I recently started training with StrongReps and within just a short time, I feel extremely energetic, light and stronger. Sai is very empathetic, patient and customises the training sessions according to one’s fitness levels and any injuries. StrongReps also provide curated diet charts which are really easy to follow and help in muscle recovery and higher energy levels throughout the day!
Kudos to Sai and the team, I feel fitter already

It’s been a month since I joined strong reps. Initially I was looking for a personal trainer at home but due to full bookings, trainers were not available in my locality.
That is when Sai asked me to take a trial session for virtual personal training.
I was very hesitant because I was not sure like how and what can be achieved in a virtual training when the trainer is not next to you. I had lot of doubts in my mind but still I gave a try.
But to my surprise the session went seemingly good beyond my expectations.

Sai gave me so much of confidence, I immediately opted for virtual personal training without a second thought.
Sai is very knowledgeable and all his workouts are not monotonous and he takes out time in explaining each and every workout and its benefits, which is truly commendable.
Manisha (my dietitian) has given me a proper diet in detail. The diet consists of home cooked meals and are well balanced.

I can’t believe that from day one onwards I started liking these sessions as every workout was curated according to my body type, flexibility and my ability to do.
Sai is very kind and patient enough. In case if you find any difficulty in doing the workout, he immediately changes it accordingly to your ability and intensity to do. That is how you complete the session and see the results very quick.

I am seeing positive changes within a month in my overall well-being and thanks to their immense support on this journey to a healthier me.
I personally recommend strong reps to each and everyone who wants to be fit and want to lead a healthier life style.
Sai and his team are doing a fantastic job in transforming people. If you are a beginner like me, looking out for personal trainings, trust me this is the place you need join in.

StrongReps as a company is really keen on transforming individuals and they put in equal effort as the person trying to lose weight.i really recommend taking coaching from them if you need a consistent and healthy lifestyle! Their diets are so well made and i didn't even have to cut down on many things. Everything in moderation is a belief here at StrongReps. I've been training with Sai for almost 6months now and i have such a healthy and active lifestyle! Exercise helps you in following a routine and that's the best thing that has happened to me!

I have been taking regular 5 days a week strength training from Sagar, he is an excellent coach, one of a kind, he provides personalised training based on the client’s body type and habits, is extremely knowledgeable and well read. I have had experiences with 3-4 personal trainers in the past but Sagar is much better than any average coach. He explains the science behind every exercise and effect of food, looking forward to working with him for many more months.

Opting for Strongreps personal training program was the best decision I ever made. The trainer and dietician are very helpful and available 24x7 of the time for assisting by chat or calls. My trainer Sai is very friendly, Patient, Flexible and explains every single exercise. Dietician Manisha is my saviour as usually dieticians try to push you away from your usual food but Manisha was understanding and created a diet exactly which I always wished for and when I had to have anything apart from diet she used to alter my diet for the day which is one of my favourite thing about her and I could see visible results just in a month’s time. Thanks to strongreps!

So far so good.
This instructor sagar is really good and has great knowledge, caters to your personal choices.
Flexible and listens to your needs. He also tries to push your limits.

The first instructor they sent was not really up to the mark though.

I have been doing workouts with manisha since last one month and i can already see changes in my fitness levels. She listens carefully and pays attention to personal needs and individual goals.

I have been training with Strongreps for the past 2 months and it has been great. I have never been the kind of person who could go to the gym for more than 2 days straight but with Strongreps and Sai particularly, I have finally started my fitness journey and actually seen a positive change in my body as well as lifestyle. They are very accommodative and the training is customised per your goals and strength. Sai is very patient and understanding and he makes sure that the workout is enjoyable which really helps keeping up the motivation.
My training program came with a detailed diet plan with multiple alternatives, which is extremely doable and hassle free. Strongreps has helped me change my outlook towards fitness and i hope to keep up at it till I achieve my goals.

I have trained along with Sai and manisha. They both are amazing coaches who are always accessible and helpful understanding my wants from them and fulfilling them. They have strong grip on fitness. I sincerely appreciate their help to me and advice to collaborate with them for your fitness goals

I was trained by Manisha for a period of 4 months. I underwent legiment (ACL) surgery due to which my left leg was too weak however with help of her in terms of diet and weight training, I regained strength in my legs and able to continue my physical regime. Thanks to her for all the support and Motivation.

Manisha is an excellent trainer and nutritionist. After taking sessions with her i can feel the change in my body. Thanks Manisha for getting me to stick with the program in spite of my crazy busy schedule, getting maximum results in minimal time.

Trainer Sai and miss. Ashmeet kaur the Dieticion helped me alot in my weightloss journey.especially Sai he is always after me even when i say i reached my full potential during my workouts with him still he makes me do a Set more than that by motivating and reminding my goal but Hatsoff to him cuz i lost an enormous weight in just a month which i never thought i could ever in my life. A huge thanks to both of you and want to work with you for a long time.

I have consulted strong reps for my weight loss.
In almost 3 months i have decreased around 6kg.
The diet plan was simple with not too complicated things easy to continue with.with home made things. And in gym i started with a 1kg dumbel now i even lift 7.5kg dumbel.
So I think i have not only lost my weight but also
gained strength. It was a great journey. And will be continuing my transformation. Thanks to strongReps.
