I had very bad experience with other makeup artists before and was really afraid to get the makeup done. Mom’s friend has recommended Sminkup Team (Naresh garu) to get the trial makeup done. I booked the trial makeup and I liked the subtle look on my face and have booked Naresh garu and team for my wedding event. I am very happy with their service! I had hired them for my wedding and when I was looking for my makeup artist for wedding I had fears, as I have dusky and oily skin. And many makeup artists make the bride look fairer than she actually is and the person looks entirely different but not in a good way. I have booked SminkUp Celebrity Team for both my Reception & Wedding on Feb 13 & 14.
The look they created on me for both the occasion was beyond my expectation. Everyone appreciated for the makeover and more importantly makeup stayed long time. Especially my mom was very very happy with her simple & nature Makeup given by sminkup team, actually she said no for makeup but finally she agreed for Reception time and that went flawless. I wanted explain bit more about SminkUp as I had some bad experience with other Makeup Artist for my Engagement. Compare any other makeup artist these guys are completely different. Mr Venkat is the best person who taking care from day 1 to end of the day. Once the booking is done they did the below process it was really awesome and this all will help to every to avoid the last minute hassles
1. They called me for Closeup photos of my face and hair
2. After that I got a call from team head and he explained about everything and my looks for Wedding & Reception.
3. What all I have to take care and what all they will provide
4. Again they called me 15 days before and asked me about my dress photos which I am going to wear on the events
5. They suggested me about what type of facials I have to take
6. They suggested me the right vendor for Flowers & poolajada
7. They called me again 4 days before for the final confirmation about the timings
8. They are at venue 3 hours before and they are with me till second saree change
9. One more important thing is they didn’t even point out about the balance amount – this is really great because my exp with other MUA at Engagement is they didn’t tie my second saree until I clear the balance amount. No bride will carry money in that rush mode even I don’t have my mobile with in that situation.
10. After 3 days I got a message from Mr Venkat about the balance amount and I cleared it, really even I didn't get a time to cleat the amount in those 3 days I am travelling to multiple temples with new family.

My final conclusion for all the brides is just go with SminkUp and don’t think about budget. As it’s one time event in a life time for us. I did a lot of search on makeup after my engagement.finally I found SminkUp team and I believe my feedback will save so many brides time.

On 14-05-2021 my sister was tied up with a knot.
So we got tied up with smikup team. Venkat gaaru was amazing at guiding us. There was no delay in time.

What happened was that make up not upto the mark. No proper lipstick was applied, hair was tooo tight.in the marriage hall being a sister I adjusted her look. The pooja jada (head and tail) which was provided by us was cut into two halves and this created a big mess in the event.

Our expectations completelyy went down.

I liked their work and especially the natural look they give with their makeover and helped me choose the right package as per my needs. Had to postpone my wedding due to Covid, but the sminkup team were very accommodating and gave me a full refund of my advance. Very professional and helpful. I will definitely recommend them and would go back to them for any future events.

Makeup was completely not up to the mark. It was my sisters wedding and we have taken service of sminkup. Completely the skin color changed. We felt she was more and more beautiful naturally with out any makeup. Our big event where we trusted the sminkup my the reviews. But the outcome was sad.
