I joined Shriram Life Insurance in March '23. While it's a relatively brief period for me to form a comprehensive opinion, I'm genuinely impressed with the company's culture. The management is remarkably humble, consistently providing guidance on elevating my performance to the next level. Shriram Life has played a significant role in enhancing my professionalism.

Wrost hr service at last moment of join they are rejecting the offer.please don’t be fool from fake interviews like this thank god I have not joined this company.

They hire free interns from local colleges without pay and ask them to sell life insurances in order to get internship certificate. If a particular batch of interns. Interact with other batch. They fire that intern.

Worst company they don't even have tea to give for employees.after no. Of complaints also admin team will not take any action. Specially they see IT team as servents. They make decoration to every cubicles but leave IT.

Worst insurance service, they will contact the customer till we are taking the policy and once you avail the policy they won’t respond your calls and they won’t respond to your mails. Not advisable to take any policy from Shriram life insurance

My Grandfather had taken a life insurance policy with the company. After the policy maturity, due to certain circumstance the maturity document mail bounced back and the policy shifted into the unclaimed department section.
The people over here have given me a hell of a time to get these funds back. I have to keep explaining each person about the complete scenario every time I talk to them. After submitting all the required docs, there is apparently a process b/w departments to get this money that my grandfather had invested.
The communication between their inter-departments seems pathetic to say the least. Each department keeps asking me for the same document that I had already submitted with some other department of theirs. Without checking with the another department, they just call you. And when you try contacting them, they either do not take the call or respond very rarely over the mail.
I certainly think they need to be much more professional and respectful towards their clients. I don't know much about others, but I don 't feel like a valued customer to the firm.

There is a post in Indeed from your company for the opening of Test Engineer. When you guys don't have any IT department then why the hell you're posting such openings. "Urgent opening for the role of Test Engineer". When we contact you, the customer representative talk to me rudely. She don't have manner to talk to a customer. Worst experience!

I did a internship with Shri ram life insurance. It's great to work with them. I think, Iam very much fortunate to have this opportunity. I got a really good support from the mentors and I am very motivated by observing a person like "Junaid Sir".
