2. Bad Response on phone
3.they won't Receive call for appointment if you ask why are you not Receive call the staff will argue with you
4, I am trying for appointment from three weeks didn't get any call
5, if thay Receive the call staff will not talk on phone but thay are talking with each other on that aide.
5. I Really pain with shristi neoro clinic. Dr. Deepak goal also Responsible for this Dr also check clinic staff what is going on in the clinic

Staff is unprofessional and don't receive calls often, even when called on the said time they say appointments are full, trying for appointment since 1 week now. Deepak sir Please appoint responsible staff

The doctor's all right, but the staff around the doctor is uncivilized.
The physician needs people with education to make the patient feel comfortable and education to make the patient feel comfortable.

One of the worst reception I have came across in entire hyderabad hospitals.
He switch off the phone and later when we visit to clinic then he told us that appointments are full. Doctor is very good but he need get rid of the reception for sake of clinic reputation.

Appointment ke liye kitne bhi calls karlo receive hi ni karte. 4 days se call kren toh bhi recv ni kre

Doctor is good.he listens and understand the patient. And then provide the medication.
Dr Deepak Goel is very polite and give correct information what to be done and what not to. Doctor is not greedy unlike others in hospital. He get to the root which shows he holds good experience

Only thing could have been better is appointment booking.

Worst patient services, appointment policy is worst, please don't option for dr Deepa goel will end up in disappointment

Worst doctor ever. Passed medical examination from some useless University. Just having lust of money. Went for my daughter for she was feeling dizzy. Unnecessary asked for all scans near to his hospital which the doctor gets the commission. Diagnosed as having migraine. When showed to some other doctor he diagnosed it as simple ear problem and cured it with in two days. Come to this Doctor if you want to be cheated, looted and treated rudely by the staff. Your problem will increase several fold if you come to him. Shame on Dr. Deepak Goel

Doctor was really good he treats well but the appointment service was extremely bad and they don't even take calls every time when i tried it was switched off

Very bad timing so many people are suffering for appointments they are wating 4am to 7am just take a appointment my request to Dr Deepak sir plz kindly check our peasant Setisfy r not with ur mangment

Dr Deepak Goel is the Best Neurology in Hyderabad.
I prefer every patient who is related to Neuro Issue plz Consult this Doctor.
