Sri Radhika Multi Speciality Hospital

Please don't believe any of these positive reviews on this hospital, it's a gang of robbers, they will try to make you panic about your health condition and insist to take lot of unnecessary lab tests, every test costs more than thrice of the actual price, every purchase at their pharmacy costs 3 or 4 times more than that of market price. Highlight is their ICU charges they charge ₹15000 per day, they don't run AC no provision of drinking water, no provision of food for in-patient. Unfortunately I have taken there for my father's treatment on 22nd October, 2023 for RTI (Respiratory tract infection), he walked in and after treatment he wasn't able to walk and became dependant now for his daily chores.

We had a surgery in SRI RADHIKA HOSPITAL under aarogyasri trust free of cost. We are very much satisfied with the surgery and post-op care taken by doctors and staff

Here in SRI RADHIKA HOSPITAL treatment is excellent. I recovered very well within short time, and here physio care is very well taken, dmos taken care very well and thanks to everyone in the hospital

But some of the nurses are not able to communicate with patients or attenders in other languages than Telugu.

Sri radhika hospital doctors are excellent I treated well vert fast.staff are very cooperative. And hospital is maintaining in good hygiene

Worst hospital.please never visit here in case of emergency also. The staff are very rude and not even respond to anything simply they say DONT KNOW for everything. We were talking to nurse regarding questions and just simply she is into her phone and not even responding.we have to pay for their gloves which is actually should be bought from their side. Doctors are good but staff is worst. Treatment is harsh. For every thing they will ask money.

Worst hospital management I have ever seen. My wife was admitted there for surgical delivery. I have medical insurance which provides me good coverage. Their miss management is as follows:
1- They don't have any knowledge regarding insurance though this hospital is empanelled in various insurances.
2- There insurance person told me that I would be given premium room as per my coverage but their receptionist told me that you have to pay 1500 rs extra for good room. 3- They fixed a huge consumables package of 8000 rs for surgical profile which is not justified.
4- Apart from this they don't give food even to patients.

I have done normal delivery at this hospital I have national insurance hospital said will cover insurance you Just paid 6k for the disposals. But after delivery total wrong they have claimed 21k from insurance and 16k from my pocket for normal delivery
