Staff are extremely impolite, shouting at patients with fractured feet. I suggest the management hire someone else.

Staff are impatient and inconsiderate towards patients. Extremely insulting and not a good experience.

The receptionist is very rude. This is the second time I visited tesla beeramguda, but had a bad experience both times. First time he argued for cash payment, second time, he was on call and he even looked at me though I waited for couple of minutes. Higher management of tesla kindly change that receptionist other wise no one will come.

Mr. Ali is a one man show to this beeramguda branch. Complete work is done by him. Hattsoff to him and Tesla organisation. Very much satisfied

Very bad experience at reception, i have made bill and asked for a cancellation in 1 minute, but not cancelling. What if the reports are late, they will ask for excuses. Very bad. Highly Commercial with prices also.

I have worst experience in beeramguda tesla the receptionist taken money for next day appointment for ultra sound and when I come with patient the doctor is in leave. He was send to another tesla lab even did not inform me when I come with patient it is some urgency case.

The receptionist (male) was very rude. Not accepting any cards and asking for cash. Refused to offer service even after giving cash as I asked why they are not accepting cards.

Today i visited Tesla diagnostic's beeramguda branch, and the staff behaved very well with the patients and it was a very painless experience, well maintained diagnostic's in beeramguda area and had a hygiene and friendly environment.

The whole procedure took less than 10 mns. The blood drawing was painless and quick. Today I visited Tesla lab for my 1 yr boy, blood drawn was painless and not even cried my boy. Hatts of to Tesla Technician.

Why you have that much over action by receptionist, if your behaviour not changed people will go for another, mind your words to patients properly.

At the entrance of the Tesla the ramp distance would've increased so that the person/wheel chair going on it will not feel as like falling down. About the infrastructure it's good but not very best still need some stabilization. About the crew not very mature enough not much caressing. Only advantage is less price in the bheeramguda area.
