 6 phone numbers including 3 landline and 3 mobile numbers but none of them are reachable. I had to visit store to get proper info about replacement as their phone numbers are not working.

Don't trust this no proper response from staff. From one month am calling them but they didn't give any response, and I went directly they aren't responding. The lady receptionist don't know how to talk with customers, Totally fake don't trust them. I gave my earphones 3 months ago but still now no response from them. I visit 4 times but no proper response don't trust them.

Worst worst service always give false information. The female customer care representative is worst. She didn't know how talk with customers. The male customer care representative is also the same behavior always give false information. My jbl earphone not working in warranty period. For exchange I came here. They said come after 15 days on 24th nov, 2018. Today, I called this shop person by phone that male representative asked three times job number then said stock is there came to the shop with job receipt. I started from gachibowli after 1 hour journey I reached this shop. After seeing my receipt male representative simply said no stock come after 10 days. I said above story then simple said come on next Saturday. They don't know talk with customer in politely. Especially the female representative is worst with talking customers with out knowing reasons
