I wend for dinner and food was splendid. Most recommend if you want quality food at affordable prices. I had egg fried rice, butter chicken and butter garlic nan. Everything was spot on

I have visited here no of times but this time i have experienced something different from the staff, reason is i have ordered approx at 11: 40pm chicken biryani then we haven't completed one the waiter came and asked for anything else I told them wait for 10min but he forcing us it passing 12 shifts would change make fast order he told we don't have any choice over there to decide.because of there selfish we not able to Complete our meal perfectly i am so disappointed for behavior, i never suggest and visit once again to hotel in my life.

Food taste is not as expected. Sitara means, people expects high quality based on brand name but that didn't get.

Name of the Hotel not seen while coming in car from Kukatpally towards BHEl. Name board should clearly visible from all sides.

They are not sure of there closing time.they will allow you to order, but they can't wait till you have them. They even switchedoff the lights while we are eating.very bad experience!

Good place, but the entrance board is not clearly visible on the road. One have to use GPS to make sure we don't miss it while driving

The manager and other employees should have clarity on their closing time. If you are taking an order, then it is responsibility to allow us to finish eating our food before the hotel is closed. They didn’t even give us 30 min heads up for closing. Multiple employees came and asked us to finish eating our food soon. One person even switched off lights when we were eating. Worst experience I ever had.

The worst biryani I have eaten so far. Veg Biryani served was cold, which is not expected from sitara very disappointed. After Making complaint they not even apologized or changed the food. Hate to visit again.

I had a very bad experience today at Takeaway. I ordered veg and non-veg packs and they gave both non-veg packs. It is a really bad dinner for us as vegetarians cannot have their meal while non-vegetarians are having. We then called up the Hotel and explained the mistake that happened and they did not even express any courtesy.
Didn't expect this type of hospitality from Sitara grand. Totally disappointed.

Didn't like their service. Breakfast was not good, no live counter.
Staff was not very cooperative, couldn't get special food for my differently abled family member even after many requests

Cockroaches under pillows and bed sheets. Never coming back and person reading don’t waste ur money.

Good food. But service can be improved. Had to wait for plates when dishes were getting cold at our table

This is the review for BAR 9 restaurant and bar at sitara grand Miyapur.

Went in to watch cricket and few drinks n food.ordered vegetable manchurian but it was bit doughy inside not the best I ever had, looks like they are short on staff, took long time to get my food, only one guy serving, prices are on average side. Need to improve the service. Took ages to get my my bill aswell. Overall okishh service but not the best.toilets are clean n tidy.

But one less star as paneer used was not fresh that day, it was rubbery.

Well maintained boarding and lodging place.best if you have work in and around Miyanpur, Hyderabad. Easy access to Nehru ORR.

Nice function hall, around 3 hall avilable good for around 600 members.nice food ambience. National highway next to it and road side parking

A very comfortable and peaceful place for sure, to have conversations and meetings but not food. Veg Tomato soup was prepared in a non veg bowl and we could smell it. Couldn't have a sip. Paneer snacks were too spicy and impalpable. Service was also clumsy.

This is one of the best place to visit with family. Affordable and tasty food. Rather comparing to other Restaurants newly opened like P*****E.

Don't go for this, I have ordered mutton biryani and it is very much spicy and moreover they have charged more 15rs on water bottles.

The food is not upto the mark and the service also. The fish tikka we ordered and it was served as a chilled. Moreover I don't like here is the cost of water bottle is 33rupees very bad.

IMPORTANT THINGS:
*BAD DECORATORS- THEY WILL CHARGE HELL OF MONEY FOR CHEAP DECORATIONS, WASTE OF MONEY TO INVEST IN THE DECORATORS OF SITARA GRAND.

*SELF FOOD SERVICE. NO SERVERS.

*WASHROOMS ARE MAINTAINED BAD.

*THE DOOR OPENER, WHEN YOU COME OUT OF YOUR CAR & WALLET PARKING PEOPLE DEMAND MONEY.

*THEY WONT RUN A/C FULL TIME, OR NOT FOR 50% OF THR TOTAL FUNCTION TIME.

*SOME WORKERS ARE BAD & DOESNT WORK.

*DECORATORS USES USED FLOWERS OR HALF DEAD FLOWERS.

*DECORATIONS ARE TOOOO MUCH PRICE AND COMES WITH LESS FLOWERS.

OVERALL, BAD DECORATORS, NO FOOD SERVERS,
EXPENSIVE DECORATIONS-VERY EXPENSIVE.

I AM NOT HAPPY.

This hotel having Bar and Restaurant with it. And that is worst part of it. Food taste is average. Service is poor. Surpricing thing is hotel with bar closes at 10: 30 clock. Waiter will force you to end up your order at 10-30.
My experiance was worst and unsatisfied.
Though comparitively costliest bar in that area.

Since hotel is on highway, got more noise from the vehicles horn which is coming into rooms Can't get sleep. The other side there is exhibition beside to hotel which is also creating noise.

I found this place decent and stylish but only thing that bothers me is the price. It's approximately 15% higher than usual banquets.

I staid for 1 night and rooms are very good. Price is also reasonable. Didn't get chance to taste the food.thats why given 4 stars.

Nice Manchuria, crispy baby corn.garlic non good, kaju curry, kadai vegnot up to the mark.overall 3.4 /5.
