My wife got accident, got Knee Surgery, Shoulder Surgery. Arun Reddy sir is so down to earth and explains the issues clearly. I thank him and entire medical team of Srikara hospital. The neuro physician Venkata Harin Reddy sir as well so supportive and kind. Hospital staff are good take care patient politely.

Very good service to patients. Dr. Akhila Madam attended my husband's Hip replacement surgery. She has done operation excellently. Phisiotherapy was attended by Dr. Harish and he has given good guidance for recovery and treated well.

Disappointed with the service and updates provided by reception staff (sushma). Today I have called her and asked about Appointment with Dr. Nagamurali sir. She can tell that Dr is in Operation theatre and will be free in 1hr or 2 hrs whatever it might be. But false information provided by her, I have taken the permission for 1hr from the office and came to the hospital.the conclusion is everyone has a time, we need to respect everyone’s time.if you don’t know how to handle the job.please resign or the management should terminate them.once upon a time there was huge crowd in archana hospital as well.but see now, one negative thing can ruin the hospital …

This is not paid review and compared to corporate biggies this is 100 time better interms of services, nursing care, admin, billing and over and above doctors (Dr Venkat Harin Reddy, Dr Sreenivas Mukkumala and Dr Harshvardhan Bollini) being the finest, very much accessible with their honest comforting guidances.

We have recently visited this hospital for my mother and encountered with multiple difficulties. 1. Hospital is big, but only one emergency ward for every small treatment, even for injections. No proper maintenance, people just randomly walk into premises with no sequence order. 2. Only one queue to get OP for both first time and review patients. This is unnecessary time consuming as first time registrations takes lots of time, where review visitors have to wait for so long to get their OP. 3. No proper guidance or no one to help to find doctors room/lab/wash rooms. Hospital premises and rooms are very confusing and no one helps you there if you can’t trace yours. 4. Not sure about other doctors, but Dr Arun reddy is very very rude and harsh doctor. He doesn’t listen to others and when we ask any questions related to treatments, he simply scream at patients or attendants just to shut their mouths. My mother underwent surgery with his recommendation, but he didn’t do anything, where instructs all junior doctors to do who has no good experience and my mother was not treated well and still suffering, however they charged twice than other hospitals. I am not sure about other doctors behaviour but I would suggest don’t get diagnosed with Arun reddy.

I had a great experience with Dr. Steve Richards, the urologist who treated my wife's kidney stone and performed DJ stenting. From the very beginning, Dr. Steve was attentive, knowledgeable, and empathetic. He explained the procedure, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had.
I Would highly recommend him for any Urology related health issues.

Excellent in medicare. We got brain surgery of my uncle, done by two doctors Dr Venkata harin reddy sir and Dr Arun reddy (Neuro surgeons). Doctors are good enough to listen all aspects regarding package, health, and caring and understanding towards Patients. Given pin point information about operation and procedure in daily basis. Very friendly nature. Nursing staff is good.

My wife is taking treatment for OSA and lung problems since 1 year 6 months at srikara hospital, miyapur. Dr. Y. Murali garu pulmonologist had given best medical treatment to her and now she became to normal condition and continuing regular course of medication. I am very thankful to Dr. Y. Worst experience.management is money minded and they are a bit rude.
If you are going to causality for emergency please be careful they will try to loot as much as possible.
My grand mothers wrist bone was dislocated, visited Dr Kriti paladugu. He will not explain the problem with patients and was rude.

First n foremost, saved my 42yrOld brother's life. He has cardiomyopathy since 3yrs, on Oct 6th he had a brain stroke, total left body was paralysed and luckily brought him in golden hour and under Dr. Harin Reddy's supervision given magic injection, which revived my bro immediately within 15 minutes from paralysis and within few hours he's almost normal.

Was in ICU for 36hrs n in normal room for 36hrs. I must say both specialists Neurologist Dr. Harin Reddy, Cardiologist Dr. Naga Murali, were very cordial and attentive to our concerns.

5 stars: for Magic injection availability and doctors.

5 stars: service, food and care.

3 stars: Billing. All medicines were billed MRP, whereas we get 20% discount at medplus, 1mg.

MRI scan 7K, Angeo MRI 14K. Worst is RTPCR Corona test was Rs 2500, whereas for Just Rs. 800 labs come home to collect samples.

Biggest gripe and suggestion is, projection of various costs for ICU and normal room billing was not explained properly, especially because my bro does not have medical insurance.

Finally, I am glad we went there in critical hour. Also follow up appointments were very good, both doctors shared their contact numbers, answered queries on WhatsApp, given follow-up appointment times, and gave nice boosting advice. To both doctors GREAT THANK YOU.

NOTE: Learnt from doc that the Magic injection type is called "Thrombolysis" injection (helps in brain stroke, paralysis, to dissolve dangerous clots in blood vessels).

Srikara Hospital is one of the best hospitals in Hyderabad with world-class orthopedic surgeons.

My father-in-law got both knee replacements done by Dr. Akhil Dadi Sir and his team.

Dr. Akhil Dadi sir and his team explained in detail before we went for surgery and After surgery also, the physiotherapy department helped us a lot with his speedy recovery.

My father Suresh Jain (Age: 78 Years) Knee joint replacement performed by Mr. Akhil Dadi Sir, due to old age we have our worries and was in dilemma, however we got the best consultancy from Akhil sir and knee joint replacement surgery for both knees went fine.
Dr. Akhil have performed 6 operations on that day.
Coming to management, Vijayalakshmi ma'm have helped us in every steps from insurance and getting rooms etc.and also enquiring about father's health, Small issues are fixed within time.
The nursing staff are cordial and ward boys performed their duty, handling the old age patient requests happily.

My father is suffering with severe knee pain and he is unable to walk. We visisted 3-4 hospitals. We also visited Dr Madhu sir at Srikara hospital and doctor suggested for Total knee replacement.
Surgery was done by Madhu Sir and now my father is able to walk. I really appreciate Dr Madhu sir for making surgery successful. Madhu sir is very professional and listen to patients problems clearly and suggest the best solution.
Hospital ambience is good, no waiting at all. Fully equipped hospital. Rooms are clean and good house keeping. Insurance staff also very supportive

Got my father in-laws left leg knee replacement by Dr. Akhil Dadi three days back. Srikara has Excellent team of doctors n staff. They were very supportive. This is the sixth knee replacement in my family. We are very happy. My father in-law got his right leg knee replacement 12years back. Last but not the least Vijaya Lakshmi the GM was very supportive.

Onen of worst service hospital I ever came across.
No process in place. They asked us to come for surgery at 7 am in the morning. No doctor came to visit or see the patient till 1 pm even when the OT booking. All tests and consultation was done 2 days in advance by them only.if asked for the information to nurse staff they are even less informed about the patient, next steps, process then ourself.total waste of time and money.
Won't recommend at all.visiting doctor and duty doctor have no communication.no visit of doctor for 3 days after surgery. They will not tell you anything what they are going to do, when they are going to do. I request you to consider any other hospital for your treatment.

The general physician Dr. Pradeep reddy is treating patients very rudely. He never explain the problem to the attenders properly and shouts at patients when they try to say something. Makes patients undergo all the tests available in hospital unnecessarily. Visited this hospital in emergency only due to the good opinion of pulmonologist Dr. Y. Murali

Recently my father was admitted to Srikara. He had some complications associated with kidney stones. He was provided excellent care by Dr. Ramesh, Dr. Ravinder Reddy, Dr. Akhil, and the resident doctors and their support staff. The hospital took special care during the pandemic to mitigate the risk to patients and their attendees. The hospital is well equipped to handle any urgent situations. The billing department was prompt and very transparent. I have previously been admitted to Secunderabad location and this location provides same level of service, if not better. The location is convenient for this part of the city. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of good health care.

Akhil Daddi is the best on this line. A very down to earth doctor despite the fame. Listens to patients with patience. He himself talks to the patient's attendants and explains how the surgery went. Always has a smile. The rooms are very cozy and neat. The nurses, staff and asminstration are humble, passionate and responsible in delivering their duties. Mrs Vijayalakshmi of administration has good control of the activities and ensures patient's comfort.
