My experience at this parlor was very bad. They don't even know how to do the basic U haircut. I had to ask the hairdresser to remedy their cut continuously. Didn't even level the hair. Also she tried to set my dried hair using a blow drier.the hair is meant to be wet before setting it. Very bad experience.

The fellow sitting at the counter is rude, uncouth and impolite. They do a lot of promotions, but none of them is useful. They will give coupons which you cannot use or membership card for which you need to pay but again of no use. Because of this attitude of his the employees keep changing. The service assistant you find once will not be seen again. It's a unisex salon but there is no lady to cut a hair! He himself does it. It's not a very hygienic place too. So, if you go once, do not go again. Find a alternative place, there are many, and you will be happier with their service.

My detailed review (For public) :
Finding perfect salon in new city becomes very tedious task. May it be perfect eyebrows lady or painless waxing. I visited this place few weeks 1st time.

Services asked for: advanced haircut and basic waxing

Amount spent:
advanced hair cut: 600/- (hairwash included)
Setting charges: 200/-
Waxing: 60/-
Gst: 154/-
Total: 1014/-
[Was never charged setting charges in other cities; not sure if it's a trend now]

Waxing (5/5) -
done by Kavya I think- girl with short hair. She is excellent! I will definitely visit again for waxing.

Advanced haircut (3/5) -
No questions on skills and experience of owner! I specifically asked for layer cut (behind) & laser cut (front) [That has been my style for 4yrs now and I like it]
The final haircut looked great in salon after setting but when I came home & did my usual partition, I was little disappointed with the visible unevenness in the laser cut part & frankly it did not look like laser cut! & Still it doesn't: (

For owner: My request sir - please inform customers about extra setting charges (200/-) prior. I was not informed.

I have been going to the this saloon from past 2 years. I would tell, the service and staff were really good to clients initially. But from past 10months what I observed that, the way they treat customers is completely changed (sometimes it was offensive and impolite) they are not even trying their best for client preferences.
It is kind of my suggestion to saloon that if they continue the same, It will decrease the count of customers to the saloon.

Worst place. Don't go there. Better go to green trends.it's just opposite to it. They actually denied service stating they won't provide during evenings. And also only on weekdays. How pathetic. Don't go here.

Receptionist (male) dealing is not gud at all, increasing discussed prices after the service on the name of GST, not recommended.

Totally GST fraud.

Very good salon.i went to the smile salon for the first time. Had my hair cut by Mr. Pavan, who is fantastic, Good guy. I am suuuper happy with my hair cut. Definitely go back. Fab job. Thanku.

Worst experience ever.they made my eyebrows like hell.i want to give minus zero review.i informed to one tall lady in their staff to do only extras.but she did my left eyebrow thick and right eyebrow thin when i asked her to adjust again she did left eye brow narrow than right.then she did right eyebrow narrow.totally its like very thin straight line eyebrows.i dint have any words after saw my face in mirror.if you want make your face ugly then only go to this saloon

Decent place️not your highend parlour but very homely n fairly friendly.including the owner who at times gets into a bit too much explaining I guess (not with me though) Sreenu is a nice senior guy; very experienced.

Terrible experience. Got a haircut done, they did a awful job, cut the flicks too short.and then lied and cheated about the cut to charge Rs. 708.for a cut which was pathetic.if they charge so, the quality should be commensurate.which was not the case.and the guy who mans the counter lies.
Very bad experience.this place should beTOTALLY avoided.
It does not deserve even a one star rating.

After hearing the bill price.the tag line which they have carrying infront of the building will be erased from your face. Not worthy services and prices are too high. Completely dissatisfied

The prices are not worthy for a normal haircut (After haircut there is no HairWash service) +beard shape (i need to peculiarly mention about this which u guys have done to me. Without using a trimmer managing with scissors is so called beard shape).
It's a minimum common-sense you should not keep customers things in public.
I have visited other salons as well and i never felt depressed regarding to their prices and they have provided satisfactory services.
Finally it's not about the prices matter is about customer satisfaction.

After reading the mixed reviews I was lil skeptical in trying this place. However since the salon is close to my place and the nearby Green Trends folks are highly unpunctual when it comes to the availability of the service providers at 9.30 am. I thought I would give smile a chance.the place is neat and the service provided was better than GT with no one trying to sell you any products or services.hair dresser knew what he was doing and was not in any hurry to complete the work and move on to the next customer.as far as the bill is concerned it is in par with any other salons.with a standard GST of 18%. Will definitely visit this place again and you guys have earned my patronage!

Have been using waxing and threading services for over 2 years now, but was compelled to write this review today for I received the best haircut ever. Have tried all the fancy chains and branded salons but very seldom received the kind of attention and care that Mr Pawan provided. He took the pain to understand what I needed and made sure I left happy oh and, perfectly hygienic and very reasonably priced waxing/threading services. Best in the Madhapur area, I can bet. I’m surprised that anyone can find their staff rude; all of them are very very courteous and sweet. They’ll try to make you comfortable even despite the language barrier with Hindi speaking clients. Thanks guys!

Don’t try to put down customers about money. I already told you that I don’t care about money. I’m sad about the service and the behaviour of the owner. Stop trying to give bloody sweet explanations to hide your mistakes. Btw u said I’m using cheap products “ I’m using matrix and de fabulous products as suggested by lakme salon” even u guys are using same matrix products. How can u insult me like this. That means u r also using cheap products same matrix brand

Worst salon. Workers are good but the owner was very rude. He is not a stylist, he gives unnecessary tips with half knowledge. They suddenly doubled the charges. No respect for customer. Hair Oil massage service was good, but I’m disappointed with owner behaviour. I had hair oil massage service 3-5 times, every time they charge me 300/- by lady owner, last time when I visited other person (may be her husband) he is so cheap, he didn’t do hair wash properly started arguing with me and charged 600/- for the same regular service. I will never visit that salon again because of that owner. Extra cost for hair wash + 18% GST + rude behaviour. I’m fine with cost but I hate that owners behaviour.

Best massage! I have been to many well estabished spas but never got so personalised service like this provider. Viay is the best guy to get the proper body massage after a tiredful week.
