Based on recommendations and reviews I consulted Dr. Lavanya to get pigmentation on my face checked. They say, first impression is the best impression and it was true when I visited the clinic. The clinic was very well maintained and welcoming and on top of that, Dr. Lavanya and their staff were very friendly. Dr. Lavanya checked my pigmentation and provided detailed information on the why's and the how's to take care of it. Her treatment plan was well versed.

It was my first time experience with Dr Lavanya and Dr Rao. After taking medication from Dr Lavanya, she referred to me under Dr Rao. After consultation I found that the opinion from both of them are totally opposite. After checking the review from map I visited there which was a great mistake and its very hard to reach out for any emergency.

Dr. Lavanya is professional. She quickly identifies any skin related issues and explains them clearly, her advices are helpful. We got some of the skin issues resolved which we were not even aware of. The improvements deserves the cost we put in.

I visited Skinspire for skin related issues and with the treatment my acne and spots got cleared and pigmentation is also reduced a lot. Dr Lavanya is so friendly and  listens to the problems with patience and she is able to find out the root cause of the problem in order to give the right treatment. During or post the treatment if we need any help or if we have any questions we can directly call to the desk they will help you out. Detailed Review:
I genuinely wanted to write a long and detailed review about my experience and journey so far with “Skinspire” Clinic & Dr. Lavanya. Sorry for the long post.

About Myself: I have had acne related problems for a very long time now. Add to that, my continuous rubbing and poking on the pimples meant I developed significant amounts of skin tanning, acne pores and severe hyperpigmentation. I approached several doctors during this time to resolve the situation. Also, I am currently located in US and the cosmetic procedures cost a huge amount of money here. When I visited India in the July of this year (2022), I happened to find this place “Skinspire” located in Manikonda

Doctor: Firstly, she is a very sweet person and listens to all your concerns and expectations very patiently. On average for each consultation, she spent close to 30 mins with me, I did not see this level of involvement from any other doctors previously. During all the visits she clearly explained the problem and very legibly writes the prescription detailing the medication process. She followed up with me on many occasions on the phone whenever I had any doubts on the procedures that I needed to follow, scheduled zoom calls too as I was not physically located in India. Overall, the treatment was personalized for my situation.

Facility and Procedures: The clinic is very accessible. It is very hygienic and clean. It might not be one of the biggest facilities out there, but it seemed like it had most of the equipment necessary for all kinds of advanced cosmetic procedures. I took a couple of peels (one acne related and the other for tan removal), both of which were performed by Dr. Lavanya and the results were amazing (more on this later). Also, the staff and the lady in the reception are very friendly!

Results: My main requirement was to get rid of the recurring acne problem. My medication and procedures are working very well, and I am very happy about the progress so far. I know it is somewhat of a long journey in my case, but it has been amazing so far. More importantly, I realized some very basic things and hygiene that one needs to follow to make sure their skin is healthy. Really, some very easily implementable tips shared with me got me so much more benefits already. Additionally, I took a couple peels (as mentioned above) and found significant improvements within 1 week. So again, very happy with this as well.

Affordability: Most of the cosmetic related medication (tablets / creams / peels etc.) is anyway very expensive and most facilities charge us a premium on top. I personally found the medication suggested to me was reasonably affordable. For the services and customization provided to me, the doctor’s consolation fee was nothing. I get to chat and keep updating about my progress with the doctor on WhatsApp.:)

Overall: Extremely satisfied with everything so far, very heavily recommend this clinic.
