Bought Air Vu+ specs for 25000 from this store. Have adjustment issue from day 1. After 4 visits to different Specsmakers stores in Hyd the issue is still unresolved. Get headaches and watery eyes as a result of using the specs. Very poor support from your store.

And seeing reviews looks like their customer care team responds only to good reviews and don't respond to negative reviews. Don't know if this issue will be resolved but I'll suggest people to opt for Lenskart or other brands instead of spending your hard earned money on defective Specsmakers products.

Don't get mislead by the low price of spectacles. The lens get scratched and replacement of lens is a costly affair! I gave mine for lens replacement but it was done for only one side. Had very bad experience

I've purchased spectacles from this shop which they said scratch free but after using for just two months scratches appeared on my specs.
I lost trust in them.

Give the store a miss, Took new frames with lens for 1500. To change one less i was charged 1000. Due to covid i have not checked the invoice. Your better off sticking with regular lens
