I went in Mar-23 and it looked nice with good taste. Now I got in Zomato and worst experience. No jeelakarra/jeera/cumin, mirchi, onion in Pesarattu Upma and not fryed properly

It's a pure veg restaurant which offers people multiple varieties of breakfast, bread and Chinese dishes. It's overall good however hygiene could be improved.

It's a good place for vegetarian food. Parking is a problem as there is a lot of traffic in peek hours.

We have ordered an onion dosa, it is very stiff to tear and taste is worst. May be the batter used for is not in right mix of urad dal. And also Puri is also disaster. May be they are drowning into oil and taking out immediately due to which we feel like eating partly cooked wheat disc which is thick too. Kindly improve food quality and taste.

Here they serve TEA for 5 rs only and they use pure buffalo milk to for preparation of tea

Waiters are very rude. Don't no how to behave with customer. We dint had food here.asked us to pay cash only.otherwise no food. You can go.like this commented to us by waiters.

It's a very good restaurant in the locality and the service is very good. The quality of the food is very good. We had ordered food for a cradle ceremony function for 80 members and the food was very tasty and quantity and quality is very good. The price was also very reasonable @ 190 per plate (2 curries, 1 fry, 1 snack, fried rice, white rice, 1 sweet, dal, sambar, curd, pickles, ghee and fry yums). Everyone who attended the function liked the food and appreciated it. The restaurant is very neatly maintained and has very clean washrooms and parking facility for 2 wheelers only. There is separate aircondioned section for families and groups. Overall its value for money guaranteed.

Worst service ever.and u can see the cockroaches roaming around.at starting they used to provide better services but now (as the demand increasing). Lack of service and quality.even the tea taste got worse day by day. I don't prefer this hotel now. Totally disappointed and dissatisfied.

I went here for the first time and i felt it so clean, nice tasty items, especially fruit juices, awesome service

Udupi grand is famous because few years back they have started by brahmins and to serve for bhramnis, by the passage of time they are serving for everyone when coming to food i would say it is good but not great, the ambience is good when compared with food and they have A/c section, good for family

I had breakfast and evening coffee several times here, it's authentic south indian food outlet, try out whenever you are nearby to this outlet.

Nice place to have a good fast food, it's not authentic yet there is a scope of improvement as I belong to Bangalore I can feel the difference

Staff are not polite, cashier (black person is very rood) supervisor is a madarchood, they don't know how to respond with customer, what owner is doing if we pay money any one will offer good food

Very good vegetarian hotel in Vivekananda Nagar colony, all tiffins are available even in night times also.
Fruit juices are also good, but little expensive.

When I ordered 2 idli and 1 vada the server bought those 3 item dipped in sambar without my confirmation, I feel disgusted by seeing it. And regarding set dosa. Taste was very bad. Only beet root scraping was added, no onion and green chillies in dosa. Finally chole bathura is full of oil. Before this I have good opinion on udipi grand but now feeling disappointed.

Worst taste. Udipi means famous taste for idly and uttapam. But here both are worst and chapati like a papada

I have been to many times here. Taste of the food is good and as of now maintenance is also decent. But the orders takes longer than usual.

Good food. Ate Poori n Parota both were good. Aloo kurma was spicy n tasty.chutney was good as well.

Ok, but some dishes not so tasty.does not really match up to Ufupi hotels city or karnataka standerds.

As this is a food joint, I would like to split my rating in three areas
1. Reception that includes order placement and collection. This I rate as 2/5. Recless staff and management that feels and treat customers as beggars.
2. Ambience that includes seating and outside hygiene. I rate this as 4/5 (good)
3. Food quality I rate as very good 5/5

If you want good and tasty vegetarian food, bear half an hour's frustration and take away. Or order online

Good quality maintenance, prices a little high but as this kind maintenance you can expect in Hyderabad, polite staff, good clean maintenance

The restaurant is very neat and clean as regular UDUPI Restaurant but the food is not that much tasty as expected. We can have the food once or twice not more than that.

In AC service section, waiters are so lazy.and the chutney becoming tasteless.initially all the items were tasty, now a days they are not maintaining the taste and quality.only good thing is it is in prime area and good ambience.

Situated in the busiest Vivekananda nagar road. Has ample space for parking. Good varieties of breakfast and evening tiffin menu can be found here. I personally felt the cost to satisfaction ratio isn't good. Roadside eatery stalls these days are improving a lot wrt cleanliness and taste which made me feel this place isn't special.
