Soft Smile Dental Clinic

I had a pleasant experience at Soft Smile, I went there to get my teeth scaled. Dr. Hiba took great care and scaled my teeth patiently as well as precisely within a timespan of 20 minutes. 5/5 for this experience.

I visited this clinic first time based on the reviews. Though it was my first visit for tooth removal and filling, I really felt so relaxed as I didnot feel even a bit of discomfort with their treatment and it was overall a very pleasant experience till now … Dr Priyanka did a fabulous job! Thankyou so much
But the prices are bit higher!

A follow up note to my earlier review. Dr Soni addressed the concern personally and graciously resolved to my satisfaction, with an assurance to make changes to the policy and accountability on the part of the dental office staff.
- Side note, my dental procedure has been most time efficient and effective so far. There's been a couple of little extra procedures required on top of my initial consultation and Dr. Soni, has been attending very deligently.
I came here with a strong recommendation from a friend and I must say " I am glad I took that recommendation.

A note to Dr. Soni, not to please reprimand the staff. My intent wasn't to get anyone in trouble BUT merely get it to his attention.

I am still under treatment with this dentist office, that makes people take their shoes off at the door. In my last appointment someone stole my shoe and I returned home wearing my socks, the staff made me wait for 45 minutes without a word. No remorse or regret from the dentist's office yet. I have to still go back and finish my treatment and pay them. What a tragedy! Welcome to India) - I am yet to make an opinion about the quality of dentistry work as its still on, however, I remain skeptical now

Dr Jitender soni is an excellent doctor. His treatments are very much affordable.
I highly recommend him.

I went to get a retainer and cleaning. They charged 1200rs for cleaning. The girl rushed the whole process and did not allow me to spit in between I kept asking her to let me throw the water. Worse experience she must be a BDS qualified but doesn’t know how to communicate.

Had I been given a chance to give negative rating to this clinic I would be the first one to do so because soft smile dental clinic is a waste hospital. Dr Jeetendar is one of the most arrongant and worst doctors I've ever met in my life. He is very rude, unprofessional and does not approach a patient's problem as per their requirement instead approaches them as per his financial requirement (with which i mean where he can make more money). I got my orthodontic treatment done twice from him facing dissatisfaction and disappointment both the times. Getting treated from him has been the worst decision of my life ever and waste of money as well. He unnecessarily treated my lower gum teeth and changed the alignment in such a bad way that I'm experiencing pain every day. I asked him to treat only my upper gum teeth but just for the sake of money he treated my lower gum teeth as well which was just not required. Just because of his stupidity it is me who is suffering a lot. He is not even guilty of what mistake he has done. This shows what a waste person he is.
