Lady doctor, Shailaja was horrible. She doesn’t have any patience for the questions or concerns that you post. Just presses bell to move on to next patient.

Rating is purely purely based on consulting Dr. Durga Prasad Sir couple of times.
He explains problem clearly and prescribes the best medicine.
Gets cured within 2-3 days of using medicine.
Never have to go to him 2nd time again for same problem.

Currently the consultation fee is 200 which is comparatively lesser than other professionals.

Doctors are very good if we paying package amount then also bt ayyama are not cleaning patients room and bathroom.ayama taking 1000 rs after delivery and sisters taking 1000 rs speratly while going to house.receptionist behaving very rudely.

Best team of doctors and well qualified nurses.

Things to look in are

1. Lack of que management
2. Phone etiquettes by Receptionist should improve a lot and should be polite and learn how to handle patients and their queries. I have a real bitter experince with them.

Dr.shailaja madam is my family doctor since last 10yrs. Very good hospital but staff very waste in the hospital.very poor system operator and all tests mrp rates only no Discounts.
