Doctor is very good but staff is worst
I never see this type of staff they dont know how to answer bcz of staff getting bad name to clinic

The doctor is great at treating patients, but the staff's behavior is a big problem. They are very rude and don't know how to treat people properly. Sorry for writing this Dr rajanna sir your front office staff don't know how to behave with people and they don't know basic knowledge about how treat people.you must read all comments in your reviews 90% people unsatisfied with your staff better to train staff with good attitude. (doctor was 100% better pediatrician in this surroundings)

Treatment of the doctor is good. But the staff is worst. Even there is no patience and doctor had a time but they are not given appointment drictly. They are so much neglected even in emergency time.

Staff has mor ego then doctor they think they giving salary to doctor they are very rude to patients i request doctor to change their staff otherwise all patients refer to other hospitals

Full waiting tym.but gd dr.result also god.and plz change compunder.full of over action.plz see the emrgencay causes also.

Doctor was good, but never comes on time.
Staff says to come at some time and doctor never comes on time.
Waiting with small kids for hours doesn't looks good.

The poor receptionist behave more than like a doctor

Worst worst Worst doctor nd staff even the doctor don't know what's the problem clearly baby was continuously crying from 2 days doctor saying it's common in babies just take the warm cloth nd rub in baby body.iam shocked nd he is tell to baby mother ur not doing properly with warm cloth in babies body that's y he is crying he said.whats the rubbish he was talking.worst experience.

Worst hospital. I have ever seen before. Staff members are very rude. I taken my sister-in-law on emergency, but staff members mainly receptionist didn't respond well.with positive hope I taken my kid to sri teja hospital again with severe stomachache and fever, same experience were faced by staff members I begged them that I will wait until last token number but answer was very rude and caresses, I letrelly got tears in my eyes for there answers also I cried how hospitaly has became now a days.

Doctor is good but staff behaviour is very bad and they will not give respect to the parents, talk very rudely with all. There don't have proper token system. If it is emergency also they will not care, ask us to wait till token comes. They is only limited token even if we call to organization for token they don't respond properly. Doctor should look into this and provide proper guidance to the staff.

Doctor will not take care about his patients and fee is less but he suggest x-ray or blood test to all the patients.
So i suggest to go for an other doctor.

Best Doctor in karmanghat area. Famous hospital for kids & women. But he need to increase the time for checking patients.
His Medicines was simple cool and disease will cure fastly. Earlier it was small hospital now its constructed big with spacious place for patients.

Very good Dr.for children. Will be busy with crowd. Suggest to take take token early morning and accordingly take children as per time suggested.
