Thanks to the doctors and management team for following ethics.

Worst Hospital staff as compared to previous 5 to 10years back Irresponsible people not know how to deal with paitents everytime we need to go and ask for scan doc's and xray reports eveyone come last to as per commit time 1hr to 1hr 30 min how patients will suffer they don't want

I was born in this hospital and my other siblings, but now no one is there to check or moniter, doctors are available or not only nurses running the show.

Where ever you go you have to wait for hours as doctors are unavailable.

For one doctor these many patients are waiting.

I request the the trust members to look into this matter.

When I updated it was 11: 47 now it's 13: 43 doctors came and wrote something with pen and now nurses not able to understand what he wrote and still waiting.

Now doctor are going again we have to come back tomorrow.

Seriously it's worst then government hospitals.

We redirected to labour room and the assistant informed just now they went for lunch and it'll 30min minimum.

For me, the association so far has been pretty much positive. Only challenge here is that things move a bit slow. Treatment wise I'm satisfied.

I have witnessed self sacrificing service done by the Sisters. It is very clean and neat. There is an atmosphere of peace and calm about the hospital. Sisters are hovering over all the departments. They take care of the poor and needy. I am glad to be treated by the hospital.

Premises is spacious and comfortable parking. Not sure about their services so cannot comment on it.

Worst Worst Company Panel Unprofessional Service Think Thrice if you are insurance patient

I Have admitted my wife on 11 october 2021, With the advance payment of rs 10,000. As requested by the hospital as I have insurance. The hospital staff informed (Mrs Jyothi From Company Panel). That they will apply for insurance after surgery only that would be on 12 october 2021. The next day when the baby got delivered. The insurance was claimed and unfortunately the insurance was rejected. The hospital forced us to pay rs 30,000 as the insurance was rejected. Unfortunately I had to pay and the insurance company later after few hours after discussing with them they agreed to pay rs 50,000.and insurance confirmation of rs 50,000 was sent which neither hospital insurance panel nor myself had checked the mail, But later on 14th I had requested Mrs Jyothi to apply for insurance as I got the approval but she rejected it and told that they cannot refund as per the policy I have to claim from my insurance directly. They will face problem with the audit if they refund the money to me as I have paid around 40,000 from my pocket.
After multiple requests and rejections from Mrs Jyothi she finally agreed that they will check with the management and the refund will take minimum 2 months and she has to check with concern authority for refund agreed. Again She denied that she cannot request today as she was busy and the concern person was not available.
Later again she introduced to a gentleman Mr Krishna to me regarding insurance the gentleman sweetly and very softly asked me to come on 16th October 2021 because on 15th was Dushera, and there would be no discharge of the patients on that day. They would be on leave and they will help me Saturday 16th agreed and I left the hospital.
Unfortunately my family was discharged on Friday 15th Dushera day.
On 16th again when I visited the hospital the great gentleman (Mr Krishna) was missing and when enquired he was on leave and the Lady Mrs Jyothi asking me to get reimbursement from the insurance company and they cannot process it as I got my family discharge. Who wants to stay in Hospital as the concern doctor gave us the dischare on 15th only, its not a star hotel to have stay right.
The Company Panel is completely unprofessional as I had insurance also they rejected my plea after multiple requests. Mrs Jyothi was very unprofessional, rude and ignorant not ready to help or solve the problem she kept on repeating claim from insurance. She made me feel like helpless, disgusted requesting her multiple times inspite of having insurance and finally the problem is not solved.
Why was my claim was not processed on Thursday 14th October 2021.why?

Never get yourself into this hospital it's way better to look for other hospitals. They are very irresponsible they made a patient suffering from gallbladder stones wait for almost 4 hours and the receptionists won't even answer properly.

It was good hospital before 2 year ago but now we admit my mother regarding neuro issue dr Anusha challa medum is so kind good person but no there is lots of difficulty in hospital and medical staff hospital has lost his mark I'm not satisfied with the management

I went to in emergency one I don't know who is he very very bad manners he don't know how to talk with patience is a doctor are receptionist I don't know but service is very poor staff is very very bad I suggest to everyone to don't go this hospital if you are in emergency

They treats only for money. They will not tell what actually problem is.they will ask us to take all unnecessary tests which are of high cost. And men will be taking neck and chest xrays

Worst experience I faced while discharging, their making me wait for almost 6 hours to complete the process. No one is behaving properly, no one has responsibility. They will ill treat you if you ask any questions. Worst staff.

Greedy doctors and they just running false business. They admitted my mom for cardiac issue and in discharge summary they have written Sleep Apnea resulted I couldn't able to claim insurance.
Later on I came to know sleep apnea is nothing and not liable to claim insurance.

Also for silly reason they have admitted out patient in ICU, this created panic in all the family members also we paid huge amount.

Earlier this hospital use to be good. However, now just sucking poor peoples blood.

There is nothing as expected in the hospital. No doctor is telling the right information. The patient file is being maintained in secret. Ask the doctor to show the file saying we have nothing to do. There is nowhere else in such a poor hospital. Doing treatment for money only. Do not want to reduce the difficulty quickly. Fees are being cheated by name.

Worst hospital ever irresponsible staff and doctors i have been roaming from my location to here which is way too far away from 3 days nd they just kept saying mam timings is 4-5pm today i came at 4 they said she will be here by 4: 30 thn 5: 00 its 5: 20 yet she isnt here on being asked she said thats not my responsibility it depends on doctor.seriously? My family was tested here when Covid occurs, their treatment is excellent and we are going to visit if we have any medical treatment I suggest my family friends and friends and others also this hospital

Complete worst doctor who attended, money minded just postponing discharge dates to charge more money. Even doctor dont have time to come and check patient. If we call doctor she will say she is Busy with other patient.and we are also patient its her responsibilty to check us also. Seriously Worst experience we faced. Bad experience from my end. For TT injection cost of 11 rupees after paid regular follow-ups fees, the internal staff have charged 50 rupees.

Dr. Murty is good, though he has assistant doctors under him. But the management is over charging for uncessary things. Is there any rule that Doctor cannot give TT injection to the patient?

Doctor and surgery all are good. But after surgery their guidence is not good.billing staff not responding properly. Discharge process is the worst thing in this hospital. It will take entire day to complete discharge process.

Great experience staying in the hospital. Doctor and staff are friendly service are great.cleaning is 100% we came to emergency Er doctor's treated very well specially Dr Ahsan ; incharge Rita and her team members of emergency staff are friendly and Dr Madhavi kumari treated very well. Please don't visit this worst hospital, i just joined with cough and fever, doctor suggested to admit for 3 days. They have recommended unnecessary blood tests and other tests, simply they time pass 3 days by giving fluids. But still didn't recovered, they suggested to discharge but cough not cured. Bill amount is 29000 RS for just 3 days, even doctor won't explain what tests they are doing and they simply says they is no problem in blood report and other reports. But why they have done so many tests? Only purpose is empty the patient pocket.what a hospital. Hospital facilities is almost equal to any govt hospital. Beds are outdated, we can't get sleep and it will be more pain.

On the date of feb 4th evening My mom suffered with chest pain. We came to hospital on emergency.
Staff Snowby received us. She started treatment she given better service.
After long time i felt we got a better service.
All the staff who worked for my mom thanks to all. Especially Rita n team.

Very Bad Hospital system. I went to show my wife to A gynecologist. They have charged gynecologist fees & additional INR 50/- as hospital charge. It's not matter of INR 50/-. But it's totally wrong hospital authority is responsible for there fees why patient gives it. I am not happy they are charging too much also

The most pathetic hospital experience with my aunt's treatment at St. Theresa’s Multi-Specialty Hospital - Sanath Nagar. Unfortunately, the duty doctors and nurses run away from their responsibilities, and don't entertain the patients genuine issues, doesn't attend to concerns for hours, Aya's begging money each time she attends their paid duties. Before patient's admission their behavior is best but after admission it's totally opposite. The doctor's and nurses hide the test results, doesn't communicate with patients and provides wrong information on the surgical brands used. I don't recommend this hospital to anyone.

Patient and nursing staff ratio is very bad in rooms it more then 1: 20, even icu ratio is 1: 10. Not acceptable. Doctor and nursing staff are good. They are being over burdene. Less manpower. Admin /ms has no idea how to run hospital.

Services & Facilities are worst, it's became nightmare for me when I visited the hospital for a minor Knee Injury. They projected that as one of the very serious issue, and I need to operate it immediately and for that they demanded huge money. Thanks to other specialist in the city, I visited for 2nd opinion and found that it's a very minor issue and curable with medicine.

I never suggest this hospital to any of my friends & family and also ask other the same.

One of the worst hospital, hospital staffs are very loud, might be the Doctors are having good knowledge but they are not concern about patient. More they do concentrate on getting more Lab Test for simple illness.

The hospital which my parents trust the most since 26 years even today though many new hospitals have come still we all the family members go to only Theresas. Me and my sister have taken birth at this place recently my sisters son (Ashvik) too.the first and foremost thing we all love about this place is the cleanness and the behavior of nurse (especially Rita akka never hesitate to help others). The best hospital in the city in budget and very Systematic. Staff is so humble, patience, helpful and care taking. A Special thanks to Ms. Rita who was very humble, helped a lot and took care as a Family person.

We got treated by Dr. Murthy (a Gynecologist) who is so dedicated and in a single word he is a Selflessness person who will put his complete efforts for a healthy mother and baby.

It one of the poorest performing Hospital around for the patient care and responsibility. In this the neatness is observed in the outer space but in the general Ward it is reverse.
I expected more responsibility and concern here. But originally it is reverse.
Here nursing staff are useless.

Such a worst experience I have ever met in this hospital, Nurse Anuradha shouted at patients very badly, doctors are also not taking care at all and they gave patients to Medical students. Compare to out side medicines are too expensive and radiologist & staff making patients to wait long time. In front of me all pregnant women's suffered a lot with the staff behavior.
Only front office staff was good.

I will suggest not to visit this hospital if you are in hurry or your person is suffering with emergency case. Even for emergency case also you need to wait a long. Doctors are not readily available. Most of the Dr.are visiting on call. So there is no option other than to wait for their appearance.
