It's my 3rd time to visit this saloon. I’m satisfied for the first 2times. During my 3rd visit I was totally disappointed. I had visited the saloon for blackheads removal and then they used vaccum removal tool and to suck out blackheads, they should use suitable suction head. I have sensitive skin and instead of using small round head, they had used round head. My mom already explained them that I had a sensitive skin but I don't know y they were careless. The assistant doesn't exactly know and its the responsibility of superior ones to assit. But instead at the ending the superior ones came and insisted not to use that sought of head for sensitive skin. Im meanwhile the removal of blackheads has completed. It has left a scar on chin as well as near the nose. When it comes to owner and she is the main onesand superior, we can trust her and also her experience in this field is about 15 yrs.
