God bless the entire team at Solis. It was by chance that we walked into their new n absolutely modern outlet at Sainikpuri and met Mr Bhardwaja who guided us to the ECIL Solis hospital! My mother had her second cataract surgery.which went so smoothly with absolutely no hassles.entire staff and Doctors are so dedicated. They work as a team and guide minute by minute! The counselors Mrs VijayLaxmi n Mr Reddy understood our problem and gave really good guidance! Such happy faces all around working there like Ms Padma n Mr Prasanth made us feel so much at home. The Solis hospital team also helped heal my mothers botched up first cararact operation done from elsewhere.

I have undergone eye surgery in the month of november and the results of my vision are execellent I appriciate the cooperation level of the staff and doctors very happy.

This eye hospital is very neat and clean, well maintained. Most of the insurance claims are accepted. Treatment is also good and there are enough staff available to take care of patients. Also some free books are available to pickup, mostly those books are from charity. Wallet parking is also available. Medicines and spectacles are also available on the ground floor.

I wanted to post this review with regard to our recent interaction with this hospital. My mom in law had to get her cataract done and she was looking for a reliable hospital to get. We had a bad experience with the staff at Agarwal for my dad in law, and were wanting to find a better place.
The moment we set foot into Solis, we were greeted with friendly staff who were very transparent about the process, cost and insurance support. Dr. Namrata performed a comprehensive diagnosis and guided us to make the right choice for treatment. She was very patient and helpful as well. The best doctor we could have asked for. Throughout the course of prep, surgery, post surgery and billing, the staff were very cooperative, and i felt we received top notch care and service.special thanks to vjiaya lakshmi as well.

Best place to visit to get complete eye checkup. The doctor was very friendly and professionally able to understand the problem and also able to suggest the best possible treatment for the same and other staff is also good and they had suggested best spectacles and delivered it nicely.whoever in need for eye checkup and also looking for the good collection can visit this place without any hesitation

Waiting Time is too long.it will be good if they care more about their patient's time and make it more quick.

Less knowledgeable people working there. As eye is a sensitive issue,
they must hire people who know what they are doing.

Doctor gave wrong prescription now I have a blur in my right eye. Instead of properly checking with trials he just tried once and concluded. Avoid this careless hospital.

My father N. G. Rao, aged 89 underwent cataract surgery at this hospital. The surgery along with pre, post operative care was great. I am sure with the experienced and caring staff all other eye related services are superb. I wish them good luck for the continued service in future.

Staff is worst and there's a delay in the treatment. Consulting doctor doesn't prescribe any medication instead for refers other investigations.
It would be better if you can prescribe medication for temporary relief and then investigations.

I have visited the outlet at ECIL Croads First time with Broken specs. The original and all other suppliers reported it cannot be repaired but Pradeep at Solise himself offered to repair the broken specs. The specs are now as good as new. Am so happy with the Promise made and Services delivered by Solis Eye Care and Wear at ECIL Cross Roads. A special compliments to Mr Pradeep.

Sweet spoken and simply looting money. They them selves asks us to come one month later after surgery and collects money for checkup. If we asks our software won't accept without taking money for checkup. This is one kind of looting money. Lots of time wasting. We need to pack our lunch box while going to Solis. No time sense.

I myself is a general physician, went for my mothers routine eye check up, friendly doctors and staff. But so called multi brand frames section is not good. Good frame collection, but staff is worst, nobody care to bother, waited for 15 minutes nobody showed up to show the frames. Overall recommended for only eye check up, not for frame shopping better go somewhere for frames.

I did check up and ordered my spectacles. I got my spectacles in within 2 days. I loved these hospital services. Pradeep is fabulous person. Pradeep helped a lot and assists right from the beginning.

While the hospital is clean and located accessibly, the staff needs a little etiquette. While they were not rude, they could be nice to the people who are already stressed and the elderly gentleman posing to be a doctor couldn't be patient with us for 30 seconds when the eyes were tearing profusely due to high sensitivity to light and this was after artificial pupil dilation which allowed all the more light into the eyes and the doc would've known that too.

Not was the analysis accurate as we were there for a second opinion. All this after having charged twice as much consultation fees as any other chain of eye clinics

The cataract operation was done by Dr. Ashok who has taken this as a very challenging since the case was little critical The whole procedure was done very professionally and the staff were very nice and courteous. I would definitely recommend this hospital and doctor.

Hospital with organised OP care and Hygienic Practice are of best in class facilities. Had my OP check up and happy to get good medical advice.

I visited this hospital as my son's eye got injured. The devotional chant that was being played all over the place was very inconvenient. We were wearing masks and face shields as were the doctors and so amid this chant it was very difficult to follow what the doctor was saying. I requested the receptionist to switch off the audio (chant) and the receptionist rejected my request. Other staff at the desk intervened and asked her to reduce the volume to which she agreed. I did not notice any change in the volume throughout my presence at the place. We had to endure this additional suffering (my kid was already suffering from pain) as the chant was penetrating our minds. Solis leadership if you are reading this, kindly make the place more peaceful. Thank you.
