Recently got done bypass surgery to my mother in law. Overall treatment is good. The services were good and the staff Srikanth was excellent and Dr. Gopichand sir were excellent in all ways. Very good treatment and the doctors and staff were very friendly to us.

Worst hospital in hyderabad.
Hospital treatment: After joining in the hospital for 2days they won't do treatment they will keep us under observation. Once health condition decorated then they will create tension and then also with slow pace they will start the treatment.
Nurses: Nurses in this hospital are always busy, if we go to nursing station for any query they don't respond they will be busy in explaining data to others or writing case sheets. Never listen to patient attender.
Hospital management: The amount taking for patients using alot to security guards only, each floor one security guard, in lifts security guards, alot of PRE's but when comes to work output it is NIL.

Very good dr kalyan very supportive and helpful. C block 3rd floor staff very good. I’m very happy.

Bad experience. Highly commercial hospital. Not transparent. They charge you and when we ask they are not responsive. When asked they say he it's protocol to take all the money upfront without even giving break up of expenses. Can't trust them with the health. Corporate butchers would be the apt word. The hospitality in the hospital was very good. Totally it was the best. The doctor Neelam. Ramana reddy sir treated very well. Jyothi, karuna sree and all nursing staff, house keeping staff took the best care and responded very well and quick when ever we needed.

It's in particular with Dr jyothsna nephrology assistant. Assistant is ie.front desk staff Very head weight lady. And coming to Dr jyothsna there will be 10 to 15 patients in queue and I have to wait for 2 to 3 hrs to meet, surprisingly she will take 3 to 5 min to discuss and complete our check up. Then why those 15 patients are seen more than 2 hrs not able to understand. Please organize more efficiently.

I sincerely thank my doctor Dr. PVLN murthy sir for his surgery which made me to breath heavily, happily and freely. Its been 10 years i was suffering a lot with my breathing problem. My nose was always blocked and it was difficult to breathe but when i visited my doctor he explained my problem very clearly mentioning every problem of mine and he advised me to go with the surgery. In the span of 10 years of my problem no one told me my problem clearly like murthy sir which made me to trust him and go for the surgery. I really visited many doctors but every one of them just gave me medicine and told me to use for some months. Later one of my relatives told me to visit Dr. PVLN murthy sir and he is the only one who told my problem clearly. Once surgery done Really and truely i felt totally difference in my breathing. I feel so blessesd to have him as my doctor. I should also say Murthy sir is so kind, accessible and cheerful at all times. Heartfully and sincerely thanks for the most amazing doctor i have ever met. I should also thank nurses and staff for taking care of me and for being so kind.

Went for all medical checkup package. It was horrible experience.hospital not clean, no social distance, no sanitization, horrible bath rooms no water or toilet papers, when we asked about it staff said it's not their duty. It was horrible. Few of Doctors also very rude. Not responding to questions. I would give 0 review for medical checkup package package

Dr. G. Jyothsna is horrible doctor. She doesn't have patience. If she has targets on revenue then she can charge more but not shout back at patients when they ask questions. Everyone will take second opinion because most doctors made health as business in India and Dr. Jyothsna you are proving it.

Irresponsible Hospital staff.

My father Bhaskar Rao aged 60 plus was asked to report to hospital at around 6 a.m. In the morning for GTT test with empty stomach. To our surprise none of the Hospital staff has turned up. My parents have to wait till 8: 30 for the blood sample to be taken and the next sample taken by 10: 30. Till that time he did not have anything to eat. Primary reason to start the blood sample collection at 6: 00 a.m. In the morning is to avoid delayed breakfast. Management should intervene and correct this.

This hospital is filled with incompetent staff and infections seem to be everywhere. Many patients contract serious infections like sepsis from the hospital
Minimum bills are in the range of 5-8 lakh. They keep wasting time in report delivery and keep shifting patients between ICU and iccu.
They hide facts about the diagnosis and coverup things that go wrong, even risking patients life.

Would never recommend this hospital as infra is very poor, almost like GH and staff are overworked and terrible.
Always check bills as they invoice many tests that are never done and drugs that are never given.

Doctors counselling, and communication in excellent. I give best compliments to nursing staff, their attention is verygood

Thnq sooo much for Dr. Sajja lokeshwarrao garu. He is the doctor who did open heart surgery to my father. Now he is super energetic and doing his work like before. Hospital was very good. Rules also very strict. Security was good. But prblm is with discharged rooms they are not hygiene and unclean.plz concentrate on that rest of all are good. For cardiac prblms. Star is very good hospital.

Admitted in star hospital with complaints of cardiac problem got best treatment from cardiologist and the rest department response towards patient were really excellent.

Dam worst hospital I never ever seen recently.
Unnecessary waiting even for 2d echo and ecg which will take 2 mins out side. Wantedly giving hipe. Gave appointment at 10: 20 and visited doctor at 12: 00. Worst management.
Treatment later but patient will die after waiting long period. I didn't want to comment for emergency cases as u can understand.

We are very happy and satisfied with the service provided by Star hospitals. They are thoroughly professional and accommodating.

Renal ICU. Good, disciplined and attentive staff. They have one of the best nephrologists. Food for in-pstirnts is good tasty and rihht quantity. Parking only for staff. OPD patients have to find a place to park outside.

Supportive staff and clean environment. Doctors are very friendly. All these helped in the faster recovery of my father surgery.
