The Aruna Studios photo and video department is amazing and reasonably priced.

The worst thing is flower arrangement. 100% wasteful floral arrangement

My daughter's half-saree function was held on the fourth floor of this hotel, with very wonderful service, a photo and video section at a reasonable fee, and fantastic (ARUNA STUDIOS) very very very good And
Food that tastes extremely delicious.
The part on floral decorations is completely incorrect; I have never had such a negative experience with flowers in my life.

Its so regretted to say that I had been to this bar for past 6 yrs. Today visited with my guest to enjoy but the Captain Bhishma's behaviour (today on 23/10) is very bad and painful to convey. I felt ashamed before my guest. I will not visit this bar again nor suggest my friends to visit.hope management keep the hospitality of the bar and restaurant for future customers.thanks. Kishore

Management sucks. Nobody cares about you, only their business. Didn't offer cutlery even after a lot of requests.

For two persons happened to wait for 30 min and no car parking also. Very very bad receiving by staff.

Bad service, finger bowls given to only half of the members, second order was not provided, food was cold.

Worst service ever. Paaya + roti is the most delicious food. Service is very late and the waiters are not at all polite

Please ask your manager to give proper respect to the people who came for checking banquet halls.

He is not even answering properly. And asking questions with proud. Thats not how we will do for - hospitality sector.

Food standards are decreasing day by day, we have ordered Kaju Paneer Biryani, it is so spicy and it affected us for next 2days. Also Apricot delight is not good

Its the worst hotel I have ever vistied, the food is very tasteless, the food is different from what they put on menucard, not at all satisfied even with the service. I feel food or plates are not clean, as we fell bit sick the next day. Put some effort on what is being served to customers rather than decorating the hotel or putting high prices. They don't make it a better restaurant.

Food is quite good. The place can be crowded if all banquets are running simultaneously, which is normally the case on weekends. Lifts are limited and could become overcrowded.

I did not notice proper fire safety in place. The 4th floor staircase leads to nowhere on ground floor but does lead to basement on flight below. This is a concern as no crowd control is in place.

Very worst hotel ever seen in my life. Speaking very rudely and not even responding anything we ask. Please don't go to this hotel

Yes. Nice hotel. All facilities available. Cleaning and purity they always followed. Need jedimetla bus stand or near suchitra bus stand a walkable distance.

Cliche place to celebrate occasions. Banquet halls fail to impress with novel seating arrangements and decorations. Takes long time to get into lift and reach top floors. Long waiting spoils the party mood. Catering service is good. A very palatable food enriches your celebrations and happiness.

Good hotel. However, the lifts there are very inconvenient.they are too small, too crowded in case of multiple events on the same day. The lifts really test our patience when we are eager to attend the function

Well organised place, the staff executed the expected even multiple events were going on at the same time noting specific to place the finger out as a minus point

Huge hall for 300 guests on the fifth floor. The hall was nicely decorated. Toilet facility was hygienic. The lift is a bit slow. The main entrance is not so obvious. Food was delicious. It's a nice place to have a wedding reception. The staff members were courteous.

Loved the food. The restaurant is always busy and crowded especially during weekends. And you might also have to wait for a few minutes to get some place to eat. But the wait is totally worth.

Simply Wonderful! You may try Corn Colonel as a starter. If you order your liquor before 8.00 PM, you get it at discounted price. Food is always tasty. Veg handi, one may try. Repeatedly I visited this hotel for food, and there is not a single instance, that the food was not good. Dal tadka, Anda - Bhurji are some of the simple specialities. Service is fast, and the food is hot at all the times. Parking no problem. Valet parking is available. This is the most happening place in this area, always some or the other function is going on, at this hotel. Always crowded with guests! Lift service is user friendly. Don't park your vehicle at roadside, it attracts fine, always go for valet parking.

A very good place overall. Good food. Good place to stay. Good space for events or marriages. Staff is very polite and respectful. Cleanliness, facilities and services are of top notch.

Bad hospality bad service lack of management responsablity, do not arrange parties, lack of water glasses and not good taste food

This is a very good place with good food options on the menu, the ambience is good, the bar area is huge and spirits, drinks are at a good price.

There is parking so there is no need to worry about the vehicle on the road the restaurant suits the place best for celebrating big parties, the staff is friendly and at service all the time.

Better grab a beer watch a movie nearby and have dinner after that here.
