Visit after a long gap, surprised to see the arrangement of items-making it easier for grocery shopping. If you hate crowd whole shopping and/or groceries this place is for you.

There is no one at the parking lot, inexperienced billing staff making too much time to make a bill

It was great. Prices are affordable. This is the biggest Spencer i visited ever. Has everything. Wine is there. Has all the home appliances like tv, washing machine and other has few mini shops inside for crafting, jewellery as well

Not going again. Prices are very high for the same item from the same brand which is availble in other places like Dmart and others.

It's okay. On Value for Money front it's not comparable to D-Mart or Reliance Mart.

It became very dirty outside i.e, parking and other area. No proper maintenance. Entrance gate side is very pathetic. Inside is very pleasant. Counter people shall have professional approach. They are unskilled.

Spacious place, the bakery is awesome, the cakes, breads just fly off the shelves.
The shopping experience has improved, many more choices.
They have to now innovate n fight the other shopping chains.
The car parking now has ev charging points
Still the shopping arena is not bustling with people.
They have to create a niche or go as d mart and provide awesome pricing.

A big place to buy all items like dresses kitchen items groceries wine and so many i loved this place

Staff approach should improve. All staff involved in a rat race to meet sales targets. Rude counter staff. Overall, needs improvement

Good for shopping.amazing offers on kitchen essantials and cloths. Ayurvedic medicines also available here. (niveda herbals) good and healthy products. No side effects.
Food court also good. Had orange juice.
Good coffee options.

A good place to get all ypur home needs. Also there is a eatout incase the shopping gets delayed

Lovely range. Food joint and Liquor shop are special attractions. Hyper Market is full of offers and varities in plenty. Did grocery, homeneeds and bakery shopping.

Very much economical prices and vast space for shopping for home needs. Ample space for parking.

Very month I will visit in Spencer's for my monthly Ration, it is whole shell market.
For your kind information I am the costamar of Last 17 years, 1st it is Hyper Market, it has changed to Spencer's Hyper Market.

Good collection of products, well spacious environment. They have good sale offers but no proper lotalty rewards system.

Good place to buy everything that you need on daily basis. Ample parking space, inside store is spacious. People are there to help you. Bakery items are good. Infact different pickle, home made snacks, fish, chicken, mutton all available.

Previously used to be called as Giant super market and later was acquired by spencer's group to be called from then on as Spencer's Hyper or Spencer's Hyper market. This is a huge market in surrounding areas that provide all in one shopping experience at one place. Apparels, Electronics, Groceries, vegetables, bakery, fancy items, optical store and many more are available here. It even has a liquor super market with in the premises which is of it's unique kind in Hyderabad. It also comprises of a food court and mehendi design centre nearby parking area. The parking space is ample in size. The best part is the entire market is on ground floor and is disabled friendly. They have facilities like wheel chair assistance too

This place have almost all the usual brands but only problem with this place is they don't accept anytype of online transactions. Only cash & card are accepted.
But it's not bad.

It was very nice and very big. Should have a lot of time if you want to visit, as many things are available there.
It has good customer service but few common necessities are missing.

The liquor store is very good here I don't know about groceries discount but liquor is quality and priced right

Almost every thing is available. Not much rush except weekends. They have wine shopas well. Parking is available.

Nice, all food products at reasonable prices. Discounts on the item's should be mentioned seperately, so that we will be able to know.

They will torture for any refund for upi or bank transactions.better not to purchase with digital payments like upi, wallets.may ask for immediate refund.if you move out of from there then they won't be refund amount.such a worst retailers.no easy refund and retums.they will torture like a hell

Worst service, no updates provided, never delivered on mentioned time, customer service doesn't respond, store number doesn't work

1. Great place for affordable clothing, not so many varieties, but I guarantee you'll find something you like for a low cost
2. Not so great for food
3. Great supermarket in general
4. Saw an alcohol section too, will update if I visit
5. Great place to buy electronics too

Every thing ok but, Some one knowledgeble person should available on the floor to guide or advise to staff and customer when they need some items, Because i regularly visit when ever i ask for some product they will tell out of stock and it will come in two days.
My suggestion is every night they should fill all the products on the shelf and what ever the stock items is running out they should order and keep in stock ready to load on the shelf by night, The customer should not come and go with out availability of product.

Spencer is one of the finest supermarket for the people who are in and around RTC X roads.it contains wide variety of products which are useful for household. Also whats not.it had some good food counters for food lovers.

Worst experience they will show you offer price somthing and charge you MRP price specially with clothing.

Great place to buy liquor. Self service and a fab choice. Bills are generated automatically so no issues of over charging. Jameson was available.

Our family shopping mall from my childhood. But now recently after covid no stock at all. So boring.

In these lockdown there is shortage of snacks and different kind of sauces, even mozerella cheese is not available

Spencers stands for quality and the Chennai based company started establishing Super/ Hyper Markets in India especially Southern part and this outlet is one such with good collection of all house hold goods &FMCG etc etc. Fresh vegetables, poultry & meat are added attraction.
Probably the only outlet with LIQUOR SHOP attached where apart from India MFL, many imported Whiskey, wine etc are available at a cost for intetested customers.
People visit this section for quality.
Found reasonable cost products & some times discount offers on one r other items.

Very spacious super market. It requires future touch like sensors to detect theft instead of checking each and every customer. Next increase your collection mainly for pulses everyone doesn't want to buy organic stuff.

Store is good and we get almost everything under one roof. But in wash room water is leaking and wash room can be maintained hygienically. Stinking smell is coming in wash rooms

A good place to shop peacefully, it is a massive supermarket located centre of the city. Almost all types of goods available to buy.
