It was my worst experience, I would say never go there.online it shows something else and the reality is different pls don't go.

Hotel was good, but food was taste less u will surprise once taste it.
Hotel staff are crazy there fighting and shouting each other.some staff members not no how to serve.
But its only family restaurant not for youth.
I complained to manager food was no spicy very taste less means they saying Sir I tasted, my Cook tasted, my manager tasted, saying. Its family restaurant simply saying in directly he saying please go and eat fried rice and Manchuria.grt staff and manager.

We organized a seminar over here. Hall is good and spacious. Loved the food over here. Buffet was excellent. Biryani was Amazing. Nice and supporting hotel staff.

Hotel is good. Room was also good. Staff good. Only problem early check in not allowed. They asked me to upgrade room for early check in.

Quite a big hotel by old Hyderabad city standards and is conveniently located bang on at lakdi ka pul. They serve really good food. But however I found the rooms really in bad condition with damaged mattress, bedsheets, really old furniture and non working ac in few rooms.they really need to up their ante

An excellent hotel with very friendly and courteous staff. Recently renovated banquet hall and rooms. Great food as well.

Rooms quality can be improved break fast just ok limited channels on TV the amount I have paid can get far better hotel at that price not worth according to me location is good

The managers dont listen to ur needs. We organized a meeting for our company. I asked for simply a electrical extension for charging the laptop, i had too take numerous followups they didnot arrange. Tgey dont have charging points for indiviual people for seminars.

Good hotel to stay in the middle of the Hyderabad city all sides screens are near from the hotel location

Bad rooms, spring beds, broken floors, animals around, even domestic animals should not roam around, restrooms are the worst. Even though the building looks good from outside its pretty bad inside. Need to waste half a tank of water to get hot water. I only stayed for few hours in the room as I had flight in the morning. Never coming back. Don’t get fooled for the lower price. There plenty of other better options at this price.

Very bad staff and one more thing I say staff was drinking at the night time they disturbing guests like bell sound and discuss at lobby area

Good environment. Kindly staff members. Easy to locate. Transportation facilities are available right on the go because you have a bus stop and a metro station near it.

I was here for one night. It's old fashioned hotel, got it expensive on online booking. Room size was okay shower was not working, breakfast ok type but they won't take any requests on dosa or egg live counter you have to take whatever is fixed in the menu. I ask of omelet which was denied as they were serving scrambled eegs. Location is good. Service is average.

Totally fake hotel, whatever you see in images are total fake. They will give an ancient ugly room in the name of suit or deluxe room. Better to stay in bus shelter rather than staying here.

If you have booked online, God bless you. You pay extra for refrigerator in the room, you pay extra for ice, you pay extra for water bottles, ask for extra towel probably you have to pay. Cistern flush not working, most definitely cannot sleep with noise.

Now it's renovated name is THE CENT, this located in heart of the city very connectivity to all private bus travellers rooms also updated, food is awesome service too good

Worst rooms, broken cupboards, blocked basin, uncomfortable bed, worn-out flooring, unprofessional staff. They are doing business but they don't consider replying to mails as business. Better don't stay. You will get good hotels at lower price.

Hotel Sandhya, is getting renovated, some floors have completed renovation work, and the rooms look very nice and elegant, contemporary design and rooms very spacious. Bathrooms are completely new and nice, shower area is enclosed, and facets and wash basins are new and fresh.
Rooms are well maintained clean and Hygienic. Hotel staff is well behaved and nice. Breakfast Buffet is good, with nice spread, dont expect a 5 star spread, but everything is good.

Had stayed here for 4 nights recently during holiday visit to Hyderabad. Rooms are kept neat and staff are courteous and helpful. Hotel is near to most of the palaces in Hyderabad like Birla Mandir, Hussain Sagar Lake, Snow world, Necklace Road. The breakfast buffet is very good which has lot of options and tastes good as well.

There is only one problem of vehicle noise in the room since is is next to the busy road. Consistent honking and vehicle sound might disturb your sound sleep. Wish the hotel management can think of installing sound proof window panes for a noise free experience for their guests.

Overall a very nice and well maintained hotel.

I am coming from vizianagaram by 8.30 A.m today I reached to hotel.but my half day killed and waste my time for waiting of the room lobby also full with customers. 12 noon check in time is words policy All train's coming to Hyderabad by early hours.so please start 24 hours check in.

I went to there to eat food in there restaurant, food is average, hospitality is not up to the mark I went there by 3.10 in afternoon they said me to take buffet as it is best deal for us, I asked my wife also to take buffet even she is not interested started with appetizers panner appetizer is not tasty, fish appetizer is the worst tasting like rotten chicken nugget is very nice after these 3 appetizers they brought butternan for us it is also nice and tasty after this there is self service by that time it was 3.30 so they need to remove all the items and go for break so one person asked me to collect all the items I want to eat and keep on my table I felt very bad because initially they said they will wait until I finish my buffet, finally I came out with out having properly on halfstomach paying full bill. Biryani is worst, mutton Curry is very nice. Desserts we're also worst I only tasted these items

A decent budget hotel only if you are staying in the refurbished part of the property. It's an old hotel which just recently switched the hands in terms of ownership. New owner has started renovating the property starting from 5th floor. As of now rooms on this floor have only been renovated. Hotel market these rooms as Deluxe/ Superior and rest as standard. Don't even consider booking a standard room as all these room are in extreme dilapidated state. Evidences of aging and constant neglate are visible everywhere in form of decayed furniture, broken flooring, deteriorated bathroom fittings and issues with hot water are some of the very few to list here.

Newly renovated rooms on 5th floor are however really good (see the pics) and complete value for money package. Service is quite decent and staff is very responsive and polite. Food quality is strictly ok and may not be liked by most of us. Lunch buffet for rupees 350/- which servers around 40 items is however a complete value for money proposition. Hotel is located in heart of city (5 mins walk from Lakdi-ka-pul metro station) and perfect for people coming for a short trip of the city. Lot of tourist spots such as Birla Mandir, Birla Museum, Lumbini Park, Buddha Statue are in close proximity from the Hotel.

All in all a good budget hotel only and only if you opt for 5th floor Deluxe/ Superior rooms.

Good spread of buffet breakfast included in the hotel stay. As there is some construction work going on first floor the lifts are dusty n dirty. Rooms are average. Room service is quick. Wi-fi didn't work in rooms. One is asked to download an useless app for even getting Wi-fi. How would one do it if they are travelling from another country & do not have local mobile data I wonder? Restaurant staff are courteous.

The location of the hotel is the key point. Only half a kilometer from lakdika pool bus dropping point. Old property need bit more maintenance. Rooms are ok but with hotels price point it's bit high. But if u get any online deal then it would be good. Early check in is chargeable (600 per room as on jan 2019) 12-12 check in for online bookings and 24 hr at hotel booking. Breakfast is awesome, in 200 rupees unlimited multiple variety breakfast, unmatched. If u have booking then its complementary. Outstanding

The hotel is one of the finest in Hyderabad. It has the best in class halls and food. The food is really good. Head over there and have some mouth watering food
