Too much waiting period.for talking to doctor, we have to wait atleast 2 hours as the process takes so long.
Process is to check initial analysis with a doctor (takes more than 45 mins for 5 patients), x-ray for 10-15 mins, and doctor feel blessed after seeing. It took more than 1 hour. I spent almost 3 hours for checkup.

My 82 year old mother got operated by Dr Srinivas for hip Surgery. He was very confident and supportive throught the journey which inturn gave us a lot of Confidence and boost. Today my mom is able to walk without any support and I thank Dr Srinivas and his staff for all their Care. Best Orthopaedic doctor of Manikonda. My mom got operated by Srinivas boga doctor for knee. Doc did Total knee replacement surgery here and pain was well managed in hospital, my mom got mobilised next day of surgery. Mom could walk with walker support next day it self. We were in hospital for 3 days. Now home physiotherapy is going on. Well trained staff members. Thanks to Doctor Srinivas for performing an excellent surgery and Manager Shirisha garu for better coordination regarding insurances. I strongly recommend this hospital for all knee replacement surgeries.
He is very caring and soft spoken. He is a dedicated Doctor. He operated on me for umbilical hernia around eight years ago. I am perfectly fine now. Our trust has been building up since then. The way he talks is half of the cure for your problem.
They have priority customers.people who are probably rich are being allowed I guess.they said doctor is free and made me wait for more than an hour. By the time I asked for the consultation fee back. I was told my file is next.such a waste of time. I didn’t take his consultion. I deserve better physician and clinic
Hello all this review I'm giving very genuinely, my mother was suffering with knee pains past 6 yrs so we Consulted Dr. Srinivas boga he did all investigations later he suggested for my mother to do TKR surgery, 3 months back my mother undergone a tkr and she is completely alright now she is walking as before how she walks without pain. Thank you so much to Dr. Srinivas and team, and the staff sireesha is very cooperative for all out doubts thank you siresha, raghu is a male nurse over there he cares my mothers alot during night shifts thank you raghu. And last but not least for any kind of ortho related problems you can blindly go and meet Dr. Srinivas Boga. Thank you once again to whole team.
Doctor won’t available in the morning hours only available in the evening hours. Then why should they mention available timings as morning 8am to 11am.

Well, Everything is fine starting from the staff to the doctor's. Doctors tend to the issues patiently and diagnosis is well acknowledged HOWEVER the biggest drawback is the time wasted in waiting for your turn, from arrival at clinic till you leave. Nothing less than 3 hours for just a feeble discussion is seriously big disappointment. Ideally following the Appointment process should solve this waiting period issue but surprised that they simply follow FIFO (First in First out) structure that too not adhered accurately as lot of known faces get their number prioritised. Sri Ram management should take this as a serious feedback and if they come out with a solution for this waiting time menace, we will surely keep coming back for any ailments. Thanks

Please don't pay money if Dr is not available, they have worst service. Waiting time is too high. Request the emergency patients to please look for other alternative

I went for my kid bow legs. He is an awesome doctor, he just looked at my kids legs and told nothing to worry as it is common for most of the kids. He suggested vitamin D syrup and that's it.
Dr. Srinivas Boga did a left TKR surgery on my father. He is a phenomenal doctor and made the complete experience absolutely seamless, right from hospital admission to post surgery consultation. Post, surgery we were assigned Mr. Vignesh Bhore as our Physiotherapist by Sree Ram Clinics. He is extremely knowledgeable has been very supportive throughout. I recently visited this clinic and got treated by Doctot Srinivas Boga. Doctor gives good time to listen to problem and doesn't recommend unnecessary tests/medicines. He is genuinely interested in patient well being and you gets out with a feeling of relief. Clinic is very well equipped and maintaining very strict Covid protocols. Staff also very polite and helpful takes good care of patients. Highly recommended.
Visited Dr Srinivas for my Mother's treatment. The way Dr Srinivas has explained my mother what is her health situation and what can be done to improve that has not only given confidence to her but to me also. One of the best Orthopedic in the area.
Had a very bad experience with this clinic. I wish I had taken a second opinion before going ahead with my treatment here. If someone's thinking to visit here, please be aware that you won't get the medicines the doctor writes here anywhere else except at the pharmacy within the clinic. Even a simple painkiller tablet will be of some specification which you cannot find anywhere outside. I don't know why such medicines are prescribed. Also, the doctor is not punctual at all, and the patients end up waiting at least 2-3 hours even for a follow up visit. There's no proper parking facility as well. On top of it, there's no social distancing you can follow as the waiting hall is cramped and full of patients waiting for the doctor to attend to.
I had very good experience at this clinic. Dr. Srinivas Boga has made sure he got to the root of the problem first and then he has started his treatment. He is one of those very few doctors who doesn't prescribe medicines for every small problem which can be ideally avoided by our daily routine. He believes in routine first and then medication. He listens to the patient and then tries to put his views in the conversation.
I have been provided with a mask and a head cap. Despite surge in demand we were suggested to wait either in hospital or wherever possible and we were called on mobile when our turn has come to see the doctor. I felt thats the best way to maintain social distancing.

Loved the way doctor has looked at my condition. I had rotator cuff injury and was having pain for like 1 year now. Doctor advised some Physiotherapy and medicines, which helped me resolve the pain in like a week by almost 50%.
I have visited this clinic recently and treatment is going on, Doctor (Srinivas) sir and his staff is very polite. Treatment has been giving for my leg fracture, first day they have fixed plaster to my leg and immediately I got rid of pain and could able to walk on the same day of injury. Doctor always gives best medicine and good instructions for patients injury and never hesitate to clear the patient doubts. This is the best orthopedic clinic in Manikonda and Alkapur township.

Please be aware of the ill practices at clinic. They just take you into X-Ray room and take 3 X-Rays, even for kids, without giving time to think. By that time you realize already 3-4 X-Rays were taken. Radiologist report will not be given that leads to wrong diagnosis. Another bad practice is they have their own Pharmacy inside small clinic and they prescribe local medicines and many disposables/consumables. Do not visit this clinic by just looking at the big board. Visit if another doctor writes a referral letter only.
We had very bad experience recently, they are very much commercial and receptionist has worst arrogant behavior, for every small thing they take xray and charge just like that and medication also they charge more for local medication, doctor don't even give diagnosis after xray, no discharge summary, without knowing much about doctor even I refferd my clints but they came back to me n said they didn't trust the doctor pls don't refer again to such doctor, even doctor and workers over there are not all patients friendly, they are only worried about money not about the patients pls don't even go to such small clinic pls do visit better doctor, I very much regrets for Reffering my clints and finally doctor is a sweet tounge person not whole hearted person. We visited this clinic for severe low back pain for my friend, who couldn't even walk, consultation was done with good priority, required x Ray was done. Dr. Srinivas garu treated us with good care.
