Postpartum workout journey with SFZ-
Joined SFZ when I was 5 months postpartum. After first month thought of giving up as I have not lost any weight.but I pushed through with the support and encouragement of trainer. Later in 2 months I have lost around 6kgs of weight. This is all down to the trainer and her vast knowledge on fitness.

I know there’s still a long way to go, I haven’t yet reached my pre-pregnancy weight, but small achievements will boost my morale and I am happy with my progress.

Regarding Sravanthi (Trainer), I owe a big thanks to her.she is very professional and truly an inspiring lady. Her cheerful attitude makes the 1 hour session go quickly. Spending an hour at SFZ keeps my whole day very active and peaceful.

I do really recommend SFZ if someone is seriously looking for improving fitness.

I have experienced variety of exercises, zumba on every fridays are superb, full intense of workouts are designed in sfz.

I lost 9 kg weight in last 4 months what a workouts she has prepared the different way of programs she came up with like Dumbbells, Kettlebell, Medicine ball, Tyres, Benchpress, batteleropes, 15 days challenge, Trecking, Non stop aerobics, my favourite Zumba, in weekends outdoor activities like cycling trecking waterfalls.she can play with our body just go-ahead with her instructions and diet as well. Punctuality and her dedication towards individuals is awesome. Its look like very friendly and family atmosphere in the gym I am leaving this for job moving miss you sravanthi medum and all

This is a go to place for every person looking forward for health in a fun way. There is no day where you feel less challenging and less accomplishing. Mam programs everyday in such a way that it is a package in its own. The aura itself is great with vibrant people around and you will be very much motivated to take that last tough step.

The environment here is so damn friendly that one will start loving this place on their first day itself. The circuits are so well designed that each and every part of the body is concentrated.
Initially, i was never into fitness. I had joined other gyms as well but was never satisfied. After joining SFZ, I started loving the workouts I am doing. The trainer is full of life and energy everyday which gives me all the positive vibes. She keeps an eye on each and every individual and train them accordingly. And I must say, she is the best trainer one could opt for!
It’s not only about the workouts during the weekdays but in the weekends you also get to explore more and discover new places. She organises trekking, cycling events, different fun activities which help you relax and enjoy.
Glad to be a part of this wonderful SFZ family! ️

Best fitness zone, iam so much satisfied by trainer she trains excellent. Good punctual and well experienced trainer. She helps to push my limits to achieve my health goals. Never I felt bore by doing exercise. I enjoy by doing the work outs. It's so good. Trainer take care of each and every one and she even solves the health problems. My opinion to choose sfz. Good health with happiness and fun work outs. Joining Sravs family is a best choice.

Best place in entire warangal if you are looking for a combo of multiple activities like aerobics, zumba, strength training, weights and many more fun activities.
You never get bored on any day as sravanthi ma’am plans each session with different set of activities which creates a kind of excitement in us each day
Sravanthi ma’am is a great inspiration, her transformation is an inspiration.
She is so fit with full of energy all the time and trains each and everyone so well in the class.

Exactly 7 months ago I have joined at srav's fitness zone and I have lost 11 kgs
"I have noticed a tremendous change in my body composition and strength level over the past 7 months that I have been working out at srav's fitness zone.my trainer sravanthi mam constantly supported me and really did treat me like one of her family members. I have joined Sravs fitness in Jan 2018. I was very impressed with the workous. I have been to few gyms earlier but everything was in vain.
My motive of joining fitness center was to become thin.but gradually my perspective has changed.
Motivation and support given by Sravanthi ma'am made me realise that staying fit, improving strength are more imp.

Everyday workout program is of different style. I never got bored with any of the workouts. I enjoyed them. I was also surprised to know many variations in workouts. Cardio, Aerobics, kick boxing and zumba are my favorite. There are many more as such.

Sravanthi ma'am has been more like a friend to me. She constantly motivates and supports. She herself is an inspiration to all of us.

After working out, My life has undergone many changes. I feel confident, focussed and active.

Sravs Fitness Zone is the peerless fitness zone among all. Sravanthi mam is one of the best mentors. She inspired me by her transformation journey. She helps me to push my limits and reach my goal of being fit and healthy. I don't feel like it's burden to me and I actually enjoy being there cause mam is very cordial.

I personally and strongly recommend Sravs Fitness Zone for whoever wants to join the gym. " Less equipments with more effective results " It's all because of the trainer-Sravanthi ma'am she designs each and every program in such a way that they work on every muscle effectively. Daily workout programs are totally different. The way she motivates us daily is simply awesome. I have learnt that Gaining strength is much more important which I have proved to myself. Thank you very much maam for being such a good mentor. I really feel, your dedication and passion towards your work gives all of us an encouragement to set some fitness goals. Your enthusiasm keep all of us full energetic during our work out, which ultimately help us in remaining charged up whole day. Not only that one hour of work out, even your way of sharing each and every activity of yours, which you perform whole day as well as your eating habits is a great motivation for your students. Best place for fitness in tricities. I joined in December 2018 and i can see alot of difference in me. We do different workouts everyday. Along with workouts we enjoy with Zumba dance and workout games

SravsFitnessZone is a stress buster from all my hospital postings and classes. I Enjoy starting my day with workouts. Shravanthi maam no words to describe her, she pushes us all the time to do workouts perfectly and without dropping. The ones I like are Weights and steppers. After I started Getting up early and going to SravsFitnessZone my friends also started doing some kind of exercises, going to ground. By this I can say tat Maam inspired me through me many were getting inspired. All credits to Shravanthi maam and SravsFitnessZone.

It was my first experience with Sravs fitness zone (SFZ) in 2018 feb it was amazing it's a very excellent fitness zone in warangal the trainer sravanthi reddy mam take care of each and every one in class during workouts. I strongly recommend this after working a couple of workouts u can definitely say this is the best one, the trainer teaches different ways, zumba, boot camp yoga once in a week, my attitude has changed from 'can't do '' to ''will do' i have significantly improved my strength.it's a family not only fitness zone.if u once join u will be continue for ever.

This is my first experience of joining a fitness zone and trust me its amazing.sravanthi reddy mam is the best trainer anyone can ever get.sravs mam takes care of everyone and motivates us to push our limits. I had learned alot from sravs mam nd I'm ready to learn alot more in future.before joining sravs fitness zone I ws unable to workout for more than 15 mins but now I had gained lots of motivation that I can push myself to workout for an hour and this has been possible only by joining sravs fitness zone. I have gained lots of confidence by being under the guidance of sravs mam.thanks mam for being such a great inspiration

It's a very good place. If u want to be fit and healthy. And can spend 1 hr daily for yourself. Then join here. You definitely see improvement.

I’ve been training with Sravanthi Mam, and believe she is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training 6 days a week, as part of a group session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge she put into the sessions.

Sravanthi Mam is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). Most importantly interesting thing is Zumba which I will never miss. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more exercises & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
Importantly:
She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
She is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.
I thoroughly enjoy working out in the Sravs Fitness Zone.
If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what your looking for in a Fitness training then Sravs is the girl for you! I can highly recommend.

Hi everyone myself reshma reddy.

Dis is my personal and genuine opinion on sravs fitness zone

I have joined here in the month Jan 2018
Its been nearly 1 yr i have lost 9 kgs naturaly
To b frank initially wen i joined here my goal was to look very thin and to reduce my weight to 55

But After working out for 2 to 3 months my goal changed to look muscular, muscle toning, strength gaining. I have reached few of my goals my energy levels are high comparatively, My body is very flexible Now.

I have visited many gyms till now but to b frank I dint attend the classes continuously at least for two months.
Dis is the first Fitness zone I was continuous for 1 yr. The things which attracted me here are firstly the trainer Sravanti reddy the way she look n she treat her clients, her workout plans, and her motivation.

The differences I have seen btw this Fitness zone and others are. In other gyms v can see equipments and similar workouts daily but here The Trainer prepares monthly schedule, monthly challenges and she gives proper dietary plan.

In a week 1st 4 days v have floor workouts like bookcamp, sticks, ladder, circuit training, weight training, kbs, dumbles, cardio, balls, kick boxing etc. Every day different and Friday v have Zumba which is alltym fav to everyone from youngsters to old ones. Iam the person who will b happy after my zumba class. Everyone vl njy it.saturday v have yoga which gives us relaxation at the end of the session and yoga increases our body flexibility.

Along vth these last 15 min v have challenges related to specific parts and strechings. I just loved dis schedule. And I'm interested in all these activities.
Now am so much attached to aerobics that it became my hobby.its some thing without which i feel incomplete.

Along vth dese she conducts the games indoor and outdoor. All those vl b related to physical activity. She conducts All cultural programs for all the events. V all njy a lot together just like a family.

Few words about sravs she is inspirative, very energetic, motivative, strong women, super mom, supportive, care taker, she makes ppl satisfy, perfect trainer, nd workholic, I use to have special interest on few workouts like dead lifts. Pushups, pullups she use to guide me very well with personal interest. She is my insipiration and one of my fav idol.

If anybody are near by wgl I suggest u to join sravs Fitness zone especially ladies.im sure you will b happy n satisfied one fine day.

As a wellwisher I request all the ppl to spent at least one hour for physical activity for there own health benefits.

People work 7 to 8 hrs a day for sake of others. But y can't v spend at least 1 hr a day for ourselves. We prefer hygienic environment but v forget our body also needs to remain hygiene.
So guys never give up.push urselves.
Today's pain is tommarows strength.
