I am suffering from rheumothoid arthritis since 15 years. I took various treatments but some where daily i struggle with few side effects. Finally i got spoorthy doctor number from Google. I started taking treatment along with this doctor suggested me to have proper healthy diet like brown rice, Vegetables, fruits etc. Sleeping on time, most importantly early morning sun light exposure upto 30-45 minutes like doing all joint exercise movements, meditation some yoga postures etc. After changing my life style, my body started responding and healing joint pains, reduced my anxiety, stress as well.
