Biryani is very bad taste. Veg stater veg munchuria is better. Service is very slow and nobody is there but also service is not good. Response is very bad

Very old Hotel with Modified face. Location is comfortable for High-tech city near by people. How ever food is just ok. Service is not good. You don't get wifi from hotel don't prefer for Events. Just ok for bar and restaurant requirements.

This is an amazing hotel to stay, we stayed there for 4 days, checkin was smooth, the staff is too cooperative and the service is very good.rooms were clean and lavishly big.room service is good and prompt.it was an amazing experience here.totally worth it for the price.i will recommend this hotel over all nearby hotels, its budget friendly good hotel.

Rooms are clean hygiene, complimentary one bottle of water per day, soap, dental kit, they have mini bar in room but prices are high.buffet costs around 700 person and Breakfast around 220.

Such a worst food ever had in Swagath group. Ordered tomato soup simply it is a gravy and filled with water. Hyderabad is famous for biryani, but this hotel serves you below average biriani. Starters were below average. Curd rice and chicken lollypop were bitter in taste. Totally it is a worst option for your money and time.

One of the worst experiences we had today we went with family though our kid did not eat. They called us back and asked to pay for kid. Swamy we even asked to check the cc camera. Still you charged for us.

Worst management ever. I will never visit this place.we pay for what we eat you wantedly humiliated us.

After covid the dishes are not delicious.quality in the food served for buffet dinner is not reached expectations

I have visited Swagath De Royal, Kondapur on 1st Jan 2021 for Dinner. It's an horrible experience I have there. I was a regular customer since 7-8 yrs. It's the first time I found that the food is not at par with the food I had experienced before lockdown. Items are of very poor quality. Only Thai noodles among all items taste good.

There is no freshness among main course items like prawns, mutton biryani. It seems they are serving the food which was left over last night.

Hospitality is a big Zero today which I hv never found in last visits. When the same I hv informed to Manager, he is very reluctant to listen. It seems he does not know how to behave with customers. He is simply arguing stating all are of good qualities only.

It's really not expected from Swagath De Royal, Kondapur branch.

If anyone ask for rating then it will be 2 out of 5 in terms of hospitality and food quality.

Taking double the amount abut wt we spend n bad behivaour n and bad experience of there staff i had disapointed frm dis resturant

Swagath -de- royal is a good restraunt.good food, great ambiance, lovely atmosphere.everything is great.the management is amazing and cooperation is commendable. I highly recommend everyone to visit here

Rooms are good and worth of money.

Completely disappointed with the new year special menu they have arranged.we could enjoy onky fish starters. Rest all items are not up to the mark. Didn't expect this experience! Waste of spending Rs 700/- plus taxes for buffet.we could have opted other decent hotel.

Not worth for the amount, the quality and service has come down drastically. Not going to visit the place again.

It is good place with tasty food. We booked a banquet hall for a team party and it was good. Buffet is organised on the roof top terrace and the food was very tasty.
We used the same banquet for multiple occasions and we really liked it.
But there is no proper parking for four wheelers.

Plz don’t waste money here I had never eaten this much worstest food in My entire my life I ever eaten till today.

The restaurant is good with a decent bar. The ambience of restorent is good. On the food side it could be better considering the price.

Food was excellent. But satff are not up to the standerd. Example if we order some item which costs around 175 then when bill comes it amounts to 275 with out including taxes.

Worst experience with the staff there we booked a table there but later when we visited there those people told us sorry sir your name was not there later we showed the phone no. And called that no. Infront of him he is one the who answered the call then later he realised he took our name wrong later after standing for half an hour he arranged us the table and not even apologized for his mistake

I have visted for dinner on 28 dec 2018, order chicken curry it was worst the not fresh at all.not a good choice for dinner.chicken smells.vakka

Good food but there is no proper light in breakfast area. But hospitality is very good and remarkable

To All the food lovers of Hyderabad plz don’t waste money here I had tried restaurant more than 100 restaurant in Hyderabad the waste food in my life I ever eaten.

Road side food is much better I think so.than this hotel waste management no even checking food is good r not, properly cooked r not, all items r cold noob restaurant.

As to my knowledge f.k off restaurant they r intrusted in collecting money noob service noob food plz trust me I am a very very big food lover I will try all hotels every week this is the waste hotel I ever met till today from past 6 years.

Food was ok ok but cold.felt like going to a marriage party.not worth the money.at least they should serve fresh hot breads on the table.

Good amenities but restriction like no outside food and too much surveillance on visitors. Reception was empty when we arrived and no porter service to 2nd floor

Swagth-De-Royal is a highly recommended hotel at the heart of Hi-tech city in Hyderabad. During my conference, I stayed there for 4 nights and my experience was extremely satisfying. Their quality of room and service is pretty excellent at very reasonable price. In fact they have their own restaurant which is very well decorated and most importantly they serve really delicious food with authentic taste. From this place the communication is also very good. Therefore, I would highly recommend anyone visiting Hi-tech city to stay couple of nights here.

Quality stay in reasonable cost with including free buffet for breakfast and dinner.
Overall service is also good.

Nice place for formal office lunch with colleagues. Better book before. Varieties r better and cost worthy. Buffet style lunch is served here

Two days ago we went there for buffet dinner.we had very bad experience Food quality was not at all what was expected.but main concern was most of the plates were broken.when we told this things to the concern person we were told that it is a kind of design but how can a broken sharp edge be a design. Repeated time complained but no body took care of this matter.overall it felt like a low quality buffet.nowhere comparable to what it used to be befor two years.
