Good Doctors. Great experience. I have done tooth scaling, fillings, zirconia crown here.all the staff is very efficient, empathetic especially Dr Sushma who will ensure every step that you are comfortable. Loved the whole treatment and would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone.

I have never visited any dental clinic till now, this was my 1st and best clinic, my father underwent some procedure, dr.ashwin was very friendly from receiving the patient to treating the patient and he also followed up regularly for my fathers health.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Ashwin Shastri and Dr. Lavanya Pragada during my Root Canal Treatment recently. I'm usually terribly afraid of the Dentist but both the Doctors (especially Dr. Lavanya) were very sensitive to that, went that extra mile to make me feel comfortable and hence changed my perception / fear of dental procedures. Dr. Lavanya is very professional, she was very patient with my queries and spent time trying to explain the process and provided her valuable advice. It is not easy to find a good Dentist and therefore I highly recommend Dr. Ashwin Shastri and Dr. Lavanya Pragada and their staff for the dental treatment needs of children and adults.

Also, considering the ongoing situation around COVID-19 they take patients through prior appointments only and their clinic is very well maintained. The clinic, procedure room along with chair and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each appointment so safety is not a concern at all.

It was an amazing experience as the doctors were very helpful, approachable and understanding of my situation. The place was very clean and they maintain 100% hygiene for their equipment. Products and equipment used were highest of standard. The work on my tooth was very intricate but they did it very beautifully and with ease, as a whole the service provided was hassle free and very cost effective. I came here after reading the reviews and was extremely satisfied that I did! I got teeth cleaning and a wisdom tooth extraction at the clinic.
Dr Lavania and Dr Ashwin are both excellent - they patiently listen, explain the procedure before, communicate through the process, explain when, where and how much the pain will be (really puts the mind at ease!). There is great aftercare too - was pleasantly surprised to get a call the next day asking if there was any discomfort or any questions I had. Would strongly recommend without hesitation.

I got my root canal done here. It was a very smooth process. Amidst the pendamic and lockdown, Dr Lavanya helped me to get rid of my tooth ache. She was available on phone, for any of my queries. They were taking only one patient at a time, and sanitized the equipment and everything everytime.

I had an issue with my front 2 teeth. I approached SMAK dental care to have it checked. Dr. Ashwin and Dr. Lavanya did a thorough check up and advised me for a root canal.

The process was comfortable for me. Being a diabetic I was apprehensive. But they took care of everything. I found the treatment very affordable compared to the service what I have received.

Visited SMAK dental few times for my kids and my treatment. Both Dr. Ashwin and Dr. Lavanya performed dental procedures with utmost professionalism and care. Since these were emergencies during COVID lockdown I was bit worried visiting dental clinic, but they assured us by following proper sanitisation protocols before and during treatments. It was a big relief.

We consulted Dr. Lavanya for my daughter's decayed tooth treatment, she is just 3 years old. We gained lot of confidence on the way she explained about the procedure and pedontist. We took her today to the clinic and I was scared about the process as my kid was very much non cooperative for almost 1 hour. But the pedontist, Dr. Gautam and Dr. Lavanya were extremely patient enough to handle my kid and asked us to remain outside. Dr. Gautam perfectly consoled my kid after an hour and finally started off with the procedure. Many thanks to his patience and the way he handled 3 year old kid was extraordinary as my daughter had 3 decayed tooth and he performed root canal treatment with utmost care. Finally my daughter was brought outside and we were relieved with the entire process. SMAK dental care is one of the best clinics for dental treatment. You can happily rely on the doctors and get the right treatment done at right time.
