Extremely bad… There is no rating less than 1 star otherwise would have given that. Worked here for a year, hardly any business from the sales team. Four- Five bread and butter clients, company running on that. You will be fed up of local leadership. Not a great company to work for.salary is very low. HR is slow, people will not reply to your mails.no good cafeteria, no perks or benefits …only good thing is that business units do not work on weekends.hence work life balance is good, CEO and Founder Director are good people … HR and Finance think no end of themselves.but I knew how to handle them … It was a mistake joining such a small organisation. Company has lot of negatives than positives to talk about …
