I bought a dress a while back and had given the brand new dress to tailor at Himayat nagar center for extension. She tore a small part of the dress in the process of removing stitches. When I reported this they asked.mw to got o Ameerpet center as they would either repair the dress or provide an alternative solution. So I went all the way from Himayatnagar to Ameerpet and all the Manager (Wajid) said was can't help without bill (which I already told I do not have). He agreed it is a mistake and they are sorry but they cannot do anything about it.

I want to highlight poor customer service by both Himayat nagar and Ameerpet.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the Sales Executive Jyoti. She took extra care to resolve all my issues. Good job

Bhargavi has been very patient thought out our shopping and has helped us get a dress we desired.the place is very neat and pleasant and the trial rooms are spacious too.
