We had a very pleasant stay at Taj Deccan Hyderabad.
The front office team led by Sachin and his colleagues were amazing & always were at our help with a smile.

At SYN restaurant, Satya and his colleagues - Sous Chef Anil and Manager Rajnikant prepared special dosas and Haleem which were not a part of the menu - since it was our first trip to Hyderabad.

I must say - Sachin, Satya and the entire team are pillars of Taj Deccan and are treasured employees.

I would definitely recommend everyone to stay at Taj Deccan to experience their hospitality.

Pathetic Service for the Get Together Sound system was Disgusting no Proper Mic to speak don't venture for this anytime.

Ok first off, there’s construction going on here so, we weren’t pleased initially but, honestly it was an incredible stay, and the best hotel we stayed in our 3 days in Hyderabad, the staff are exceptionally well trained, and on my personal experience with taj properties (around 6 so far) the best staff experience so far, they basically made all the hassles of the renovation manageable, the food was great reasonably priced, the buffet timings were of a reasonable time where a younger couple can wake up get some good sleep and have a great breakfast (10: 30) the buffet closes, the room gives you a antique feel, but the staff makes this reasonably older taj what it is. Truly magnificent, on my next visit to Hyderabad all days of my stay would be in taj deccan. Thank you for the experience

Even after payments they say its not reflecting in our account & if you want to extend they say its prior booking is not accept And lot of disappointment and insulting front desk which is unacceptable.

Visited recently for one of the birthday party. The food is very good and tasty. The hotel's impeccable cleanliness, top-notch amenities, and stunning views made my day truly exceptional.

Property is very good and have ample parking place and good for conferences and also for family get together, services are good and food is also awesome

One of the most beautiful and in expensive budget, busineas class five star hotels of Taj group in Hyderabad with disciplined staff and high quality and tasty food and service. A plesent and memorable stay for customers.

Good and luxurious place to stay out have food. Great ambiance and paintings. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the food was also delicious. Must try biryani and paneer.

Lake of signage inside the hotel. Almost impossible to locate rest room at the reception area. You need to go upto fitness center at the end to the property.
Better if you ask list of acronyms else you may not get the correct answers.
Staff try their level best to avoid answering questions.
A digital navigation map has to be provided by the hotel to ensure you don't get lost in the maze like structure.

We had breakfast at the restaurant. The food was really delicious, special Thanks to Chej Anil and manager Rajini. The manager Satya was very polite and suggested good options to try. Taj never fails to amaze people with their hospitality.

Thank you for providing us the ambience of elegance in your hotel. This is one of the best hotels in Hyderabad and the staffs are very friendly in this hotel. I have come here for some official purposes and this hotel is near to the workplace.

Actually I went for an Event, but I looked around the hotel, looks amazing with wall paints. Receiving team and care for customers to not get confused.for budget it was some difficult for average people.

The worst staff ever. They don't even give you their names before starting a conversation.

Very good hotel and customer friendly policy. Whenever you are in a good hotel, you can not bring food from outside, you need to pay for the expensive food of a 5 star hotel. But hats off to Taj Deccan, you can get your choice food through swiggy or Dominoz and pay as per your convenience. You need to come down to the entrance and bring it to your room. They provide you cutlery, plates etc. So, no worry for food cost, just pay the huge discounted price for rooms. You enjoy all the amenities if a 5star hotel and pay for 3star. Staff behavior is excellent. Earlier also I have stayed in different Taj hotels at different locations, but this experience is really amazing.

I along with my family (spouse + 2 kids/3.5 years of age) have stayed at Taj Deccan from 29 Nov to 01 Dec 2021 and our overall experience was really really great. Ambience of hotel and overall atmosphere is absolutely in synchronisation with the family need during this covid-19 pandemic situation. Special mentioned for Ms Anushka at Reception desk and Mr Sailesh Rai at ARENA. Both seem to be always ready to extend their helping hands as required or even come out on their own to enquired if anything they can do. Which was simply extra ordinary. It will be unfair for me if I failed to acknowledge others also, overall whole team deserved a mentioned too. Well-done team Taj Deccan.

Not great.facilities opted while making special arrangements were not fulfilled
At night no staff were there despite calling multiple times.
Had a bad experience as a/c was not working at night and room was changed after 1 and half hour.
Not expected from a property of taj

Pathetic service.and too costly. Didn't matches any of the expectations.for any of the issues I have we have to call reception/house keeping atleast 5 times.
Do not recommend to anyone.

Really Loved it, feeling like you are at your home, the meals provided here is very sophisticated cooked and after eating little more you never feel uncomfort because of the raw material used are fresh. I personally found it after expending three day visit I avoided to go outside for breakfast/lunch/dinner.

And if you are visiting with your kids really wonderful.

It is a very old property, needs a lot of maintenance to justify name “Taj” with it. But, considering the location, it is in the heart of the city.

I attended a symposium of Live stock Feed Association with Chief Guest Mr. P. Rupala Central Minister and T. Srinivas Yadav, State Animal Husbandry minister of CLFMA.

Pretty good infrastructure and management. Everything was hygienic, all the mirrors and setup was quite good. However there was some uncleaned spilling in gents washroom which seems to be the result of not allocating a toilet staff for maintenance or I just entered in a period where some guest had spilled it. Ambient fragrances were elegant. Staff like security guards and stewards were polite and good to interact with, they were helpful. Overall, I liked this experience.

Decent hotel. COVID protocols were followed. Rooms are also spacious. I feel that hotel needs some renovations to make it look more better.

Never seen Taj such poorer hotel, they don't have separate shower fesility they have showers on bath tubs. I would say its 2 star hotel

Taj Deccan inaugurated the event on 26 and 27 September. On these days there was heavy rainfall. The stalls owners faced big amount of loss but The Deccan staff charged them without any concession.it is very unkind for small doing bussiness people.

Amazing Hotel and Service. I stayed over here for 4days and 3nights with my family. Awesome hospitality. This is the only place I will want to stay whenever I visit Hyderabad. And yes there breakfast buffet is fantastic

Ambience was very good. Staff was courteous. However, the food was below sub par. Not a single dish was good. This includes curd rice as well. The menu was constrained (buffet) may be due to COVID but it was not worth it. We definitely are planning to go again anytime soon.

House keeping service was very slow and poor, sometime you need to give them reminders. When I spoke about delay, the person on phone seems very rude and suggested me to ask the reason of delay to the person who is delivering it. It was not expected from Taj group.

Very old structure of rooms, does not even have a first aid kit available at reception! Unacceptable at a premium taj property

Taj Deccan is the perfect place to stay or a short or extended business trip. The hospitality is what bowled me over. Anilji and his team of chefs create the kind of gustatory delights that feel like heaven when you start the day or return from a tiring one. The rooms are spotlessly clean, fresh and welcoming.
I even had my business meeting here. Needless to say it was perfect.
I am very happy and will keep returning.

Attend a event yesterday at their Lawn, too may mosquitoes and somehow the food was not up to the mark.
Maybe due to the covid restrictions.not sure,
But, I am sure they will improve!

Best staffs to serve I have ever seen. I think the hr manger should get awarded for the kind of people they have today. I surprise how every individual have so much interest to serve!

Good place to stay at Hyd. Hotel is build long ago hence you find all old furniture and facilities. Service is little delay. Could have been better way.

The way they reside and had an exam of IELTS was the best experience for me this hotel better then #5starRestaurant I love this Taj Deccan is best.
