Worst experience every. All Nursing staff are under training and very unprofessional. Reports reading are gaven wrong to extend discharge date to get some money out of over pocket. Worst thing is they don't allow any family member at the time of cannula fitting for child they will ask us to wait out and lock the door from inside and don't open for 10-15mins it's very scary

Very very cheap and worst hospital for kids don't even think to go into this hospital with ur kids my son in law who's 5 months baby now. He was admitted for viral infection and fever they admitted him for 2 days after one day of icu treatment he became active and he started playing so we wr willing to discharge for the hospital but they wr not ready to discharge us for money before going we have to give him a last dose of injection and they gave him that and when we got discharged after coming home baby again started falling sick and they was saying we wl give madicine but I won't say how to use it and when.because u by ur own risk ur going so we r not responsible now how cheap PPL u r on a small kid chi god won't leave u remember this kids and 2nd face of god and u PPL r literally play a money game with childrens health

Worst service ever seen and received. Being a childrens hospital none of the member is polite to talk, if you want get sick along with the child very good option to choose this hospital. There is language barrier including with the doctors lot of difficulties to be faced no update will be provided about the patient.

NEVER GO IN EMERGENCY ALSO IT WILL BE BETTER TO GO FAR PLACE INSTEAD OF THIS WORST HOSPITAL. THE NAME SHOULD BE CHANGED TO RUDERISE INSTEAD OF SUNRISE.

It's not an hospital, it's an commercial business centre running by unqualified staff just to loot the money. No cleanliness, even the elevator is not functioning. One of the worst hospital I have ever seen. They are interested only in money. Unnecessary lot of medicines are prescribed and will not allow discharge easily once admitted.

This ain't a hospital. They are just running a commercial business. They are asking us to pay for irrelevant tests at higher prices and with low quality services. Medicine is way more costlier here, med from other pharmacy is 1500 and the same medicine will cost you 7,880rs here! And they are forcing us to buy medicine from hospital and not from outside and threatening us that they will not conduct the treatment until we buy medicine from here. And the senior most doctor says that "if anything happens to patient we won't be responsible for it" how can I believe them risking my loved ones life with them.

Never go to this it became more of making business with patients, doctors will not wakeup in the night when emergency comes, same happened with my daughter they charged 1 lakh for a week just to identify the root cause of a problem

One of the best childrens hospital doctors and nurses hospital maintenance everything is ok except lady security guard in ICU she is very irritating doctors treat kids very good i like it value for money

Eg: - if medicine cost 2080/- from other pharmacy the same medicine will cost you 6500/- here in the hospital!

I echo with most comments.rate card of a private hospital but it's like a govt hospital. Billing dep is complete jerks and non professional rude people

Who was in insurance plz don't go to this hospital because I had medical cover, yet 5000 advance was taken from me and it was not returned doctor is good and facility in average.

It's one of the worst children hospital.for only on the hope of Dr. Milind we have joined our baby hear but the hospital is very very worst.it's truly commercial hospital.for the poor people it's worst.please while joining once you think and admit afterwards their charges will be like tomuch we can't catch them. Terrible hospital. Horrible doctors. Worst treatment. No proper communication fraud investigations… They just do so many unwanted tests and investigations of the child and give wrong treatment that has lead to other complications in 10 month old baby. The doctors dont explain anything.they show wrong reports and treat the babies like animals. Nursing staff is pathetic. Very sad and hurt to see such unethical team.

This hospital is a one of it's kind. This hospital do not have wheelchair facility nor they have lift facility. This is a name sake super speciality hospital. Diagnostic people ask patients to get down to 1st floor from 3rd floor or any floor. No minimum courtesy towards patients. Worst than diagnostic center where people come to patients for samples collection.

This is not a great hospital from facilities perspective, but from treatment yes because there is Dr Shyam Sundar Toshniwal who treats kids at their best.
The rooms and the other facilities are average ad nursing is decent. Charges are on par with corporate hospitals.
There is parking for bikes only and no parking for cars.
COVID 19 protocols are not taken seriously.

Waste hospital. No proper information provide they just check and write standard format of medicine. After 3-4 days the senior doctor will look into this and advice you to admit it and do all kind of testes which are not necessary and the medicine which they tell you to bring use just once and take it with them. Sisters or nurses come check report and keep the medicine in pocket and go. Other nurse come bring half medicine bottle and use that take the new one sealed packed and go.

People ne careful with medicine and test scam

Seeing the reviews I was worried to admit my baby here. In short it's good for a middle to lower class people if they can adjust and compromise on few aspects. Doctors are caring and keep visiting many times and discuss about the problem properly. Nursing staff is good, caring and interactive with baby. Billing is reasonable.
Things to compromise: - 1) Lift facility is not available for 1st and 2nd floor.
2) Pharmacy items and Tests are billed seperately from room rent and should be purchased by us and paid at the same time again and again going by stairs, standing in cue which is tiring.
3) No parking for car, so it has to be adjusted here or there or avoid going by car.
4) No Cafeteria.

Felt like responsible treatment. Initially I felt that treatment is bit expensive for the new born babies. But after all doctor's efforts towards the neonatology it's really appreciable. Thanks to Dr Milind Bide & Team for their special care towards the new born babies.

I want to say thanks to entire team of Sunrise team they helped alot. Behavior and service of all staff was very good.

So as per my experience I am rating 5 out of 5.

First time visited on my friends advice as no other hospital is open. Duty doctor didnt even check my baby and advice for blood and urine test and later told me all false information from the report and asked to to admit my child. But i want to rechecked reports with other doctors aswell. When i did the doctor said the reports are normal. Then i realised how commercial these sunrise people are. Worst hospital.pls don't ever dare to go to this hospital.one week back we admitted our daughter for vomtings.and they give completely wrong treatment.infact over dose of antibiotics.and my kid become very very sick.and we immediately discharged from there with in two days.and in another hospital it really took 5 days to get over from that meds effect.because of this hospital only we people suffered slot. I have given one star because there is no zero star.they are really money diggers.

I am taking my child from past 3 years so accordingly I am giving my genuine review as I felt to give a review to make it more efficient.
Actually doctors here are really very good. Yup it’s commercial but can be ignored if we think of a child health point of view.
From these past 3 years I observed only one drawback that is the staff especially Manoj at the counter who will do billing for IP, OP and pharmacy. He is most egotist guy as he is the owner of the hospital. As he will not even guide what to do even if he is not the concerned person and keep on eating biryani every day as he is living to eat biryani only such a stupid fellow don’t know y management is baring him.

Dr. Milind Bhide I hoped that he was a true human holding a respectable profession with regards to my previous experience.but now he is craving for money loosing all his values. I Guess why did he forget that even he is a father of a child. For Sure his sins would get back to him.
If we approach him with a minor illness.the first word from his mouth would be to admit in sunrise.where your pockets would be completely looted.truthfully is capable of treating a child with the drugs of his knowledge.still he wants to grow his pockets bigger.leaving kids on pain with unnecessary treatment
On his advice our kid was admitted with viral infection which could be easily treated with medication still he had assisted us for admit at sunrise.and kept him on IV for 15 days.my child faced a horrific pain both his hands wore swollen and he had faced such a painful situation just for some ones greed. SINS WOULD COME BACk

Did anyone aboserved that sisters give slip to bring medicns more than neccessary and they stole it from patient rooms? I have habit of maintaing records and absorved that 20-30% medicins were missing.

Most of the hospitals in Hyderabad and even india is a point of business, i dont recommend to admit your patient as this hospital is too expensive and they make 60 k in just 5 days if you are taking a sick child.

The services of this hospital is becoming waste the govt.hospitals only improvising in fees / charges but not in services.

Worst Worst Worst ever Hospital, horrible rude behaviour of doctors and nurses with kids and parents. Unprofessional doctors and nurses. It's better we need to Complaint and handover them to police. Third class hospital named Sunrise super speciality children's hospital, Doctors and treatment and doctors are very good, hospital cleanliness, Rooms, beds, bedsheets are worst. Purely commercial.

I have never seen this kind of hospital for specially kids they playing GAMES, they have wouldn’t see my son conditioning Lat night @12am my son suffered with high fever and unable to pass urine. They ask me to pay 30k
At the time I sai I will pay 20k rest of the amount I will pay in the morning. They won’t accept it all, and so many tests for 15k separate I don’t know what test they did and they said at 12am report will come in 5hr but next day till 11am no reports! Worst ever Hospital I have seen. In experience staff, No facilities for attendant even no ceiling fan in the Hospital. After discharge they may take 10-12 days for providing Discharge Summary. I have continuously reported hospital since 5 days for Discharge Summary but they failed to provide. No respond from Landline phone. Overall worst Hospital and I suggest everyone not to go this hospital. They also charged heavily minimum Lakh for treating Dengue fever.

First time I went to hospital I had worest experience for staff and all I don't recommand any one.

Pathetic servixe, for a tulip room they charge 4800 and Television doesn't work, fan also doesn't work, lot of mosquitoes biting, actually we usually come foe typhoid, dengue and other problem and these mosquito bites intensify that. Management always are reluctant to get all these corrected, the even worst thing is. Need some strong feedback to management to correct all these.

Money Minded People. For normal delivery in Shalini Hospital emergency situation is created and my baby got admitted in this stupid hospital.just for money. They write medicine.just like that god knows whether they are using all the medicines or not.count the number of beds which are empty.if new patient is joining the ICU then only they will discharge the old patient.
