I was impressed with their website and presentation and words like women empowerment, home made and all these made me try their products. But extremely dissatisfied with the product. I ordered High Spice Boneless Chicken Pickle and Kandi Karam Podi, the podi was good but the pickle was horrible, the masala was fine but the chicken pieces were stone hard. They’ve just mentioned the date of shipping as date of manufacture but i strongly suspect it must be a very old stock. Fearful to consume also. Kindly check before dispatching. First of all, I’ve put this review as soon as the package was delivered and I tasted it, later after having detailed conversation with your team via mail and when I didn’t get proper response I’ve asked for refund. So don’t bluff by saying I’ve post this after asking refund. And as I clearly mentioned the reason for refund that I was not informed about these things that it’ll Be harder or whatever when I placed the order or even it was not mentioned in product catalogue in the website. It’s not like I should taste it then I should mail you to ask is it same worldwide or only with you. Secondly, asking refund is my right. No one will get easy money by scamming others like you. And I’ve asked refund for only this particular product (chicken pickle) and not for the entire order. If asking refund was my aim then I’ve would have asked for entire order. Don’t cover your loophole by throwing blame on customer itself. JUST REMEMBER THAT BECAUSE OF CUSTOMERS ONLY YOU ARE RUNNING YOUR LIVELIHOOD. And as i said before, that asking refund is my right as customer if I didn’t like the product but appreciating it is left to enterprise and even if you don’t refund I’ll consider it as CHARITY so that you can run your livelihood.
And yes I could have been in your shoes and consider about the things positively if you didn’t lie about timeline of review and refund. And that made me to be harsh in this review. And there are many more negative reviews talking about your same pathetic customer response if you find mine as fake. And fake is all those positive reviews which you’ve posted by creating fake IDs or by giving them some product discount when they post a testimony about your product and give positive response.
