Technicians and physicians are very polite and good. But coming to front office or reception they are the worst, they will be on personal calls always and will not respond to query which patients have.

Good service the staff was incredible friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout mri.and Excellent service from Tesla diagnostics.

Front office is very polite and responsible overall staff is good. Good service and reasonable prices.

They will eat your time like anything, Lady in reception had worst behaviour, We are just going there because of doctors reference, Other diagnostic centres also doing same work like these guys do. (Above that we can expect time saving and some nice behaviours from other diagnostic centres)

Poor management, especially the billing department they didn't even give the guidence to give the bill in reception, and they just said to go to other building, and we are waiting for our call, after 45 min i got tired and asked for reception mam and then she said to give the bill in the reception. (This kind of negligence is not acceptable especially in the hospital.) The billing lady should get proper guidence from hospital management.

Pocket friendly prices but staff is frustrated to the core which shows on the patients. Quite rude and do not explain the reason for long wait time etc. Easily angry if we ask a few clarification. AC available but not working, extremely hot climate and the ambience does not help long waiting hours

Worst centre. They don't know how to take blood sample for 1 year babys. The worst ever lab I ever visited. I will tell my experience now I went there with my baby boy at 7: 15 pm they asked to take bill from reception I took it and I went to second building and I asked them is there any one to do testing for baby they said yes we had. I given receipt he took it and called one nurse she is unable to do it and again he asked me to wait for 5 Min expert is coming, I asked again whether you have capability to do it or not they said yes. That person came and kept needle on fist he then removed needle and pressing the baby boy hand for taking blood. Then I refused and decided that they are not capable of doing it. Babys won't bear the pain with these useless lab

Clean, convenient, reasonable and professionally run diagnostic center. It is situated besides the Mumbai highway. The staff was very efficient, professional and provides the required guidance. Also, the prices of tests are reasonable.

Tesla Diagnostic Centre, Chandan nagar is operating with high cleanliness and following the COVID safety measures. Tesla is a brand for long years in the Diagnostics. We visited this center on 3rd November for heart related tests i.e. ECG and 2DEcho on an emergency basis. They staff was received and reacted well for our emergency requirement. We got our reports at the on the time. Nice services! Highly recommended.

. My experience of this lab is fabulous. They have all new upgraded equipments like Anomaly scan etc. Need not to wait for long in que. I would recommend this place for everyone especially who are expecting a child. This place is very neat n clear. The doctors n staff are highly knowledge.

I didn't had even 1positive reason to prefer it. Worst management and worst doctors behaviour. Earlier it had a brand image and only because of that it is moving on now. Seriously don't prefer it, there several better center which take care better.

Range of tests available is awesome and affordable, not too pricy and not too cheep just affordable, the receptionist were good and TMT test tester is a good guy and very helpful

The staff at this location are very Kind, Polite, humble, gentle, and have good knowledge with wide experience in the diagnostic field and they have a well-established MRI scan in the chanda nagar location. Their Vision is to give a proper diagnosis to every patient who comes to them with trust and hope.

If You r having so much of time, you will go to there and spend it. Why doctors are referring this type of diagnostics. Tooo worst and rude.waste.

Visited to Patancheru branch for urine culture two times and they had sent sample to chandanagar branch. Every time they provided inaccurate and inappropriate results. They made doctor and myself in confused state with their wrong results. Very worse experience with both Patancheru and chandanagar Tesla branch. Be very careful before going to these branches.

I went there for few tests.the people guided me through all the process and they were very experienced & supportive. I found this place very well managed and operated. Doctors were very noble and cool. Thanks to tesla diagnostics.

Tesla Chandannagar center reports are very worst and not correct report, they are taking charges they provided inaccurate report's, response also not good. I have face the issue with CT HRCT chest report. No responsibility please don't go anybody to Tesla.

Reception people are good but other Staff is not professional and washrooms are bit unhygienic, worst part is the waiting place is at the doorstep of washrooms. Technicians are not friendly with patients they just behave like they are just doing their work, without interacting or atleast looking at patients they simply behave like expression less robots. They should learn work place etiquettes so that patients feel comfortable and visit for tests

Cheap prices of diagnostic with cheap quaLity. No proper handover between the staff. Specially people on payment and report collection desk
