Worst hospital, no proper equipment the lab they charge as corporate hospital, staff here are arrogant and rude behavior, reception staff behavior is worst

I got admitted in this hospital on my own choice recently for a major surgery. Thanks to Dr. Chandrashekhar garu, Dr. Soumya garu and Dr. Vamsi garu. The surgery was successful and I am happy. As our Sanatana Dharma says VAIDYO NAARAAYANO HARIHI is proven Venkata Raman.

Doctor Krishna Chaitanya is god to us, Since we started taking treatment my mother is on path of recovering. Nursing staff Lavanya and Mamatha are simply amazing, they are experts in their field. They handle my mother with utmost care. The main issue of this hospital is concierge staff and billing staff. They are very disrespectful people. They are least bothered about other people and their needs, even if doctors personally inform about patient's background yet they keep ignoring. They rule as per their convince. Only reason to visit this hospital is Doctor Krishna Chaitanya, S Chandrashekar Rao, Nurse Lavanya, Nurse Mamatha.

Vast experienced Oncology doctor Sri Simhadri Chandrasekhar garu available at this hospital.

Everyone should visit this hospital as a legend was born here.

Excellent hospital and Dr chandrasekhar. Just because of the unprofessional staff behaviour on telephone, the reputation will go to task. I genuinely request the management to take care. I just spoke to the guy who was very rude and not responded properly ie 4/1/23 at 8.55 am.

DR C S Rao sir is very great and Satya Dattatreya sir also so great, my mother is suffering with Cervix Cancer, treatment done at Omega Kurnool, Omega doctors told maximum she is live 6 months, but she is not relief at that time i was came at satya dattatreya sir, sir excellent treatment done and refer to Rao sir, Rao sir colostomy operation done. Now 13 months completed she is very well. She is done all works own, we are very happy, I was told thanksful to P S Dattatreya sir and CS Rao sir. Administration and Medical shop people are not respond to time to time, security people are very good.

Dr.simhadri Chandra Shekhar Rao sir, is God, sir has saved my grandmother Life, Doctors say they are equal to God, if you look at Dr. Simhadri Chandra Shekhar Sir it seems true.

Un professional behaviour by department of laboratory. There is no communication between billing and lab, sour experience at xray Dr. V Anjaneyulu consultant pathologist behaving and shouting like an animal. Patient was suffering with pains even though the lab was empty he was shouting like an insane on us. We came here and paid lots of amount for a special care. My simple question to management.are we paying extra for someone to shout on us?

Pros: Doctors and nurses are good. They are handling patient with care.

Cons:
1. Reception is worst
2. Accounting team always talk rude to patients even though they miss manage with the amount at the time of checkout.
3. For me they added 5-6k extra 2 times. So, make sure you check your bill properly at checkout
4. If they don’t have beds in 1st floor they send us to day care in 4th floor but they charge same amount.
5. Every hospital will have a grace period of 2hrs for checkout. Here they charge extra for those 1-2 hours. In this case they should take joining after allocation of room.
6. They make us Rome between hospitals even though its there mistake. There is no main head at the finance desk in 1st floor to address issues.

Dr. C. S Rao is an excellent doctor. He is very patient friendly and has lot of patience. The other doctors are excellent and the hospital staff is good. Very good hospital.

Well experienced doctors. Good maintained staff. Well parking place. Prescribed tests are available. If tests are not available you can visit Lucid besides to the Sowmya hospital.

Worst patient scheduling.
VIP get treated first even though you are standing 2 hours in line.
Have to wait long hours cluelessly weather your are in line or staff missed your card.

Such a pathetic administration.

5 Star for doctors in this Hospital Dr. Duttatreya (MD DM) Medical Oncologist and Dr. Chandrasekhar S (Surgical Oncologist) who have built a strong confidence in treating illness for my mother. I have been undergoing treatment for her since Jan so far no major side effects noticed and mother showed significant signs of improvement. My extended thanks to all staff at Soumya Multi speciality and Renova Soumya cancer centre for patient care and hospitality.

Star Health Insurance Customers- Kindly note that this Hospital is an excluded service providers for Star health hence no claims are accepted or reimbursed. Star Health Team consider chemotherapy treatment as day care procedure. General, Day Care wards on 4 th floor. Single and double occupancy room are available in 1st and 4 th floor. Monitoring charges, stationery charges, nursing charges and IV sets, RBS, consultation charges will not be paid by star health. Star Health insurance agent will advise u that all medical cost will be borne by the company at the time of medical emergency however fact is they will reimburse only 50-60% of treatment cost. This might be the reason they don't have copay clause in policy.

Pathetic hospital, Specially Dr Chandra and Dr Soumya. Both have misguided us for Chemo with only port costing 80k. They have all the plans to convince patient but some how we found a good Dr at Indo American and further he recommended the surgery. The patient is fit and fine now. However the staff was helpful. Thank God for showing us the right path.

Dr Chandrashekar sir is incredible and well diagnosis clearly and smooth surgery and follow up for my wife. The doctors and staff gave utmost care to the patients. I highly recommend to other patients for good treatment. Thanks. K Srinivas Rao. Medipalli Hyderabad.

Dr. Chandra Sekhar sir very good person and treatment it's like happy to everyone and only one bad thing at hospital ie billing section one lady sitting she is not good at all times because of she will not responding at any type of urgency and also she will not caring doctor instructions also. Please replace her for good manner.

Dr SIMHADHRI CHANDRSEKHAR RENOWNED AND WELL KNOWN ONCOLOGIST AND KNEW HIM SINCE THE EARLY NINETEES IS A VERY GOOD DOCTOR IN HIS PROFESSION WITH HIS GOOD EXPERIENCE HAVING INITIALLY WORKED IN GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL. AFTER VISITING HIM I FELT MORE CONFIDENT.

Dr. Chandrasekhar rao is very good, but Very bad administration, reckless response from the staff.

Good doctors and attenders are very helpful.
They are handling with care and lot of patience. We feel to go there.
Good care. Every staff and nurses are also good.
But 1st floor reception, billing or anything they make us to wait and waste our time.
First they do their some file work or counting money then only they attend us.

Recently I was visited in this hospital for my uncle treatment the doctor and staff was excellent while receiving patients, and they talking politely and totally hospital was excellent

I have undergone colon surgery by Dr. Chandrasekhar Rao garu in the year 2017 April 3, followed Chemo therapy asper plan and also took regular checkup all these years. Are you suggest further course of action sir after completion of 5 years.

Cancer care in Secunderabad and trimulgherry locality. Doctors are very cooperative and well equipped.

Soumya MSH is like a family healthcare, people oriented, professionally run, well organized hospital. Dr.is the most experienced in the Industry who advises the best course of action for the patients. They are not profit minded like the other branded hospitals in the city. To summarize, Soumya is the best hospital in Hyderabad for Cancer treatment.

Dr. CS Rao garu is one of the best Surgical Oncologist in Hyderabad. Dr Madhu garu (Surgical Oncologist) & Dr Krishna Chaitanya garu (Medical Oncologist) are also well experienced doctors. They never prescribed over medication and were always suggesting natural foods. Awesome Experience and strongly recommend who are in need.

Though the Dr CS Rao is best oncologist and treatment is best in hospita, staff’s behaviour is very rude. To get Discharge Summery of patient, they took more than a week by IP billing department. Till now we didn’t get it, though patient was discharged on 7th of August, 2021

Best doctor ever seen. Soumya is not like many commercial hospitals. Dr. K. C. Rao is one of the world popular doctors in oncology (cancer). Least possible expenses with best medical attention. We had experience with this hospital since 2014. You may not see show put up here. Many from Telugu states come here.

Now-a-days doctors are becoming commercial but Dr K. C. Rao garu, one of the greatest person I have seen. He gave us a lot of hope in my mother's (suguna) health (cervical cancer advanced Stage). He did the treatment till his level best and as a result my mother survived for 10years. Thank u very much sir.

Dr. Chandrasekhar garu is one of the top most Oncologist. He is assisted by an efficient team of Doctors. Good hospital with neatly maintained facility. Very cost effective treatment when compared to Corporate Hospitals. However as he personally attends to all the patients, waiting time would be bit long, but that is acceptable considering his experience and expertise.

Dr. S. Chandrasekhar garu is one of the best Oncologist in Hyderabad. Recently, my father has undergone surgery for the GIST and it went well. We are also satisfied with the post operative treatment. From my experience, this hospital is much better than many commercial hospitals in Hyderabad.

Wrost service in customer care positive response is not there I am not recommended this hospital

Worst management I had ever seen. Nurse Rameshwari or some nasty lady has shown worst behaviour towords patients.it's waste of time and money too.so pls don't prefer this hospital for consultation. Think better to be a better person
