I HAD WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE HERE IT WAS MY FIRST TIME TO GO THROUGH MRI SCAN I HAD NO IDEA ABOUT THE HORRIBLE SOUND OF THE MRI MACHINE I WAS NOT SAID ANYTHING BEFORE GOING INSIDE THE LADY JUST CAME IN TIED A BELT ADJUSTED ME ON THE MRI TABLE AND JUST LEFT DID NOT EVEN CARE WHAT A PATIENT MIGHT FEEL. ATLEAST SHE COULD HAVE TOLD THAT YOU NEED NOT WORRY YOU MAY EXPERIENCE LOUD SOUNDS ALSO BECAUSE OF THOSE SOUNDS MY LEFT EAR PAINED A LOT I'M NOT ABLE TO HEAR PROPERLY NOW
THEY COULD HAVE PROVIDED SOME DEVICE WHICH PROTECTS US FROM THOSE HORRIBLE SOUNDS SO IRRESPONSIBLE OF THE TAPADIA MRI TEAM I JUST HATE
AND THEY JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT HYGIENE THEY ARE PROVIDING THE SAME GOWN TO EVERYONE

Whn patient comes first word they say is it takes time, which means u stay or get lost time of behaviour,

Few pros regarding this is cheaper rates and service oriented. Majority of lab tests are available at 50% lesser prices.

Not all Staff is courteous. No hygienic conditions. Staff serving few tests seems untrained and not registered to perform them.

Some of the lab tests do require lady doctors and assistants, but being carried by male doctors.

Overall if you are looking for a hygiene place, polite response from the staff, faster and professional assistance during tests, this is seriously not for you. Look for Lucid, Focus and other similar labs.

Friendly service and the behavior of the staff is pretty good. One would suggest this place for everyone and I'd really appreciate the care taken by the Manager Venkat Reddy garu, whenever it is mandated for him to pitch in.

We visit regularly, diagnostic tests are low cost, fast, reliable. Even doctor consultations at RTC center are helpful. Thanks Tapadia for your service.

Coming from far away, as assuming that the test will get fast wherr as once we reach to this diagnostic, no one will have a polite nature to speak with the patients or with attenders. Reception staff says there are 20 patients before your turn comes to 5-6 patients, where as a girl walks here and there don't know which department she is. Not even knowing a good knowledge. Blindly ramp walk being done by her and closes the door, won't come out and stand or ask the patients, slowly coming and going to the room closing the door. So many illiterate patients are sitting here without any guidance from the staff.

Never go to Tapadia diagnostic centre by looking into cheap prices of testing, yesterday I done extended Diabetic profile, I am diabetic from 16 yrs but HBA1C shown 5.2% which is wrong.

Even I done same testing for my wife and found HBA1C as 7.9%. Actually she is non diabetic.
So what understood is that they have have interchanged the reprt of HBA1C.

If you want all wrong results go to any Tapadia diagnostic centre.

One more thing during Covid I did CRP test and results is 66 where as same test repeated in Vijaya diagnostic and it came less than 3.i would have taken all wrong treatment if I take tapadia CRP Report to doctor.

Very dangerous.pls don't go to cheap diagnostics.especially Tapadia.

We had booked different tests for my diabetic mother. We waited for 4 days with 11-13hrs fasting.first day, they said that the staff member is delayed due to some vehicle issue. That's it.after that no response, no sample collection, nothing at all. If they cannot give proper service, then they shouldn't advertise it.

I have visited to this diagnostic center for covid rt pcr test and hr ct scan. Here it is reasonable price that is rt PCR test is 500 per person and hr ct scan is 3100 including one ppe kit for patient. Service is good and happy.

Such a worst diagnostic center I have even seen! They don't follow proper timings staff in the reception deck are very rude n they don't even give proper info! I have give my sample for rtpcr 3days back n I didnt get my result even now! I tried calling to the center but there's no respone! I'll never again go to this center n I suggest people not to visit it.

We have submitted the COVID 19 Swab samples at TAPADIA diagnostics Center, RTC X Roads, today morning.
We have requested the Reception Staff and Manager Mr. G. Venkat Reddy at the reception, as of now. They are least bothered about the patients, and irresponsible and not giving correct reason for three days of test results.

If your are not approved by ICMR, how did you collect the samples?
How come you will take two to three days for test results?
Kindly consider this as a compliant on the staff and testing center, asd provide us the test results as early as possible.

When the patients has urgency and need, you are making money and does not have any mercy to give out the results at the earliest.

Any how we will put forward the same issues with the Flanagan State Health Department and get back to you.

Worst behavior cheap staff no timings senses. Tapadia service has good name their own staff making down it. They can't even explain what customer enquiring to is need. Lack of service knowledge.how to respond to a customer.

The worst experience getting diagnosis at this lab, as there's a Dr. Named Anuradha who is least concerned about the patient who's been waiting for almost 2 hours, instead of attending the patient is gossiping with other doctors which is irrelevant to the patient and the management here is vulnerable interms of getting things organized.i would definitely get this to the notice of higher officials responsible of taking care to the laboratory.

I think there is no need to give any star for the services.there are more than 200 people in a small hall with 25 chairs and remaining all standing very close to each other without mask. No responsible person is there to handle the customers.everyone is waiting in standing position for long hours. No doctors available in the morning hours for scan and 2 D echo.

READ BEFORE YOU VISIT: I went for HR-CT Seasonal package and Swab test for my dad. We waited for 5hrs to get the tests done. My dad was already suffering from high fever but no one bothered. They charged 4000rs still treated us worst compared to government hospitals or diagnostic centre in Hyderabad

Long waiting for billing and tests CT scanning literally took 4hrs.

Zero social distancing no sanitisation.
Just today they started keeping “DO NOT SIT HERE” posters on chairs until yesterday there was zero social distancing.

Everyone receptionist to the top management they all treat you as if they are doing a favour.

They ask you to call but no one answers the call you can see it in every reception counter

48-72hrs of waiting for swab test reports.

Once you pay the amount you are trapped and you will never think again to visit.

With so much of crowd all around and no social distancing and no sanitisation there are high chances that you will infect yourself.

You will never meet manager VENKAT REDDY because he won’t be available anytime.

Very worst service previously it was very good diagnostic centre with affordable prices. But now a days no proper informationexcept giving bills when the test will be done.nothing. Worst diagnostic center. Sample collection room is not hygienic. Delay in report delivery. No cleaning at all. Diagnostic center looks like fish market. They won't answer any phone calls in the reception. Poor parking. Very rude behavior from reception staff.

I had CT Scan from this center, they took3 days to get reports and when visited they asked me to take ultra sound scan.
After ultrasound.scan they asked me to come after 1 day.
When finally came to collect the reports.
The reports are not accurate, this I came to know after getting another CT Scan from good diagnosis center.

I had 3 kidney stones but this center show me 1 stone in the report.

It's terrible as they feel that they serving at free of cost though they charge less but it is not fare the way they treat people.

Very bad experience, done ct chest and abdomen through dr c, we were asked for ultrasound screening inspite of having the reports of ultrasound done recently, we patiently got that done too but hrct chest which is not related to abdomen was kept pending too, when asked the technician he said Dr is responsible, don't know why the dr didn't keep the hrct chest report at least available. Worst experience ever, highly not recommended diagnostic centre though the prices are feasible. Note: my reports will be available by 10pm. How pathetic!

Don't ever go for time critical tests here. They delayed our biopsy reports for over 14 days. They keep repeating that we'll receive them the next day but to no avail.

One of the worst services we ever had. Given an opportunity I would have rated them with negative stars. Absolutely no response.

When we went there around 12, it is being swept and lack of response to the requests.took an email stating that they would send out a report over an email within a couple of hours. However, so far, we haven't got any report and both the landlines are not being picked up.

Utterly commercial and no sensuality though they are in medical profession.

The doctor gets irritated sometimes and he didn't tried to listen to the patient just spent 2 minutes and gave the prescription also doctor is most of the time late and that causes a problem to patients coming from far distances. The staff especially the lady in the reception was not at all cooperative and behaves very rudely they must remember we are paying and getting treated and not for free.

Doctors don't come on time. Waiting time is too long. If they reschedule your time ask them to write your queue position on receipt. Staff is rude. Cleaning issue. I regret why I came here.

Hellow all. I would like to share my own experience with staff behavior. For my sister's thyroid test I went and paid total amount for testing after completing test they said reports are ready but when I said it is too far from home so kindly mail me the reports but they refused to do that I asked them earlier you people send now why can't you send. So respond with new rules on the time of billing only we have to provide mail I'd on phone they will not tske then I requested them a lot and I said if you can't send I need to travel from sainathpuram to your clinic it is very far but they are not agreed. Finally beacause of their meaning less I traveled and went office late. Seriously be aware of their new rules and policies other ways you will suffer.

Good service but the Attender present at Ultrasound scan is soooo rude and very rash towards the patients. And pregnant patients are getting stood in front of the Ultrasound scan room as there are no sufficient chairs.

Very poor service expert in dispatching wrong reports have no clarity on the timing of the visiting doctor inexperienced doctor and staff known to waste the time of people with 0 expertise in their respective field if you want a reliable report then I personally suggest you to not to depend on this diagnostic center as the reports prepared here are not done by the people having expertise in the respective fields THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS JUST KNOW HOW TO TAKE MONEY FROM THEIR PATIENTS

Went 06: 00am for collect token as they said while inquiry, got tocken no 1.and they called for 12: 00pm, we reached at 12: 00pm, then we are waiting for doctor doctor came at 12: 30pm then waiting waiting waiting waiting after so many requests doctor call at 13: 15pm. Scan complete at 13: 30 pm.

Very affordable prices and accurate screening available all days. I had gone for master check up which costed only 1000 rupees and all the tests were done with in 90 mins. You have to go early May be by 7pm to beat the morning rush but the drawback of that is that you will have to wait for some time for the ultrasound scan bcoz the doctor will not turn up before 830am.

Go and get your lab tests done for very less price when compared to many other diagnostic centres. Dr. Tapadia is very good person and all the staff very friendly. Landmark RTc cross roads. I visited many times and very happy no issues at all.

I have been to this place and the service is too bad I have been asked to wait for about 10 hrs for just one malaria report and when asked the staff told all the stupid reasons they had and the staff is too reckless and flirting with other female staff and that man left home saying he is hungry.

I went to vengalrao Nagar newly opened branch. The staff behavior is good n politely speaking. It is so much usual in n around areas to keep the branch. Thank U.

Very disappointed with MRI service. The staff didn't explain the procedure of the test. We went for our 3 months baby. I was shocked with the sound of the MRI machine. I asked the technician to put something to my baby ears to reduce the horrible sound. How can a small baby hear that sound. He was least bothered. My baby is not able to recognize sounds now at home. What should I do. Very unprofessional service. Not at all expected. Why management is not thinking about patients. I saw similar reviews here about MRI. Give life to patients not problems.

Went to do a MRI last week. Technician put me on table and kept inside the machine Even after 10 minutes not started the thing. Suffocated like anything, wanted to vomit. Call for help, no one come. When I lift my head and see, that technician is on phone with some one. Again lift up my leg ask for help, another staff came and taken out from machine. Sat on the table, he is least bothered still on phone about 15 minutes, and am waiting for him. He didn't even ask me what happened and told his assistant to take me out from there. He were too rude sarcastic. His name is Mr Ajay. Don't know how to deal the customer. Please be careful and when going for MRI

People here r soo worst in communicating with the patients, especially Scanning Department. They even don't bother the situation of the people standing here with no reason. Such a rude in response, as if they feel like a Doctor themselves. In case of emergency jus walkin to SL Diagnostics they r much kind n responsible of their duties n punctual with the timings of the Doctor n respectable manner. I walked in tho Tapadia, at RTC x Roads for my Father in law as it was referred from TSRTC, CT Scan was done in the mrng n waiting for the Doctor for screening from 6 pm till Doctor din turn up. They will keep a bunch of pending cases of before days. Got much annoyed with them, i prefer not to come back again here for a y reason.
