The Jubilee Hills Tanishq store is spacious and well lit with a pleasing ambience. The staff are pleasant, polite and helpful. The quality of the pieces on display seems to be top grade. My only grievance is that there should be more variety to choose from specially in contemporary jewelry

Staff were friendly and courteous. However, Tanishq refused to honor the points we had accumulated from prior purchases. According to Tanishq customer service, our Encircle number has a foreign address. Any points picked up from our purchases in India cannot be credited to due to the overseas pin code number. It is a shame that Tanishq is a global brand yet their Encircle number does not seem to be truly global!

Visited the Tanishq Jubilee hills branch yesterday. The collection here is very good and the service is impeccable! We went in the evening at 7 30 pm to buy jewellery and had to exchange some of our old gold items. They were very patient throughout the whole procedure and sat with us till 10 pm in the night without complaining. We were attended by Mr. Azharuddin who was very patient and polite with us the whole time and took time to explain every detail despite the late hour. Would definitely visit again. I recommend this to store to everyone.

Service is too good. Devender showed us all the finger ring models that we asked for and he is very polite. He shared all the information related to product and price calculations details very clearly.

Showroom has huge collection of different models/designs in every category, we looked for gold ornaments though. Staff were very courteous and assisting, and knowledgeable on models. Md. Mohsin assisted us in purchasing pretty model and explained in detail about the jewellery. Kudos to Mohsin.
