Worn out interiors and a location on a busy highway with poor pedestrian access mar a stay here. All the restaurants of this hotel are not open.

This is the worst hotel I have seen. Irresponsible staff in reception. They could not even guide to banquet hall which is in the back side building where birthday celebration was happening. Food was total disappointment after charging 700 per plate. They brought roti after half an hour into the dinner. Initially they even said roti was not in the menu. And first time I ate a Biryani that does not have any taste. About accommodation, My relatives booked a double bed room, they gave a single bed with extra bed. Pathetic place overall, don't go by the looks of reception.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Only drawback may limited choice in restaurant menu and it takes a lot time after ordering.

Well the house keeping sucks. The only thing they do is make the bed. The washrooms Re not clean. There are cockroaches at the buffet. I wonder is they do pest control.

One of the worst places I have ever been. Most arrogant staff and pathetic rooms. If you are looking for respect and hospitality this place is not for you. They don't care about their guests. I checked out within an hour. Don't waste your money on this pathetic place.

It was a pleasant stay there. Service staff is very polite and cooperative. Everything is good. The only thing I would suggest while going into hotel is just check out the complimentary and paid things.

The hotel manager would like to show you some gestures rather than giving you by words. I guess he got nicely from me yesterday night.

We stayed at siesta hitech suites and we really loved it. We received awesome welcome and room services. Breakfast was 10on 10. Had chicken fried and mutton soup and wt least 20 other items to pick from. All in all, superb breakfast. Very neat and clean room and bathroom. And whenever we asked for, we got prompt services. Fully recommended.

Waiting time is unbearable. Food is okay. Bike parking in the basement is a torture room. The parking area stinks and you will have to hold you breath till you reach the ground floor

First two days they have served well.but third day, service was worst, and for ice cream three days they kept the same bowl, and you will not believe there was no rise in the middle of meals

Semen Stains and Bed Bugs on Sofa, that too for a presidential-style suite. Power cuts and mosquitoes are common. <br/>Air conditioning does not work well. The swivel chair was broken. Towels and laundry are even worse. They do not replace towels. Laundry is always in perennial shortage in the hotel. Bedsheets and linen are not replaced on request. The staff does not understand what a bath robe is. They are quite badly trained. <br/>Although it is mentioned in the brochure that there is 24x7 cafe and room service, actually it is not. The reception staff agree that it is a lie. It only works at their convenience. <br/>They hand over torn menu cards in the restaurant. The staff attitude is super-indifferent. <br/>Reception staff is unbearably arrogant, and in few cases threatening with the intrusive nature, moral policing and vigilantism. The reception staff cannot speak english either. <br/>They don't allow your cars to be parked inside the hotel even if you had a reservation. They expect it to be parked in a nearby hospital because the valet staff is too lazy and not properly supervised. In our case we had to wait for a quarter-hour in scorching heat and only upon fighting neck and tooth, our car was let inside. Even worse, we saw the supervisor yelling badly at the customers. <br/>You can buy more inhuman treatment for much less price. I have seen basic lodges offering better service than this over priced hotelier.

The rooms are beautifully designed. Spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The spaces are separated, designed and furnished for the purpose - drawing, dining, bath, dressing and bed and a working desk. The curtains and beddings are rich and lovely. Centrally air conditioned and they maintain a pleasant temperature. The buffet was tasty. That was a memorable stay.

No proper Service food is also not up to the mark veg starters are worst not a good option for vegetarians

Budget friendly lodging in prime location and very neat hotel comes with in housr restaurants at affordable prices. Staff is not much friendly

Went to have breakfast buffet here. Taste wise it's okay, but need to improve little more on the taste and the food items selection. On stay wise it is best suited for business purpose travelers.
