Service staff were poor in behaviour. They don't know basic etiquette and how to behave with a customer.nd manager also don't know how to behave with customers.

4th floor baby Store girls staff are not Polite with Customers gathering infront of customers & murmuring not Quick response from them! Either everything is Very best ground floor staff are best, Quality & price also best

The location is decent, staff is helpful. One stop shop for all the family clothing needs.

Good mall. But requires more quality of dress and other items. Mgt should visit V Mart and other marts

Went there to buy palazo but hardly there were any options. This mall needs to update to the needs of customers

The billing counter are limited, every time we need to wait for 15 to 20min for payment. And another 5min for your package to arrive.

No ventilation at all. They do not on the Ac even when the crowd is more. Managers doesn’t take care of the complaint as well. Worst experience

It's good mall and good collections for kids and others. They will not display many varieties until you ask for more. Customer response is not that good. Overall ok. Near by there is no good collections for kids. It's having many brands but get good amount of time to check the majority items.

The billing process is not at all stable. We are asked to go different floors to collect the items after billing. This happened with me as well as an old man beside me. He was just told that he should go to the third floor to get the paid items and then there is no one responding to him. It was not a nice experience watching that.

One of its kind of shopping malls which got a good range of collections every now and then. Kids games are also available which will make family shopping complete.

Ethinic and traditional clothing and dresses are good. Rates are reasonable. But staff at dispatch counter are rude

Large collections of sarees and clothing. Parking is comfortable. No traffic problem. Relaxed and calm environment.

Other products are not so worthy

They are buying from Millenium market surat and same they are selling at 50% higher price after the discount so the price is undoubtedly high. I am regular visitor to clothes market of Surat so I can differenciate very easily.

One stop for family shopping. Separate floors for men's wear, kids wear and ladies wear. There is ample space for parking. Location is good. There is waiting area just outside the mall. Costs are very reasonable but u won't find much varities in men's wear. Exchange facility is also there but with bill only.

Easy to notice while driving, since it's right on the main road.
Silk saree collection is relatively less.
For other categories, there is a decent collection, across a wide price range.
In short, one can find something 9r the other in desired price range.

Bestest and the cheapest place, as the same sarees or dresses cost more outside.
Only drawback it doesn't have return policy in place, there is exchange policy.
Note: You can exchange the item from morning 11 am to 8 pm

The best place in hyderabad who intended to shop for the entire family.it is well maintained with ample parking and the staff are very polite towards the customers.we can find lot of sruff in kids, girls, boys, women and men section ranging from few hundred rioees to thousands of rupees.
