Smiline dental hospital is not like before, I am customer from last 12 years, but this time had bad experience, After visit for a small checkup they send me for X-ray, they took 2 X-ray and send me to consult Dr. Sunitha, she just checked 1 X-ray and told me for the problem, ok fine, after come out at reception they charged for 2 X-ray? , What was another X-ray, if it was required why they didn’t checked, if not required why did they took another X-ray, (wasting money of customer or minting money from customer?)

This is my second surgery/tooth removal by Dr Shezian, I am extremely happy with his operations, explanation. The main difference that I observed in him as compared to my exoerience with a previous surgeon is that during the surgery even when things got complecated he never used brute force as I had experienced in an earler case. We can go for his treatment with full trust that it will be as painless as much it can practically be.
I heard their expensive and friendly treatment, They show lot of care, so that you feel like spending for all the treatments that they ask. Initially their consultation fee highest in the world. Assumed it would be good and paid the amount. All inexperienced and young doctors, they don't believe in making it right, rather going for complete removal of teeth. Ask for X rays and Xrays, that will take extra money from your pocket. Later they would ask for scaling for other teeth. With nice acting care, you would feel like having anything. After scaling I had severe sensing on teeth. Later checked with another dentist. Opinion on removal teeth was something else. I realized I was put in some trap, so I asked for refund of money which was took in advance for disposals and scaling second sitting. Initially they said they would refund, later no response. After so many calls they say they refund, they wont come back, At last I had visited hospital, then they gave bill for agreed amount, and took account details for untreated service and unused disposables. They did not do transfer for a month, I again had to call Hospital. This time its different story, They say they wont refund scaling left over amount as I had first sitting. I asked at least remaining amount to wire transfer. They said "No", They will give a cheque for 1000Rs that I had to deposit for which I have to spend 200rs petrol. For paying them, they instantly collect in all forms of payment, for paying back to customer they make us to suffer. They promised that they will call me after preparing cheque, more than a month till now I did not get call from them. Rather money, I felt hurt more with their service and response in refunding for untreated treatment, by not even caring about my dissatisfaction about their service. PATHETIC, DONT FALL into their BLACK MAGIC when goes for their consultation, take time and agree for their advices, and don't pay anything in advance, in case you dont like they make you suffer in refunding the money, I'm not sure whether they are willing to do it, as in my case it did not happen at all.

The reception at smiline and maintining covid protocol precautions are really good. The check up and treatment by Dr Sunita and Dr Preeti duly explaining the reasons has been excellent. Smiline dental hospitals as such provide good health services with utmost dental care and hygiene including the ambience which is perfect to soothen the patient in pain. This hospital has been my favourite since atleast 8 years and all my treatments are done here, I don't switch to other dental care though its fares are little bit high. All receptionist and faculties are good and well organised. Dr. Harita was good in explaining all details to me and has diagnosed well & DR. GRACE she was also perfect in her job be it scaling or fillling.

We took our daughter for braces and paid 50K. From the day they have started treatment almost 5 orthodontist have resigned and left, due to lack of consistency treatment ended very badly. After 3 years we have lost money and most valuable time, as it was back to square one after 3 years. I have gone for tooth polishing once and lady doctor had drilled made a whole in the tooth and another totally inexperienced lady doctor took it root canal level, when we have confronted Dr. Ramakrishna tried to cover up. We had to go to other doctor for fixing it. Please be aware of this hospital.

My sister had her braces treatment done here. At the beginning the doctor explained about the whole treatment plan very well. All the staff involved were very hospitable. Even during covid they followed guidelines properly maintaining the safety of the patient a top priority. During every visit i was explained about the procedure done for the day in detail. Overall experience here was high class and very satisfactory.
