Excellent Experience. Dr. Samatha is very Good, Humble, Very Kind to her patient. All the staff are very cooperative n professional. Quick response from every staff. Nursing care also very Good.

The experience at Cloud9 Hospital wonderful. The staff and nurses provide the ideal care that a mother and child need. They are friendly and encouraging. Helpful at all times.

I have been here twice and experience has been great. Nurse Mamatha is too good and his friendly behaviour has made our stay wonderful.

I really loved this hospital. Especially the doctors are outstanding. The process of taking appointments and the hospitality which was very streamlined and efficient, it really very convenient.
All things are being reorganised here, however I feel things should get streamlined fast to avoid inconvenience to patients.
I want to reiterate that doctors and nursing staff are outstanding here.

It was great experience I had at Birthplace with Dr. Girija Lakshmi ma'am. I never ever felt like a Patient while consulting with her. The way how she gave instructions is nice.she is very soft spoken person.

Dr Girija madam has been excellent in treating patients with history of premature birth.

Some positives - good location, valet parking, their own labs, not too much waiting times for appointments, cafe and not too crowded unlike other hospitals, nurses are very professional.

Some negatives - don’t think they have enough nurses/equipment when things get critical, once we had to wait for 45 minutes for an NST machine to be available because there was a delivery case, hope they will sort this out, we took a suite room package but bathroom is not good, shower is broken, water leaking out of shower whenever you use it and we had to call in cleaners to every time that happens because they can’t fix it which was very inconvenient, also the package doesn’t include everything so make sure you read and ask about all hidden charges.

Dr. Madhavi has been my daughter's Doctor from her birth and she has been God sent to us. I can't give enough of best reviews for her and Nurse Ramana for how they looked after my daughter here. Thank you Dr. Madhavi and sister Ramana.

Dr. Madhavi, paediatrician at The Birth Place is a very senior and responsible doctor. Good thing about her is she never prescribes unnecessary medicines and antibiotics for the children. Her analysation of the situation is very precise and has an amazing knowledge about her field. Very comfortable with her and get a very prompt response from her at any given situation. Thank you dr for always being there and taking care of our kids!

Consulting Dr. Maljini here, she is very supportive and calm. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. Good hygiene.

First visit to birth place.experience has been good. Visited Dr Madhavi mam for my newborn, the way she cleared our concerns n lactation session went well. Happy with our overall experience.

I don't feel like giving one star the way one particular senior Dr (i don't want to share the name) talks so arrogantly to her patients. They think that the patients have no self respect and have nothing to do but the thing is it's only the patients money from which doctors are getting paid! Never forget that! I hope doctors will learn something from it.

The first time when I consulted during 2016, it was undoubtedly the best maternity hospital in the city. The doctors and all the staff then provided the best of the services. It felt so pampered and protected. But now I feel it’s one of the worst hospitals to even visit for a mere consultation. Everything’s got so commercial. It’s all about just money. Appointments are not at all handled well. The billing guys are just there to manipulate the bills and the packages.

Avoid Dr Pratibha, she is very arrogant, rude and would scare the to-be mom.just noticed there are already enough negative reviews posted. So pls avoid this dr if someone has to be stress free.

Not a good experience with the appointments, mismanaged our appointments twice and we had to wait long hours. Should be more organized and should follow some level of time management.

I want say thanks to Dr Maljini very support throughout the journey explained everything in details no unnecessary tests, we were unsure about normal delivery because of some complications but still she had confidence and did nomal delivery. Very soft spoken explain everything to mother the ways she understand.hospital is clean,

Birthplace is a well maintained place, you will never feel as if you are in a hospital.
Dr Prathiba & Dr Saroja are most experienced.

No doubt doctors are good and very helpful. Hospital is charging all kinds of non sense charges. Their scan charges are the highest among all other hospitals nearby. First time registration charges of Rs 400-/ is also the highest among other hospitals. They started charging 150-/ for every time you visit hospital during covid time as Sanitization charges which now instead of removing they converted it to digitization charges which were used for hospital wellbeing. Totally furstrating on seeing these charges. Hospital staff are not at all listening on these.

In our first meet up with the sales team member I was informed the delivery cost will maximum be 50-60k that's when I decided to continue my pregnancy check up.
She informed the consultation was 750 and delivery cost will be maximum 60k.

When I went for consultation they charged me 750 for consultation & 150 for covid protocol. I was like "What".

I had concerns on charges, so I again spoke with Monica, now she told (when I am 7 months pregnant) delivery is 80-90K, "I think you misunderstood. " (Technically they play with your trimesters, if you are early stage and have the option to try elsewhere they will say less amount and later each trimester 30k starts increasing) Since I was in a phase where I didn't want to take risk. I was like okay 30k more.
In my last month of pregnancy I visited every week, so 900*4, and my doc adviced me to have scan in house which is 4k (). And last month you get to have max scans.

••They charge you unnecessary because they know, parents can't take risk. Also, they are well aware this generation parents aren't bold, else they might try government hospital or somewhere within budget but again having known the fact corporate employees or business person can push their cost they will similarly push the expenses.

Since I am mentioning all, let me add another scenario. I was in observance for 6hrs, my husband was outside OT without no information of why I am in observation, what's happening, just imagine a human without any reconciliation carrying thousand thoughts standing outside thinking what happened to my child and wife. Thanks to Dr Rajesh (Pediatrician) he came up and told staffs to show child once. But again no idea of what's going with me was informed (peaks of irresponsibility/arrogance).

Final part, at the time of discharge they gave us a bill of "1.4 lacs". That was a shocker!

This single star I gave for the nurses, the helps and the service I received 2.5 days. No doubt they had phenomenal service. But I wasn't planning to avail such service for the cost I paid. In fact I left back hospitals near my place because I had trust on "The Birthplace". Obviously a great lesson!

I had a very good experience with Dr Deepthi Raidu. Whatever query we raise, she responds to it very well. She's always available on Whatsapp and calls. I would definitely recommend doctor to my friends and relatives.

My first pregancy journey was awesome.

I went to The Birthplace on my friend's suggestion and I never regret for the decision I have taken for a sec. I met Dr. Girija and told her that I had a ectopic pregnancy in past she has taken extreme care and very much available whenever I needed her, was very friendly. She was very cautions during covid time also, I was treated the best, after my c-section i was very weak but the whole team took utmost care of mine. The staff is also very helpful in every appointments and tasks.

Overall I had a very good experience a very big THANKS to the entire team.

It was an amazing experience for me during both my pregnancies in birthplace hospital. It gives immense pleasure to share my joy of experiencing birth of my baby boy at The birth place. Though skeptical of long distance from my home to birthplace.i took decision of delivering my baby at birth place and swiftly followed it in 8 th month of my pregnancy. Here comes my major decision of choosing my consultant obstetrician. After a lot of research.i have consulted Dr. Girija Lakshmi Ch. She has literally made me so comfortable in my very first visit which gave me confidence. She has guided me in a friendly manner, never impressed any unnecessary medication or tests.
On 22nd oct, my water broke and i contacted birthplace emergency and they have asked me to come hospital immediately. By the time i reached hospital.i was wondered by the reception i received right from the security, front desk people to duty doctors and nurses. This gesture of birthplace from all the staff is highly appreciable. Dr Girija has been continuously monitoring my status over the phone. Though i was confirmed with significantly low AFI.my Dr.has taken a call of continuing the ongoing natural delivery process unlike rushing for C section in any other hospitals. I am ever grateful for Dr Girija for taking this call and for putting confidence in me that i would deliver vaginally. Dr Girija has comforted me and made my dream of delivering naturally into reality at 9: 59 pm. As soon as i delivered, Dr. Madhavi has monitored my baby and told us my baby was doing good. We liked the way whole team of birthplace has customised the labor process.
I was worried as to how i would manage post delivery as single attendee was allowed as part of covid protocol but all my apprehensions were put to bay after experiencing the continuous care from the sisters and ayammas. Literally me and my husband were impressed by the facility of providing two separate nurses for mother and child who have taken care us from time to time and were a call away.

I am excited to share my entire experience with The Birthplace! I went here after a frnd referred as she delivered at birthplace under Dr. Maljini's observation. I have researched a lot about the best gynac & best hospitals in Hyderabad where I can deliver.

Finally I found Dr. Maljini's profile very interesting & the hospital to be well known in the city providing all the facilities for mother & new born care. We met the doctor & understood our entire journey, she was very calm, polite, patient enough to answer all our questions during our visits & counselled us well on every aspect. Post which we signed up for our delivery at Birthplace!

Me & my husband were worried about how the delivery experience will be overall. Trust me when I say, it was all worth every penny spent! From house keeping team to hospitality team to peadritician sisters to Dr. Rajesh (peadritician) to F&B team, & not to forget, doctor Maljini's entire team was fantastic & experienced when it comes to work.

Covid guidelines were followed during our every visit and scans.

Special mention about Dr. Leharika, as I rushed in emergency when I had contractions on a Sunday late evening, she managed everything so well until my delivery, we were so impressed & blessed to have her deliver my baby along with Dr. Maljini. Entire experience had been so so so good that I can proudly talk about how amazing my delivery experience was. Just a call away we had one person attending us all the time during our admission of 4 days.

One of the USPs we found here was no matter cesarian or vaginal delivery, cost n package is same and no commerical motive behind any delivery. Konark and I thank the entire team of Birthplace for taking such good care when we were at the hospital for 4 days!

Suggetion- Sales team should be more interactive after the admission/delivery, should come n meet the new parents, so that there is a connect! We further refer family n frnds too (already a frnd was referred n paid for admission) and I felt this connect was missing overall.

I have visited Birth place after lot of research as I didn't have very good experience of my first delivery. I wanted to deliver my second baby in safe hands and in pleasant environment. Finally my dream came true when I met Dr. Samatha. She assured that every problem of mine is assured with clarity and patiently she listened to our concerns. Even the nurses and helping staff everyone was very friendly n helpful. I enjoyed every part of my pregnancy journey with The Birth place. They charge 150 rupees on top of consultation fee for every visit for basically wiping the floor everyday.
Highly overrated and very rude staff at reception who don’t even respond to doctor’s availability.

One of the over rated hospital. Went for scan and the experience is a nightmare.
I reached the hospital around 10am and gave few test samples then got my 36 week scan done fortunately the scan doctor was wonderful. Then I asked for a 4D print of the baby as the face was clear they agreed and said it will cost 1500 rs I was okay to pay.
We were waiting for the reports to get ready then comes hospital so called consulting staff to ask if I was concereding to join birthplace for delivery I told her I would love to but I have to check with my doctor first. She said okay and left. Till here the experience was smooth.
Then a front desk guy walks towards us and asks me to wait outside. Being 36 weeks pregnant they didnt even care to show any emphaty.
We waited for almost 10mins then they told us the reports are ready and collect them from front desk.
When we reached there the guy said there is a technical issue and 4D scan can't be provided if we want we can come back and get scaned again which sounded ridiculous when we had a argument on how can they not inform us before he smiple asked do I have a pen drive. Why will I carry a pendrive to hospital?
Then we thought it is okay we don't need the 4D scan as I didn't wanna take any stress arguing with them. The scan report they mentioned my age and details wrong. When asked they took it for correction for about 10 mins more.one of the irresponsible staff and rude. Not worth your money or time.

It was a wonderful experience with birthplace. The doctors, nurses and staff were very kind and helpful.
Iam happy n thankfull to almighty that I got dr Faiza my gynaecologist.she was ver supportive, friendly, understanding and approachable through out my pregnancy. The services I received from dr Faiza n birthplace was excellent.i highly recommend dr Faiza.

I dont want to divulge my details because I had a son at your hospital. At that time the doctor and services were too good. But that was 5 years ago. But now the experience has been horrible. All that your hospital care about is keeping the patient as long as possible at the hospital and charging as much money as one can. I have no personal agenda against your hospital. In fact I have had similar experience at the hospital opposite to you as well. But I never expected this from you. As I had a lot of respect for your doctors. But all your doctors care about is to conduct as many over priced tests as possible and keeping the patient as many days as possible at the hospital. My wife was diagnosed with infection at your hospital. She found no relief after 3 days of hospitalization and 8 days of intense medication. At the end of it all, when we consulted a general physician, it was discovered that she has a muscle pull and none of the treatment given at your hospital was required. In fact its was not a Gynac related problem at all. She then consulted an ortho and got the issue resolved. Do u think any person will make all this up?

Dr. Maljini is an amazing doctor. She is caring and listens to concerns with patience. Her treatment approach isn't centric to giving medication, she offers natural remedies and suggestions which were very helpful during my pregnancy phase.

I suffered with a severe phase of vomiting during my first trimester, and mam's treatment helped me get through the phase. Dr. Maljini is approachable and responsive. She has a calming effect on the patient, which is much needed especially during any difficult phase in the pregnancy.

Throughout my pregnancy, delivery and post delivery phase mam was very supportive which made my pregnancy journey comfortable.

She is a fabulous doctor and thanks to her I am blessed with a healthy baby girl.

My delivery was done in 2017 and I still regret choosing this hospital. EXCEPT the doctor everyone was rude and unprofessional. Literally seen junior doctors and nurses misbehaving and talking in rude manner. Unnecessary I was induced and done c Section. Till today I get nightmares of that horrible day of my life which was supposed to be the most happiest for every mother and don't say that it's not genuine review.the epidural was placed such a way that half of my body was numb and half could feel every bit of pain. This is very much genuine and reality. Get the record on December 2017

Ok. As I mentioned that I ll come back after delivery for reviewing again.
So here it is.
Doctors, nurses, care of baby are still 5 star for me.
But when it comes to management iam highly disappointed.
Insurance claims and bills was not as promised
The additional services promised was not given saying covid times. They forgot while mentioning at the time of booking that it too was covid time. Just so that we will book for delivery at their place they said many complimentaries but while delivering all of a sudden covid came and they quoted that it was complimentary not mandatory. What are we? Kids?

The experience pre and post birth has been great. Dr Neelu Aaggarwal really handled our case with great expertise. She took time to listen, answer our queries and provide inputs. Our stay at the hospital was also amazing. Each of the staff was friendly and supportive, especially Irin maam, and kept on motivating at the time of birth. They took care of everything and never let my wife get stressed. I recommend this place for a great birth experience.

One of the best hospitals in Hyderabad. My Wife had two deliveries there 2014 and 2020, under the supervision of Dr Prathiba and I must say it was very comfortable and very satisfying experience.

It is always a wonderful experience at The Birthplace. The Doctors n the entire staff are very helpful n kind. Highly recommended.

Firstly, I came to Birthplace only coz Dr. Sasikala was practicing here in 2016. At that point of time, they were offering quality services at premium. All was good. This year, I again went for consulting and a day surgery. The day I was admitted for the surgery, a few reports were missing though the entire testing was done in their internal lab at double or triple the amount charged outside. That was the first bad experience. Surgery happened, post surgery experience was sub standard. Had to come back again for a post surgery check up after a week. They were to send sample to a different hospital and reports were to come back within a week. I called two days ahead to check if the reports had come in, they said they will get back. They didn't. Finally, I came for the check up and they say, the report will come after 2 hours.coz it takes 10 days for the report! I contetsted asking if they are sure, coz the doctor herself confirmed that it would come in less than a week, so let me talk to the doc. They were caught lying. So in short, premium service for sub standard service. Try another hospital, not this one for sure.

I had delivered my first baby with birthplace. It is an amazing experience with the doctors and all the staff. I had been assisted all along my stay with the best of the care. The nurses and all the staff always greet you with a smile and very patient with your requests. I highly recommend birthplace for hassle free delivery.

I would like to start by saying that my very first experience at this hospital was not good but then got excellent - entirely because of the doctors I saw.

When I first called the hospital to consult for my pregnancy I was directed at Dr. Pratibha. I saw her a few times and despite that fact that she is an excellent doctor, I found her outwardly apathetic. She was not interested in explaining anything to me related to the complications I had early on in my pregnancy, besides meeting her always increased my stress level and confusion. She would give minimum time possible and hurry to see the next patient. At one time she called for the next patient's file while I was still consulting with her and started looking into it. It being my first pregnancy, I was disappointed by her attitude.

So I was thinking of changing the doctor/hospital when a friend of mine suggested me to see Dr. Maljini at the same hospital once and then take a call. This entirely changed my experience. As soon as met Dr. Maljini I felt I am in good hands. She is highly experienced and takes fewer patients. I found her committed entirely, not just to take care of my pregnancy but also my mental well being. She would not let me leave her office unless I am entirely satisfied, kept asking me if I have any questions to discuss and that if I think of them later to call or message her, and she always responded. She had a very professional and holistic approach to addressing issues and even worries that I had throughout my journey, and even now (after three months of my baby being born) I can reach her anytime and she assuredly helps with her opinions.

In my experience, Dr. Maljini has an excellent team of doctors and staff that always take care of you. She does not prescribe unnecessary medication. Even if some issue arises, she does not let you stress over it, but handles it very professionally and soundly. All in all, I felt very safe and well cared for because of her throughout my journey of pregnancy and the birth of my baby. In addition, I also discovered over time that she is a wonderful human being committed to the well being of her patients as if they were her family. When it was time, I told her that I trusted her entirely to take decisions for me and my baby, and I could stop thinking. And she was almost a motherly figure. My pregnancy was enjoyable and comfortable despite concerns because of her.

My experience of giving birth and post birth of my baby at the Birthplace was very good. The staff is experienced, friendly and caring. The team of doctors is excellent. The overall hospitality was comforting. I would recommend this hospital to my friends. The only downside is that it is quite expensive, a significant amount higher than some other hospitals. But I can say with my experience that it is still worth it.

They do not even blink before fleecing their patients. They get many tests done using third party labs, but then add a significant premium. On top of that, the doctor indulges in scare tactics to get patients to part with their money. Have some conscience!

I was made to look up the additional costs that they charged, so putting these out there as well (charges as of Nov 2020).

RT-PCR: Birthplace used UMed for these tests. At that time, Umed used to charge INR3000 for home sample collection. Birthplace charged INR5700.
CBP: Birthplace used SRL for these tests. At that time, SRL used to charge INR250 for home sample collection. Birthplace charged INR480.
CRP: Birthplace used SRL for these tests. At that time, SRL used to charge INR525 for home sample collection. Birthplace charged INR1250.

My wife delivered a baby boy at Birthplace in the month of Feb 2021 under the supervision of Dr. Prathiba Narayan. From the delivery to till the stay hospital ambience, cleanliness, staff everything is very well maintained. Nursing staff is good and very helpful during our stay. Good service that came with a huge price.

We opted for Birthpalce based on others recommendation for normal delivery.
Unfortunately dr.decided to go for c-section after preparing for normal delivery whole night.we had a double dhamaka.

No corporate discount was given.

This costed us 1.5 Lakhs, expectations were set by the hospital but we thought we could get it covered in insurance, however they prepared a bill with 60k as consumables which was not covered by insurance.

Food/breakfast not involved in package.breakfast/ildi 200 lunch/kichadi 300.

Let me start with our experience from second trimester to child birth.
We consulted with Dr. Deepthi Raidu, she is very friendly and down to earth person. At anytime my wife had any queries she answered through wats app or with calls.
We chose package from this hospital, so yeah we got some discounts on the regular scans etc.
From appointment booking to consultation was seamless process,
During this covid time only attendant allowed is a complete bummer, but I guess you have live with that.
On the day of delivery they tried their best for normal delivery, but because of some unprecedented situation they adviced us for C section, without wasting precious time they did a good job of making sure both mother and child are safe and healthy.
After the child birth the care given by the doctors, nurses and caretakers is excellent.
You can be sure that mother and baby will be given the utmost care.
One advice to expecting parents is that keep 1 lakh rupees apart from the regular package so that you don't get financial pinch when the bill comes. Every situation is different, every child is different so according to need the treatment may vary. NICU admission etc etc are really out of our hand situations, one should be really prepared.
The finance department will call you everyday and explain you how much bill can expected to keep you prepared. They will also ask you to pay advance which may irritate you but I guess they have their own reason for that.
You can expect around 2.5 to 3.75 lakhs approx (again depends) for delivery and four days stay.
So there it is. This the one of the best hospitals for child birth and care. Also not cheap, let's accept quality demands compensation.

One of the best hospitals in hyderabad. I had two deliveries there and i must say it was very comfortable and satisfying experience. I consulted dr.pratibha narayan and she guided me and treated me in both my pregnancies, she is highly professional takes care of each and every aspect, she is in no hurry listens to all the concerns very patiently and peacefully and give suggestions and recommendations accordingly, and for me she is like an angle SHE GAVE ME MOTHERLY COMFORT, from doctors to staff, nurses, housekeeping everybody is giving best service and making the whole journey smooth.and the front desk staff is very helpful specially Mr.malikarjun he is very polite and helps me in a best way.my overall experience is fabulous and i highly recommend this hospital to everyone.

I have got the best pediatrician Dr.rajesh khanna he knows the best about babies, let me be in any part of the world if my child needs a doctors assistance i will take dr.rajesh khanna's video consultation.i just trust him and he is so perfect.he also listens to all my queries very patiently and gives immediate solution.for pediatric services also i recommend this hospital.

Long long wait times, They claim there won’t be wait time when we register for the first time but that’s an absolute Lie they won’t honor your appointment times.

Same experience in second Visit Wait time is 2 hrs for a scan after your appointment time

Overall good experience. Doctors, nursing and housekeeping staff were very good. Followed precautions during the pandemic. Billing process was extremely slow. Really disappointed with that.
