Went for dinner in Firdaus Restaurant.

Food and ambience was great. Live Gazal was also good.

A Very Good Hotel with excellent staff both at Front Office and Restaurant. I recently had a stay here with my father.
Very good care was taken of our needs and special requests. Thanks to Front Office Manager Khatri madam and Staff Megha, Vincent and all and also Special thanks to Chef Gopi and his colleagues at the restaurant. Definitely it is " Waah Taj ".

Was checking how a stay with Taj Krishna will be like. Was exploring if we can shift from Deccan to Krishna. Staying in Hyderabad for 4 nights.

The signature Taj style and hospitality can be seen and experienced in everything at this well-located property in Banjara Hills. The Nizami food at the Firdaus is excellent - go for the non-vegetarian options, though - not to forget the effortlessly tantalizing notes from the ghazal vocalist, reminiscent of the soul-stirring voice of a bygone era, Mohammad Rafi saahab.

Taj Krishna is one of the top Hotel in Hyderbad city which offers variety of food in their classic restaurants Golden Dragon, Firdaus and the Encounters. Yesterday we visited the authentic Hyderabadi restaurant the Encounters with my friends to celebrate the last day of the year. The ambience is Amazing and sitting at poolside is mesmerizing.
The buffet lunch offers a variety of dishes and the quality of food is excellent, tasty & awesome. The hotel Staff is very good and polite and cooperative especially Pathak helped us a lot. Overall we had a great time.

One of the best hotels I visited. Very luxurious hotel. All services are good, food is delicious, and the people from gulf countries can find non spicy food.
The hotel also very safe, but little busy, and many events are holding here.

Being a Taj property expectations are higher. I had a poor experience with in room dining as they forgot about my order (mistakes can happen) but on me reminding them after 1 hour of my order I was told it will be there in 5 mins But despite another 2 calls and 25 mins I cancelled my order and complained to DM. Thereafter DM himself came to my room in person alongwith ordered meal.

Pros
1) Spacious Rooms with all standard Amenities.
2) Food taste and quality Superb.
3) Friendly Staff.

Cons
1) Nothing in particular. Little costly on pocket.

Whenever I visit Hyderabad Taj Krishna is my favourite place to stay. When it comes to hospitality no one comes close to Taj. Rooms are very comfortable, luxurious and very specious. Hotel staff takes care of all your needs and food here is excellent. This time around special shout out for Karandeep who was dinner and breakfast incharge in Encounter. He made sure all our dietary needs are taken care off and made our stay memorable. I really enjoy my stay with Taj Krishna and highly recommend this property.

We ate at Firdaus restaurant and enjoyed the ambience. The live music and food were good, the service was excellent. Great veg and non veg options are available.

The Golden Dragon team didn’t treat me properly. The person at the counter just directly told the restaurant is sold out.

I had even called the reception for the reservation. They had asked me to walk in.

The person at the golden dragon, when asked to call the superior. I nearly Waited for twenty minutes hoping someone could help me out and listen out to me. But all of them were ignoring me andThe the experience was pathetic. Never expected such a service from them. The reception when called they told to walk in. When we came they treated us very bad. They directly shut me up by saying we are sold out. Even though I asked the person to make me talk to the superior of his, they made me wait for 20 minutes. They were indirectly ignoring me. I left the restaurant as no one was coming to talk to me.

They don’t have any communication between their management as well and are blaming me that I didn’t make a reservation.

I am very disappointed. I request people to not show up here. They only treat their VIP guests and not the common person.

I hope Taj property realises they are losing out on customers and their management should be better while serving people. They were very rude.

Awesome Experience with Taj Krishna. Luxury Room was perfect and comfortable for us and our kid. Staff was courteous. Sunday Brunch Buffet was amazing, taste of every item was so good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We have visited all the Taj hotels in Hyderabad and were never disappointed. The luxury, the class and taste of the food is just amazing. We went to see the Indian Cricket team during breakfast. The food was tasty as always. The staff is super good!

Iconic hotel at a great location. Awesome staff and friendly policies. Amenities are really good, especially the lawns and a huge swimming pool. One star less as its ageing, and I don't think management is focusing much.examples range from mild mold smell from carpets, ageing chairs and signboards to poor restaurant interiors. Dinner buffet is also strictly 3 star grade.breakfast spread is ok though. Overall, recommended

Though the ambience is very good, but the food at Firdaus restaurant was not that good. We did not like the paya sorba and the khubani ka meetha at all.

Taj Krishna is easily among the best and most respected hotels in Hyderabad.

Everything from hospitality and hotel staff to food and flora are top class. Here are a few highlights.

- Decor: The entire hotel has beautiful paintings and magnificent sculptures all over. The most impressive sculpture is a replica of Antonin Mercie’s Gloria Victis (glory to the vanquished) which is located at the entrance of The Grand Ball Room. It is spectacular!

- Swimming pool: They have one of the biggest swimming pools of any hotel I have seen in India. The main pool is 40m in length and is equipped with three jacuzzis - one each for hot water, cold water, and salt water. The changing rooms (separate for men and women) are large and roomy, with multiple showers stocked with toiletries.

- Staff: The staff are extremely polite and will go out of their way to make your experience memorable. You can tell that they genuinely care.

- Space: While the hotel complex does not look very huge from the outside (road side), there is actually a lot of open space behind the constructed area of the hotel. The lawns are huge and you’ll even find two waterfalls once you go down to the lowest level (one near Golden Dragon, one near the swimming pool).

- Golden Dragon: Quite possible the best Chinese restaurant in Hyderabad. Enough said.

On the whole, extremely impressed.

Extremely poor services I am wondering why I really choose to book taj. Entire food spread including soup was cold. To serve a bread takes real good 30 mins even when the number of guests is low. T

It’s a nice property. I’d rate it a notch below the best Taj properties in terms of ambience, quality of service. But even with that “criticism” it is a good property on its own - and we had comfortable stays here.

Amazing hotel in Hyderabad.
Hotel is located in the main city so the area around the campus is little crowded but once you enter in the campus its totally royal treatment.
Hotel has banquets, ballroom, swimming pool the rooms are very great and amazing it feels like a royal stay in Taj always.

Worst Taj Experience ever. Inspite of requesting for a room change was given Room 130. The room was a complete disaster. Switching on the AC made the room smell like moss. Had to call house keeping twice, and even then plumbing issues in the bathroom weren't fixed. The list of atrocities just continues. Review worth 2 stars just for the amazing food and collection of wine.

Can anyone dare to replicate such an structure today, only one of it's kind. We can see business class type & contemporary luxury hotel coming up. But to have a place as TAJ KRISHNA with so many ANTIQUES & SUCH ROMANCE WITH NATURE IN IT'S CAMPUS IS NOT HERCULES TASK BUT IMPOSSIBLE.

Today, while I was at traffic signal at taj Krishna around 7: 30pm, I was able to see people in there respective rooms and "changing there clothes", which was very much shocking to see. This could lead to a misuse to those people. I highly recommend to take a corrective action towards this immediately, other wise this could cause a serious damage.

The food was amazing the gravy was of perfect texture the ambience was awesome like seriously one of the best experiences I have had in a while.

A truly Upscale 5Star Hotel Of the Taj Group at a upscale Banjara Hills location in Hyderabad right opposite to City Center Mall. Great lobby ambience and excellent conference facilities. Food is really great!

The lobby level has a Multi cuisine restaurant. We went for the dinner buffet. The continental spread and the desserts were delicious.
Chef Shreyash, the Chef in charge came up to the table and in detail explained to us about the spread. He was very friendly and also passionate about food. We were served by Prasad who was ever so smiling knowing whenever we needed anything. Also the Manager Saleem met us and was ever so humble. Overall great experience. The hotel also has an Indian restaurant and a Chinese speciality too. The shopping arcade is well placed with a cake shop. Coming back to the hotel soon.

Peaceful ambience and delicious Indian food at Firdaus by chef Jehangir. We visit Taj Krishna for our anniversary, every year. They make the best food and serve it well.the staff is courteous too.

Lovely three days and perfect for a short sight seeing trip. The hotel exudes it’s history whilst the room we stayed in was modern (upgraded) and very clean - the only slight negative could be that the mattress seemed to cave into the centre. We utilised the car service and the driver Habeeb was incredible (courteous, knowledgeable, flexible), pretty much reflecting everyone at the hotel who were all great including the concierge who arranged a late high tea for us at the taj Falaknuma. We dined in at Firdaus too, loved the live music (ghazals) and the food (especially the haleem) was really good.

The hotel banquet confirmed me for a dinner event just in the morning and now informs me about it and apologises someone else paid for the same and can’t give the banquet hall.

Didn’t expect it from Taj group, they are just behind money and totally unethical.

5 star facilities with very nice swimming pool + 3 types of Jacuzzi. Nice spread of buffet breakfast and nice newly renovated rooms. Staffs are very courteous and helpful. It has small mall inside it for few of the luxury brands.

I came to Taj Krishna to attend an fashion exhibition. The setup and place is really huge and is located in one of the busiest places in Hyderabad. The place has really well maintained and has a really good vibe to it. The place has good parking lot structure and huge place to roam around.

The event was well organized. All stalls were ambient and well maintained. The collections were good, although limited. However, most of the stalls covered only jewellery

Loved the food. I wanted lunch at 4: 30 pm. Every place was closed. But Taj was graceful enough to accommodate us. That to with their amazing Kali dal and biryani. Had a wonderful time.
