It is good and we have good environment nice master/trainer to take care of trainees who are going to gym.

Clean, excellent range of equipment, trainer is so welcoming to newbies and make sure you start off right - advising which equipment should be used for which fitness goals. It was a right decision of joining this gym when compared to other gyms in Kothapet, as I can clearly see how the staff here is more concerned about the people's fitness rather than being money minded. Would suggest this gym for those who are near by this area especially women.
