Worst diagnostic centre, staff will not answer properly and no ontime service takes more then one hour delay

SL offers a very good testing facilities which are affordable and reliable. Special mention regd Pramila garu for the professionalism shown during NCS and ithr tests.

The Lab technicians are very bad character fellows they don't have common sense how to treat women there behaviour towards ladies was very bad without any knowledge how they are suitable for that position hence requesting everyone to avoid visiting this Diagnostic centre and also that they are taking Alcohol And doing work

I had my HSG test done. Dr. Mahalakshmi did it very painlessly. She is experienced doctor.thanku madam. And Lavanya madam was beside me throughout the test. Lavanya madam supported like mother during the test. Overall good doctor and friendly staff.thank u

Please avoid visiting this diagnostic center. I'm unsure why it has gained popularity. They charge higher fees compared to other diagnostic centers, but their service falls short. The staff's attitude towards patients is far from convincing. Long waiting times are the norm, both for tests and result delivery. In my case, my wife underwent some tests, and we explicitly requested immediate results, which was confirmed by the reception team. However, we still hadn't received the results the next day. They promise a 10-minute wait that turns into hours. They are completely untruthful. I implore you not to consider this diagnostic center. You are almost guaranteed to encounter issues. Some government hospital diagnostic centers are much better than SL Diagnostic Center.

The services offered by Prameela from NCS dept was top notch she was very patient and polite with my mom and also gave some great suggestions lucky to have prameela gari to perform my mom's test

Do not go to this diagnostic centre. They give all wrong reports.when the same test is being repeated in other diagnostic centre, it comes totally normal. This diagnostic centre is just 3-4 mins walk from my house but I still prefer to go to other diagnostic centre.

This is shame to you.making hours to wait patients. Now a days every where it's a publicity and show off. Making wait patients in here to fill cowrd. Later, starting acting as hurry.

For just 5 to 10 mins test making wait hours together. This is shame to you. Making payment firstly. And holding patients in the center.

Just tell me why should I pay first?
Why should I wait for hours to done a single test which test was 10mins.

Worst management.
Just need public money.
I don't think this post/reviews make any changes in @Sl diagnostic.

Technician by the name Pramila in EEG Department is very kind and polite. We are satisfied with the services.

Terrible experience with Dr. RaviShankar B – MD, DNB, DM. He is not responsive for which my elderly relative ending up suffering badly. Wrong suggestions - asking patients to share reports via Whatsapp and they never respond even when the patient is serious. Never ever any of my family members are going to visit them. I would clearly want to speak to a higher authority in this centre but they don't seem to have anyone.

They made me sit from 7am to 3pm by saying Dr is coming, at 3pm the receptionist came to me and said sir today Doctor is on some other work please come tomorrow. Worst maintainance. Don't go to this Diagnostic center.

Please stay away from going to this diagnostics center. People die with wrong diagnostics. We went there for blood test for my mom who and their D Dimer Test was completely bogus, we went to hospital again before taking the treatment we asked the doctor to repeat the blood test and the blood test was pretty normal. Please start noticing time the blood is collected and time when the report is generated and what happens in between that only god knows but any mess up with the sample can give you a completely bogus report. Old people does not have good enough resistance and strength they should start treating them with respect.

I went for TVS scanning I am bit afraid to get the scan as it was my first time. But doctor vidya Reddy radiologist have made me feel very comfortable. For the second scan also I have done with Vidya Reddy madam. Thank you so much for your patience i really appreciate. If you are person scared of tvs scan I would definitely recommend doctor vidya Reddy. Adding to this I went to other scanning centre previously where they mentioned I am having polyp for the second opinion my gynic have suggested me so diagnostic centre where SL diagnostic centre have gave clear report mentioning there was no polyp at all. They gave a genuine report.

I came here for the first time and the worst exp that i have never seen this kind of management. The help desk people are not at all welcoming the patients and they will not follow the queue and always gives highest priority to their references. Please don't prefer this if you don't have any references here.

Worst diagnostic center i’ve ever seen. Rude people and they wont respond to any query they just disconnect the call in the middle of the converstion. Home test people ask for more money but they wont give reports in time nor wont respond. Never choose this diagnostics

Not at all organized. First thing they would do is to collect money from you as you walk-in for any test and make you keep waiting for hours. They don’t have minimum courtesy to let the customer know in advance about the unavailability of the staff.

Has been around for almost two decades now. The staff both management and technical are friendly and very competent. The prices for services especially for blood tests and X-rays are extremely reasonable. It is probably the best diagnostic centre in n Vidyanager- Nallakunta area.

Very horrible diagnostic centre. I and my wife had RTPCR covid test together. I got my report and I am following up for my wife's report. They r saying that the report is missing. I have being in follow up since 24 hours but there is no response. The answer from them is they r trying to trace out but unable to get it.

Very poor turn around time for reports. Never provide the reports within the promised time. Poor work ethics, very unprofessional, unhygienic labs makes the experience even worse for the visiting patients

I had a worst experience with the diagnostic centre working team regarding my appointment for COVID test @ home. It gave me lot of mental tension. Its all because of their neglegence. I am very disappointed with their service

Such a worst diagnostics ever i have seen in my life, For giving simple reports they took more than 24 hrs and i waited since morning 7am onwards and they gave my reports at 3pm such a useless diagnostics. Better to go small centres where work will be done promptly. Here they are looting patients and our patience

What is the fun in getting the tests done when you don't get the reports on time?
If you have a prior Dr appointment and you want the reports on time, then pls rethink before going to SL Diagnostics. You may surely find better options around.

Worst Service Doctor are not available at the time, in Reception they loot the money after that said simply doctor not available wait for 1.hr or 2 hrs.

Though they charge bit less there services are pathatic. If you some one from staff or doctors who are working there then only I would recommend to visy this place other wise u need to wait hours together to get your test performed.all staff including there manger are Street smart ideas.

Excellent diagnosis, friendly person, His treatment saved me within 12 hours from my severe pain of hip joint.

I brought my mom for sugar test.spent money and time for two trips for pre and post lunch. They asked us to check the results online.but don't see anything there. They were courteous while talking to the patients but what I didn't like is people are entertaining themselves using mobile devices. I am not sure if such things are allowed at health centers. I tried numerous times to reach customer service but no luck. Overall, I didn't like this place!

Hi there! The receptionist and staff are worst and this diagnostics is full too commercial I went for a blood test for my mom in tapadia they said for one test it's 90 rs/- for another it's 350/- and here in sl they charged us 2200 rs/- and reports got 2 days delay for simple random sugar test.

Testing reports is accurate but Dr Mohan Rao is worst.he give a huge medicine that causes some problems like frequently vontings, motions etc plz avoid him

Not sure why staff is allowed to wear footwear inside sample and scanning rooms but patients are asked to leave footwear outside.

I went for Tiffa scan it's cost is 1800,
But Doctor didn't speak a single word and didn't explain
how the baby is.very bad experience.

Call centre staff is worst man they will simply divert the call but tests and reports will be acurate

There is no proper hardware, ac issues, please don't choose this diagnostic. There is no proper equipment and staff play games with patients time and patience.

Never choose SL Diagnostics if GAMCA allots this clinic for medical test, Aware of atleast 4 independent cases where the clinic declares the absolute fit persons with some or other medical problem when it is actually not for the sake of monetary benefits.

This is one of the most unprofessional places it has been my misfortune to have encountered. An appointment was given for 6pm; the doctor apparently doesnt normally come till 7 every day but no one bothered to tell us a 6 pm appointment was useless; we got there ate 6 pm but on this day the doctor didn’t show up till 7: 30 ; and then sent a message that he would be another 20 minutes

Needless to say we didn’t wait. An hour later we got a message saying the doctor was ready to see us. Appalling arrogance, complete disregard for patients who had come a long way for this appointment. Stay away

I came here today for an MRI scan for my dad. They are not able to do MRI since 1 PM due to A. C.issue. At the reception we are being told that the patient inside is not cooperating while the reality inside is different. I went inside the MRI room and saw that they are repairing AC and not doing any MRI. Surprised to see that knowing that there is AC issue they were still taking new MRI at the billing counter. No correct information is being communicated at the reception. Overall a pathetic experience.

I had very bad experience in SL today for DOPLER scanning i waited 3hrs. And report will be issued after 1hr.what the hell. In thus time delivery will be finish. Sp avoid SL if you have one day to spend and enjoy on hospital bench you are welcome. Staff is behaving like patient very dull and sad. Cleaning lady referred a lady for early scanning without knowing receptionist they are like hopeless sitting on chair.

Service is good. Responsive staff.recommended to the surrounding area people. All kindly of tests done here.total body checkup. Charges for tests are a bit high.rest all are fine.its located beside lane of nallakunta market Lane. Parking is an issue. Have to Take care of by self.
