At the time of purchase they vl made many assurances and later they were not providing any assistance

The place is decent, The price is not negotiable at all, however, the product quality and service are really good. They don't sell the product just for the sake of selling, they correctly understand your use and suggest a product accordingly. They have good experience in selling machines.

The worst owner ever.when asked for prices and details he denied sharing the information. Better to close this fatasss shop.

It's very good shop and I purchased Viking topaz 50 embroidery machine from this shop and it works very good and they give free threads and designs and demo also free. Very good services and I recommend this shop.

I trust the service of this shop as I bought brother BP3600 embroidery machine last year here and the staff help with all our questions and give 2 free demo also and even help to our questions on phone also.

Don't buy any products here. Very vulgar behaviour by owner. The product warranty given here is not valid. People willing to waste their money can go buy products at this miserable place.

Poor customer service, we have a brother machine. Shop people not sending any person for customers service instead they ask you to bring machine and they will not resolve immediately. Long distance people will definitely face problem. We have Usha machine and customer service of them is good.

Not satisfied with customer service. They may have wide range of machines, but will not provide proper service for machines if u get any problem. Especially if you are from peripheral parts of state you wont get customer service at home. We will be asked to get machine to showroom and they might take 2-3 days to get it serviced. Will not respond properly on phone. So think before buying. One will not post such a review without experience
