I had worst experience with the management. They wont refund the advanve money taken for rent and even the remaining rent from the day you leave pg. No proper response instead switching off mobiles.

1.only 3 washing machines present. In those 3, always one will not work.
2.poor wifi network. Most of the time you won't able to browse as well. For your information you won't get jio and airtel internet as well.
3. No neatness on food items and kitchen.
4. Water refrigerators not working on some floors.
5. No quick response from owner for any problem.
6. Limited tv channels.

Totally waste of money living over here. No proper cleaning, food is okay and not worthy for rent

The curries are not good and the butter milk they are providing also it's not good. Rent they will increase everytime.

PG is good but only thing is management should be serious at payment while refunding the amount

New building. But maintain is not good.bathroom cleaning, room and eating room are not good full of housefly.worst neatness and rooms are getting bad smell Average not worth.food OK. Not bad.

Worst PG. Sub standard rooms at very high rates. Not worth it. Smelly rooms with no proper ventilation. Just charging large sum of money since it is near to Infosys SEZ.

Breakfast is really good. Lunch and dinner are average. Behaviour from staff is good and they address any problem quickly. Rooms & washrooms are good and they clean it every day. Bike parking facility is there. PG is right next to Infosys Gate.
Advice to management:
1) Just 2 washing machines are not enough for 250+ people. Kindly add 2 more machines.
2) Hang few more ropes on terrace to hang our clothes for drying.
3) You are returning the security deposit, but in few cases you are delaying it. Kindly make it quick.
4) Prepare more chapathies for dinner. When someone comes at 9 O'clock for dinner, there wont be any chapthies left and we have to eat just rice and sambar.
5) Kindly repair that Chapathi machine. It is making good chapathies.j
